Words were not always necessary, and yes I felt
the control , anger , never knowing when or where.
Did I know ?
Cutting a cord off of TV 📺 to insure he could sleep.
Marriage was a cover. I was nothing more than a prop
he still has his Original Perfect Partner , 40 plus years
2 very depleted souls left in his wake, devastated in all
ways .
It’s thus hard , to feel empathy ,given the gravity
of what’s been done..Destroying truths , connections
with children/grandchildren , and all for power – control
fear , that it was easier.
Financially , it’s a superpower for a narcissist …Falling from
grace is part of this surrender thus transformation .
Here are some early signs a Narcissist displays:
The stare: there are several videos on YouTube, when you first meet them they have this intense stare that makes you very uncomfortable because of its piecing and invasive nature.
Inability to respond to any criticism of themselves in a normal way
Temper tantrums: episodes of rage that sometimes don’t even feel like they’re actually seeded in real anger, it’s a show of anger and yelling to manipulate you and condition you not to question them ever again.
*Silent treatment: this is their favorite weapon. You will get the silent treatment for prolonged periods of time over something really small and trivial.
*Lack of conflict resolution: no problem will ever get resolved they simply have you going in circles and actually blame you for all the drama.
*Strong hatred for others: they generally don’t even like their own family and friends and they always compete with others close to them in financial status or career, etc. They have really sour relationships with their family and friends.
*They’re happy at failures of those around them and upset about the successes of others, including your own achievements and anything that makes you happy, they can’t stand it.
*You will see them turn on people constantly, you will see them “discard” others, you will see them talk trash about their own family and friends constantly, people who they’re supposed to be loyal to mean nothing to them.
* You will be put up on a pedestal and they’ll see you as “perfect” and they’ll see themselves as perfect and they idealize love and your perfect relationship. Then when reality hits that this is not a fairy tail, you will see their true colors as they have a hard time living in reality.”
Less than 3 months , after I do , pregnant, and excited
the only emotion he expressed was surprise , and betrayal .
I was a single mom to be , and did my best to be in his world
but not of it .
