Own it

Own it!
Own the fact that you are different.
Own that you are a deep feeler and thinker.
Own the fact that you are tuned into a different frequency.
Own and the fact that you sense things others don’t.
Own the fact that you want to talk about angels, energy, miracles and spirituality.
Own that you’re done having meaningless conversations.
Own that you’re done holding yourself back.
Own that you crave freedom to feel the now.
It’s ok if your family don’t get you.
It’s ok if the world judges you.
It’s ok that you want to dance barefoot upon the earth and endlessly gaze at the stars.
It’s ok that you cry over sunsets and chase moonbeams.
It’s wonderful in fact.
It’s beautiful.
You have come a long way to be who you are.
So own it.
Own all of it.
Love all of you.
The world needs you to be exactly as you are.
You hold the balance in this crazy world.

Richard Gere & Buddha

I was Blessed to be attending a weekend work deal while Richard Gere and Jodie Foster filmed the movie Southersby

at the Homestead , in Hot

Springs.

In gourp, a gal grabbed my hand and we went to his table .

Richard’s body double was sitting with him, rising and said Mr Gere is having his dinner.

Of course he was!! Jodie was changing in the large ladies room !!!

He was magnificently beautiful and I’m not surprised at his Buddha nature.

Years later. I too became Buddhist , which has been a wonderful adjunct to my spirituality .

His beautiful Buddhist nature and self care resonate in this picture !!!

Blessings & Peace ,

Posted one year ago today…I am at peace and doing well now.

You called yourself my friend.
You tried to control me…I resisted.
You put me down…I didn’t listen.
You created constant drama in my life.
You took from me…then made excuses.
You yelled at me and threw temper tantrums.
I made excuses for you.
You helped yourself to my money
and possessions… and manipulated me.
I closed ranks.
You betrayed me…
You lied to me and about me…
Then you lied and said you didn’t lie.
Then you blamed me for everything.
When I would not comply, you flew into rages.
Then you called me crazy when I would get upset.
Then I felt as if my life was at risk and it was.
You created a horrible situation and then didn’t
understand why I told you I would move.
The trust was completely gone
and then…

SO was I.

So when you ask me why?
This is why.
End of story…
Over
Done with…
Gone.
This woman found a new home.

Deepest Work is Darkest

The deepest work is usually the darkest.
A brave woman, a wisening woman, will develop the poorest psychic land, for if she builds only on the best land of her psyche, she will have for a view the least of what she is.
So do not be afraid to investigate the worst. It only guarantees increase of soul power through fresh insights and opportunities for re-visioning one’s life and self anew.
It is in this psychic kind of land development that Wild Woman shines. She is not afraid of the darkest dark,in fact she can see in the dark.

Letting Go

She Let GoShe let go. Without a thought or a word, she let go.She let go of fear. She let go of the judgments. She let go of the confluence of opinions swarming around her head. She let go of the committee of indecision within her.She let go of all the ‘right’ reasons. Wholly and completely, without hesitation or worry, she just let go.She didn’t ask anyone for advice. She didn’t read abook on how to let go… She didn’t search the scriptures. She just let go.She let go of all of the memories that held her back. She let go of all of the anxiety that kept her from moving forward. She let go of the planning and all of the calculations about how to do it just right. She didn’t promise to let go.She didn’t journal about it.She didn’t write the projected date in her day-timer.She made no public announcement and put no ad in the paper. She didn’t check the weather report or read her daily horoscope. She just let go.She didn’t analise whether she should let go.She didn’t call her friends to discuss the matter. She didn’t do a five-step Spiritual Mind Treatment. She didn’t call the prayer line. She didn’t utter one word. She just let go.No one was around when it happened. There was no applause or congratulations. No one thanked her or praised her.No one noticed a thing.Like a leaf falling from a tree, she just let go.There was no effort. There was no struggle. It wasn’t good and it wasn’t bad.It was what it was, and it is just that.In the space of letting go, she let it all be.A small smile came over her face.A light breeze blew through her.And the sun and the moon shone forevermore. Here’s to giving ourselves the gift of letting go…There’s only one Guru ~ you.―Rev. WILD WOMAN SISTERHOOD

I often drive in circles , totally unintentional ; Indian power of the World

You have noticed that everything an Indian does in a circle, and that is because the Power of the World always works in circles, and everything and everything tries to be round. In the old days all our power came to us from the sacred hoopof the nation and so long as the hoop was unbroken the peopleflourished. The flowering tree was the living center of the hoop, and the circle of the four quarters nourished it. The east gave peaceand light, the south gave warmth, the west gave rain and the northwith its cold and mighty wind gave strength and endurance. Thisknowledge came to us from the outer world with our religion.Everything the power of the world does is done in a circle. The sky is round and I have heard that the earth is round like a balland so are all the stars. The wind, in its greatest power, whirls.Birds make their nests in circles, for theirs is the same religion as ours. The sun comes forth and goes down again in a circle. The moondoes the same and both are round. Even the seasons form a greatcircle in their changing and always come back again to where they were. The life of a man is a circle from childhood to childhood, and so it isin everything where power moves. Our teepees were round like thenests of birds, and these were always set in a circle, the nation’s hoop,a nest of many nests, where the Great Spirit meant for us to hatch our children.- Black Elk, Holy Man of the Oglala Lakota 1863-1950
