Family Photos Vital for Children Of Divorce
All pictures were placed with me , as the main photographer
99% were taken by me …
In 2005/6, after hearing much grief and emotional pain
as trauma was triggered with each of us 4, I had plenty
of pictures to share .
I sent many photos , and then I bagged 3 bags of family
photos , some I don’t have copies of unfortunately
and dropped them off at son’s house 2 blocks from
mine at the time ..
I was told that 1 son threw his in the trash .
Pictures showed up in wedding photos of bridal couples
childhood ..Weddings I was not allowed to attend
that it might be a reality that I was alive …
exposing the partner who could not stand my name
being mentioned , much less my physical presence.
Allowed actions of abuse , doing the nasty work
of a partner who utilizes others to do the deeds
out of love , protection, and fear …

In my many moves , lots of paperwork has been involved
as I move an office and a house it has been arduous, costly
and draining ..At some point I can burn these legal papers
and research , as years of documents are saved can be utilized
and deleted ..
I am not spartan , I enjoy my things , but certainly can downsize
or replace things , I’m not invested in . My home feels like home
and usually takes 18 months or longer to settle into.
Thus I always have projects .. The homes I have rented
require attention , challenges that slow me down or impede
forward movement and are totally avoidable .
It’s repetitive, and closing/clearing , very similar to the shaky
ground of past …
I give things to folks and don’t hold tight to many things .
Having had the experience of 2 or 3 adults , go through my
things and decide what to keep , and what to allow me .
Including our sons ….
I believe in abundance , sharing as much as possible , receiving
support and blessings from many sources , as I surrendered
to my life purpose …I AM HOME 🏠🌈🌝☮️🎁🎅🏼🤶🏼❤️🎄 ©️

Far from gloom and doom , I find my heart smiles
these days growing and expanding in peace and
harmony with as much as possible.
Awareness of deep pain, or covert mask has been
augmented , and thus in the healing process.
Awareness of shadow , and abilities to transform it
returning to comfort in heart , and mind , still contends
with body .. tweaking my diet plus clearing past
travesties of justice for sons and I , a few confidants
whom I treasure , as I’m on my own..I am in awe
and grateful beyond measure .
Smiles that greet me , hug my soul as I am received in
welcome … home…I am where I need and want to be
with great expectations of experiencing cheeks that ache
from smiling …eyes that are like waterfalls with tears
of release , equal to smiles …an ocean of tears
and fears/anger transformed , transmuted to love , and in
that peace ☮️..authentic smiles are cellular
All is well with my soul 🥰✊

now. What do you notice? Is it sitting still? Is it a very skinny marathon gerbil with a sweatband and long beard in a fast moving wheel longing for stillness? Did you just try to picture that, lol? Me too, I’ll admit…..
.…..When I sit in front of my djembe, it is a tool for me, through its potential expressions, and what I actually create, to notice my present state of being. It’s like a metaphysical mirror for my being, reflecting to me, who I am at that moment. My thoughts, my beliefs, emotions, etc…
..… Now imagine with me,that you spent an hour holding your attention on just three sounds a djembe can create: the bass, tone, and slap. Perhaps you might feel rested and energized strangely, having let that gerbil take a break from its endless running. And when you hold your attention on something so direct and simple (my students would laugh at that statement), the rest of your being begins to still……

“The Cost Of Sanity, In This Society, Is A Certain Level Of Alienation”
This reality has come and gone , in my life, and I am very Thankful
to be aware, awake , and released from the matrix that swallows up
individuality and creativity ..
Spiritually in a desert , became extremely intense after motherhood
became impossible with shadow that rejoiced with my induced
addiction , plucking my bones until details could be cemented
as the living death of Alienation from all I was, knew , was removed
in a show of force that I’m never knowing when he will attempt
to execute his power..
Consider the pins and needles of a marriage to a person who has
no steadiness ,who erupts , in such revelation of sickness of soul
and fearing walking away .. with proof increased since my waking
the tricks , threats , lies have an air of desperation these last 2 years .
Imperative to clear old business, allow individual choices without
threat ,

Luke Miller :12-12 10 Days Of Magic Manifestation 💫🌝
Today is 12/12/12 (as 2+0+1+9=12). This is a magical portal for transformation. There are 12 signs of the zodiac. A dodecahedron is a 12 sided shape that makes up one of the 5 sacred shapes called the platonic solids. There are 12 notes in a musical octave. There are also 12 months in a year… and the list goes on.
12 is a cyclical number, which in the examples I have shown span across macro and microcosmic space, sound and time. 12/12/12 also has the code of 333 in it (1+2=3), which added in succession gives us 3-6-9. This number is a code for ascension.
Nikola Tesla said “If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have a key to the universe.”
There is also a very interesting Egyptian (Kemetic) metaphysical theory on the human body having 3 components- the physical, emotional and spiritual. With each of these having 3 components-
Physical-
Ren- Name
Khat- Physical body
Ka- Incorporeal body
Emotional-
Ab- The heart
Ba- The soul of the heart
Khaibit- The essence of the heart
Spiritual-
Sekem- Life force
Sahu- Spiritual body
Khu- Spiritual soul
Meaning the mastery of these 3 bodies incorporates the ascension from the physical (3), to the emotional (6) and finally the spiritual (9).
3 is also symbolic of family (mother, father and child), with 6 representing the extended family caregiver or community caregiver. Then finally 9 being the symbol of the unconditional caregiver or one that gives to all without prejudice. This is ascension on the physical plane, when one can view every person as a part of themselves with unconditional love.
Times are changing, and the decisions you make now do matter. You literally have the power to enrich your life and the lives of the people you come into contact with, and you can do this simply through the power of love.
From now to the 21st we have the 10 day ascension portal of 3-6-9 opening up and what you set as an intention moving forward can manifest in your life if you so choose it!
