California Mom Wins Second Big Settlement Against CPS for Seizing, Vaccinating Son Without Warrant

The near future will ensure more wins and educated , correctness

will rule , balancing the life of a child that foundations are

in the best interest of the child . Domestic Abuse is Child Abuse

when children are exposed . Throwing money at this , denial

in continued abuse in any and all manner of ways that has

infected society .

Change is upon us , intensely so as we witness the return to

normal, the extremes seem out of balance but know a purge

or detox or exposure is a must .

Breaking addictions is often like this , exposing the areas of

our lives that are not flowing , often toxic , impending the

joy, happiness , grounding we deserve in respect ..

Too often , the abuse gears up at any hint of balance or good

health , as if physical death is the objective for the abusers

joy ..

Social Services ,CPS , Family Court and our current Immigration

all serve the darkest of energy , that’s soon to be corrected .

NJ judge says Eagle scout’s assault of drunk girl not real rape

“At a house party with about 30 pajama-wearing adolescents drinking alcohol, a 16-year-old boy led a staggering-drunk teenage girl into a hidden corner of the basement and sexually assaulted her while recording it on his phone, prosecutors said.

Afterward, investigators said, the boy sent at least seven of his friends a copy of the clip with the caption: “When your first time having sex is rape.”

Prosecutors, calling the teen’s actions “cruel” and “sophisticated and predatory” beyond his age, want him to face justice in adult court.

A Family Court judge, however, didn’t think what happened to the girl was really rape and said prosecutors should have explained to the humiliated victim that pressing charges would ruin the life of her attacker — an Eagle scout with good grades from an “excellent school.”

In Middlesex County, Judge Marcia Silva had denied a waiver because she did not believe that a bleeding 12-year-old had suffered enough to warrant trying her 16-year-old perpetrator as an adult.

“Beyond losing her virginity, the state did not claim that the victim suffered any further injuries, either physical, mental or emotional,” Silva reasoned in a decision that shocked many readers after New Jersey 101.5 reported details of the cast last month.”

Another judge’s decision in a juvenile case is overturned. But a proposed law would give them more authority.

High Conflict or “Malignant Divorce”

Last piece of advice ; walk away .

I am so Thankful to have faith that the same side effects being

experienced in Immigration , Child Protective Services ,

and Family Court Systems , AMA , APA, Big Pharma , FDA

all are due evolutional leaps to better server families ,

children , women , men and inclusive of what constitutes

family , and what does not . Our youth , is demanding change

and it’s upon us, having reached saturation . Of this I am

sure , all is in perfect order .
