many years ago of peace and surrender , now accept this in its totality .

Far from rejecting love , I rejoice in the deepest love I’ve known in
many years; as such it’s worthy of further exploration , and sharing
love and peace , trust within , guidance all around me , nothing is going

Totally unfortunate when professionally medicated , numbed comfortably
which normally only masked trauma, and can and will find one in a most
vulnerable place .
When the partner chooses this vulnerable time to strike , it reveals their
truth , their character , as in my case 20 plus years later , the ever present
strike of toxic projections , has no home within me .
It’s triggering , and each time , surrender to the lack of growth , that is starkly
revealing in these days of change , and spiritual evolution . ☮️♥️✊🙏

“I don’t care how spiritual you are. How long you can melt in the sweat lodge. How many peyote journeys that have blown your mind, or how well you can hold crow pose. Honestly. I don’t. I don’t care what planets fall in what houses on your birth chart, how many crystals you have or how vegan your diet is.
I want to know how human you are. Can you sit at the feet of the dying despite the discomfort? Can you be with your grief, or mine, without trying to advise, fix or maintain it? I want to know that you can show up at the table no matter how shiny, chakra- aligned or complete you are- or not. Can you hold loving space for your beloved in the depths of your own healing without trying to be big?
It doesn’t flatter me how many online healing trainings you have, that you live in the desert or in a log cabin, or that you’ve mastered the art of tantra.
What turns me on is busy hands. Planting roots. That despite how tired you are, you make that phone call, you board that plane, you love your children, you feed your family.
I have no interest in how well you can ascend to 5D, astral travel or have out of body sex. I want to see how beautifully you integrate into ordinary reality with your unique magic, how you find beauty and gratitude in what’s surrounding you, and how present you can be in your relationships.
I want to know that you can show up and do the hard and holy things on this gorgeously messy Earth. I want to see that you can be sincere, grounded and compassionate as equally as you are empowered, fiery and magnetic. I want to know that even during your achievements, you can step back and be humble enough to still be a student.
What’s beautiful and sexy and authentic is how well you can continue to celebrate others no matter how advanced you’ve become. What’s truly flattering is how much you can give despite how full you’ve made yourself. What’s honestly valuable is how fucking better of a human you can be, in a world that is high off of spiritual materialism and jumping the next escape goat for “freedom.”
At the end of the day I don’t care how brave you are. How productive, how popular, how enlightened you are. At the end of the day, I want to know that you were kind. That you were real. I want to know that you can step down from the pedestal from time to time to kiss the earth and let your hair get dirty and your feet get muddy, and join the dance with us all.”

As a group , Crosby, Stills , Nash and Young , were and still are my
number #1, as I follow their out out individually , I am still in awe.
All these years of love, of taking eldest Ivey to witness their unique
music , and an unintentional 2nd hand high in my 13 year old .
Who had no idea , and I don’t recall grasping it until he requested
a drink …his voice betraying his state of being as suddenly I was
alert to the odor behind us…I politely , but with force , explained my
desire for them to enjoy their concert , but not at the expense of my son.
Their concert , bar none was the very best I have ever seen , our seats were
perfect.
I was none the less gifted with the news within these comments of Stephen
Stills state of mind , and life breakdown/breakthroughs , as he healed in this
unique place on earth that shall go on my bucket list .
I am very grateful today for the safety of 2 gals and the enrichment of family
as a result of safety , liberation, and spiritual determination.. very humbled
and proud of and for them as the teachings guide me as well …
1 awaits , the timing , the funds , to run away from home, towards sanity
healing abuses of far too many years …love bunnies 🐰, each one advantaged,
over powered , and lesson learned , each is leaping towards their higher divined

It was early on , in his career, when I witnessed Clint
Black in concert , which was pretty awesome .
This song Better Man, is an enlightened divine masculine
and his clarity in such a strong voice spoke to me
in the past .
Preferably, how transformations will bring acknowledgement
and implementing of a higher manner , less anger , and
awareness of divine feminine energy in less competitive
and controlling equality ..
Grasping our unique missions , individually and collectively
whilst being supported , utilizing the very best, transforming
the negatives of past with facts, truths , and healing via

The delicious signs are all around , of healing , of awakenings
of truths with held .. Even in this frigid weather , Sun shines
to love is my Pisces ♓️ Nature …To receive is Divine’s Message
I can be loving without overdoing , which was ongoing lessons
allowing the end of painful experiences.. Me first , has never
been my gig , withdrawal was for balance , retreat , and sadly
seldom have I mattered enough for support in horrific situations
within family ..As a veteran of that imbalance , discernment
and faith in Divine who does hear my prayers and reveals
each and every day , just how much I matter , and to continue
my liberation that provides the foundation .
Perhaps as a better wo’man , the better man will arrive in
