The dancing outer planets moving retrograde continues today (4.24.19) as Pluto goes Retrograde at 1:48 PM EST. Joining Jupiter (4.10.19) with Saturn following up Retrograde motion on 4.29.19.

Pluto going retrograde in Capricorn is providing an opportunity to uncover the reality of whatever projections ail you. Pluto represents the polarities of the soul and looking at the opposite sign of Pluto’s current location Cancer, leads us to the focus of where these hidden problems could be and the projections that are sure to be revealed over the course of this retrograde.

Knowing where Cancer is in your birth chart can lead us closer to knowing more information on where to look. For example if Pluto is transiting the 1st house your projections will be on the partner. Transiting the 8th house, the projections will be on how you value yourself. Transiting the 9th house how are communicating and blindly bringing forth those projections. Transiting the 12th house how critical are you being of yourself and others close to you. As with any form of Astrological occurrences the idea is not to fear them but to understand the self enough to recognize the patterns that bring out our blind spots.

This leads me to the collective understanding of this Pluto in Retrograde. Bringing in the energy of Saturn (Structure) and the South Node (Past) we are being asked to let go of the fears that automatically bring up boundaries. We are being asked to kill the structure of something that is from our deepest past that restricts us now and that will prevent us from moving forward with grace. Ultimately, no matter where we fall in our belief systems they are usually rooted to the past and how we saw the world from birth to about 7 years old. This is the time when we learned to cope with the hard messages of the world and built up our fears around them.

During this time as we are collectively polarized many of us have fallen back on those fears in order to draw a line in the sand on who and what we are to believe. These coping mechanisms that helped maintain us till we understood the world a little better are being challenged. It is time to recognize our projections and how they are based on fear. If you aren’t sure, Pluto will give us what we need to dive deep within. However, if we are not consciously aware of our go to projections we will be reminded the “harder” way. If you are in a passionate disagreement with someone during this retrograde this is the perfect opportunity to see with clear eyes your role and how you feel and why this passionate disagreement is so important to continue and the flaws around it.

The hope here collectively is that the more we can let go of the fears that build up walls around us we can generally start having dialogue with people with whom we have differences. This isn’t an us versus them or I know more than someone else. As age and experience can teach many of us we don’t know as much as we think we know. The more we use our fears to protect ourselves the more walls are built up around those who do not have the same fears and thus alienating so many people who can love and honor you.

This weekend Pharrell is brining “Something in the Water” to Virginia Beach, and collectively and spiritually we have an opportunity to show the world how a melting pot of people can come together in harmony to bring love to all. This can be a perfect example of using this Pluto in retrograde and the other planetary alignments in harmony with nature and us.
