Women’s Bodies

A reminder to any woman who looks at her body and finds it flawed: these are prehistoric carvings of goddesses. These represent the epitome of feminine beauty to those we seek to emulate when we go on “paleo” diets. Not a flat tummy, thigh gap, or gravity-defying breast among them.

These are bodies that are unique to their owners, and contain stories of desire, creation, hardship, and perseverance. These are bodies that are ready to hold you as you cry. These are bodies that worked every day to provide nourishment, resources and guidance to their communities while also caring for the next generation. They supported one another in their labor, holding one another’s babies while they worked crafting tools, collecting water & singing songs to teach the young about the goddesses they so closely resembled.

And these carvings weren’t found in just one area. They’ve been discovered nearly everywhere humanity has settled and thrived. Which means there was a time when womanhood, in all her power and capacity, was revered not as merely a sexual novelty or shunned as sinful temptation, but seen as a source of inspiration to create, to connect, and to find courage.

Today, our patriarchal society reveres conformity in women over all. It demands that women strive to achieve and maintain a form that resembles an untested girl. Our bodies must look perpetually untouched, unspoiled, a blank slate for a man to claim and use and write his own story upon. Instead of worshiping women as they are, we scrutinize and discard them as never good enough. And the more we strive to conform, the more we give up control of our bodies.

So have comfort, women: with each fat roll and jiggle you gain as you move forward in time, you come closer to resembling the goddess as she originally appeared in the hearts of humanity. She lives in you and longs to be seen and revered as she was before.

And you deserve to be worshipped.

To The Woman Who Is Slowly Fading Away

TO THE WOMAN WHO IS SLOWLY FADING AWAY…

To the woman who has lost her spark.

To the woman whose get up and go, has well and truly gone.

This is for you.

This is to remind you, that you don’t have to be everything to everyone, every day.

You didn’t sign up for that.

Remember when you used to laugh? Sing?

Throw caution to the wind?

Remember when you used to forgive yourself more quickly for not always being perfect.

You can get that back again.

You really can.

And that doesn’t have to mean letting people down or walking away.

It just means being kinder to you, feeling brave enough to say no sometimes.

Being brave enough to stop sometimes.

And rest.

It starts the moment you realise that you’re not quite who you used to be.

Some of that is good, some of that is not.

There are parts of you that need to be brought back.

And if anyone in your life is not okay with that… they are not your people. Your people will be glad to see that spark starting to light up again.

So, if you have been slowly fading away my friend, this is the time to start saying yes to things that bring you joy and no to things that don’t.

It’s really pretty simple.

Spiritual “Chill”

Since when did the Spiritual community become so cold…
Since when did we see being spiritually connected as a competition…since when did we stop honoring each other as human beings instead of one upping each other in our individuality in relationship to understanding the spiritual realm.

Since when did we close doors to each other in the name of everything.
Since when did we close our hearts to each other ..
Since when did we turn a blind eye to another’s sufferings believing we are better then the next because we feel we know more then the other. .
Since when did we stop being our true-selves and become in human beings in the name sake of enlightenment.
Since when did we stop encouraging each other’s growth and empowering each other in the name of enlightenment.
Since when did we stop sharing our authenticity and human suffering because being obsessively perfect became a staple of Ascension.
Since when did we stop seeing each other .

Why don’t we look each other in the eyes anymore,
Why don’t we question twice whether someone’s really ok.
Why don’t we hug anymore or shake hands and kiss.
Why don’t we hear each other anymore.
Why don’t we care.

When did you last listen to someone’s story and really care.
When was the last time you hugged a stranger or even a friend.
When was the last time you did something that was childlike.

Why doesn’t anyone care anymore…

Wowza!
Energy is just pouring in.
I feel distinctly weird/wired and
my ears are hurting.
We can expect this to continue for most of the week as we head into equinox shifting on the week-end.
The image was taken in Australia and shows the delicate and beautiful Feminine Heart energies that are flowing in at this time.
So soft and gentle, yet so powerful and packing such a wollop!
We are moving back into our connection with the Divine Mother and with our multi-dimensional self.
Our DNA is activating, our Original Human Angelic Template is buzzing and our New Human Light Body Template is vibrating powerfully.
Such a powerful Integration that is happening now as we head towards Equinox where we will balance all these energies.
For myself ( and my cat) we are sleeping a lot at the moment. Lots of rest required and lots of self care.
Go gently.
This is not the time for pushing forward.
Just gently flow with the energies.
You are loved and supported by your Angelic and Galactic families and you are never alone!

Update on Ascension

The Sacred Heart: Transfiguration


We are in now stepping into the
Tidal Waves of transformation and transfiguration, as mass awakenings will now start occurring on unprecedented scales as never happened before.
This is an inpouring of immense electromagnetic storm waves, and indeed, these are working directly with the Heart center of humanity, and indeed all creations on planet earth and directly through the Heart center of Mother Earth.
We are now moving into a time of timelessness, where we are literally lifted beyond anything we have known before. We cannot step into the New Earth and the New Creation with the old thinking, old belief systems,
the old structures and forms.
They just will not work in the Higher dimensional state.
We will need to forget all we ever thought we knew and now go deeper into our heart space, become as one with our souls, and the Divine within, and then follow the intuitive inner knowing and guidance, and act on this.
Note every soul now needs to know that it needs to follow this inner knowing, as the heart center opens more and more, and not allow itself to be influence in any way by anyone else.
Keep focused and disciplined on the immensely rapidly inner growth and inner expansion.
Keep it simple.
We are stepping not only into no time – but at the same time a New Creation, yet also the Unknown. It is not there in manifested form as we know it from the dense physicality of the Old Earth and Old 3D. We are stepping into the Unformed, the Form-less, yet within the seeming non-form, all existence lies.
This is the reason why we need to go through transfiguration, and during this transfiguration, there is a phase, which is the non-phase. All dissolves into no-thing, no form, before the new emerges and forms and thus the new Light body and the
New You.
I am being shown the Sacred Heart. The Sacred Heart is sacred. It is a holy and sanctified space. When I did the opening of the Sacred Heart toning Webinar, a lot of those attending felt their heart center opening like never before, and then had tears. Not tears of woe, but of a deep releasing inside, and then stepping into a deep remembering of something they cannot voice, yet the soul recognizes.
Indeed, what is recognized is the Core Heart of Unconditional Love, and Core state of the Soul Creation, which is pure innocence, yet embraces Omniversal Power.
The Sacred Heart is indeed the Holies or Holies. It embraces immense Power, and indeed this Power connects to All-That-Is.
As the tidal waves of change move in, and with it the bursting forth of new life, totally new existences in totally new and much higher frequency light bodies, we will be lifted more and more, and the only way we can allow this total transfiguration to occur is through the Sacred Heart center.
We will start finding that we speak less. We use less words, especially words empty of feeling and meaning.
For when one enters the space of the Sacred Heart, words fail. One starts communicating at a much higher Cosmic Level, where one communicates wordlessly, heart to heart, soul to soul, and this is the silent language of vibrations and frequencies, which even the deaf can hear.
This is the new communication system. This is the new language. The silent vibrational frequency language of the heart and soul.
I have tears of inspiration writing this.
I have so often experienced this intensely in the last few months and weeks.
When the Sacred Heart is fully open – there is just the Power of the Love in the highest degrees, steeped in the Omniversal Wisdom, which is beyond human words. Through this Divine Light shines through and when all merge as one the Sacred Fires ignite and thus expands the Sacred Heart into a finely tuned communication center, which can tune in Universally.
We are being transformed.
We are being transmuted.
We are being reshaped, reinvented, and indeed, totally brought into non-form to be reformed into New.
It is the Sacred Heart which is the Alpha and Omega – the Portal, the Gate, through which all need to go through before they can step into the fullness of the New Golden Age in the New Earth.

Empathy and Lovers , S.Campbell PhD


Empathetic people are the most beautiful, and oftentimes the most misdirected and abused. Sadly, having a soft heart can get us locked into traumatic love connections where the gift of our empathy works against us. Empathy is something we feel for another person as we try and place ourselves in their shoes. When we are giving this to a manipulator, we are finding empathy and understanding in places that we shouldn’t. We do this because we want to believe people are honest, good, and authentic, so we project these qualities onto our abusers as a way to stay in the relationship and to avoid our own feelings and fears of abandonment. We cannot stand behind ourselves with zero empathy and give it out to those who do not deserve it and make our way into a happy life or relationship. Step back for a minute and ask yourself why are you not being empathetic towards yourself, towards the pain you feel at the hands of the toxic people/person in your life, and giving yourself the sage advice to do better for yourself? We must ask ourselves why it is so foreign to us to take the loving advice we would offer to others in the same position? If we could practice being more empathetic towards ourselves, we would certainly develop a more honest relationship with ourselves, which would lead us more naturally into making healthier decisions when choosing relationships with others because we would never want anyone to hurt in the ways we are hurting.

Unfortunately, as the ex wife of a landlord

who has distorted everything business , financial

as well as our personal life and certainly with

regard to our 3 sons and 6 grandchildren ( that I know

of) .

His residence to change , his slow and methodical

planning of years , aided by his family whose opinion

of me , was critical from the get go because I didn’t

accept , that I had to wear a fake mask , or hold a man

on high , when he lived in distortion far too much .

Was it my imagination , that I saw higher sides in him

and held faith for his more attached and balanced

mood in consistent growth ? I have realized our family

was a business , his pride at creating 3 sons to carry

his family name 📛📛📛📛📛📛📛📛📛 had nothing to

do with me ..Secrets and untruths have been held

rotting the core of what was , with our son’s and I

and aided by many who agreed to shut me up , has

ultimately failed .

As any professional , dare retaliate in these unique times

of COVID , their boomerangs will be swift …But just in

their very acts , those wormholes are being exposed

and there are no exemptions .

Any professional business who puts folks in jeopardy

in foundational ways to retaliate , repeadly , covering

themselves , taking no responsibility , discriminations ,

failure to comply with code , forced evacuations that

are delicious with over powering abusive energy ,

enjoying the trauma for the recipient to whom

all abuse is projected .

I lived through this, survived this and I KNOW what

this is .

And I know I am called on , and called to aide others

as much as I can . *** new leases have clasuses that

stipulate that they cannot be legally held ” responsible “,

the same language ex used in his divorce , making me

responsible for legal and health , and every freaking

thing negative , as 20 years with yet another who

met him energetically , and delighted in increased

abuse , as did others who joined in family ,

savoring my son’s disposal of me , adding the death

of our son’s mom , was a complete and done deal

and they wanted nothing to do with me .

Shadow of the matriarch , who has ruled with a

vengeance, that negates a peaceful landing upon

exit from this plane of existence .

The choice is his, to liberate himself or stay as is ..

I’ve been long gone, exhumed from the grave , and

the box of Distortion , and my voice is clear and

much needed , plus Spirit is in the house .

My house , and I am , I am home And that’s magnetic

as my tribe awakens and we converge in cosmic

love and joy 💖.
