Inner Child Wounds

From the lived experience of our personal reality, our inner child wounds certainly are real, as they reek havoc throughout our lives and relationships causing much pain.

Our minds disconnect these traumatic painful events which, during our formative years, we are unable to process in a healthy emotional way. They are pushed into our subconscious minds where they wait, causing disruption from behind the curtain, until we have the conscious awareness and emotional fortitude to re-engage and heal them.

Once we release the emotional blockages, and hence the emotional charge of these suppressed memories, we gain awareness that they have no real power over us unless we continue to ignore and suppress them.

Through healing, we liberate our souls from the shackles of these subconscious mind constructs. The fear, pain, guilt, shame, etc., dissolves as it is incorporated and integrated into our conscious awareness. Once this perspective is reached, and healing is achieved, the memories and emotions are realized as illusionary constructs of a subconscious mind that used them to fortify the ego, in its own bid for control over its own illusionary existence.

The ego, from the perspective of a higher consciousness, exists to create its own illusions of false beliefs to challenge our soul’s full expression, which ego sees as a threat. We believe these illusions are real until we shine the light of our conscious awareness into the darkness of our subconscious ego mind.

The darkness then dissolves as it is brought into the light, and we become whole.

Past time of Great Change

The early 20th century, particularly the Edwardian era, marked a time of profound social change, with shifting fashion trends and evolving family dynamics. In the 1910s, women’s fashion began to transition away from the restrictive corsets of the Victorian era, embracing a more natural, flowing silhouette. This photograph, taken around 1910, captures a mother with her triplets, all dressed in the elegant gowns characteristic of the period. The gown, likely made of luxurious fabrics such as silk or velvet, features a high waistline and delicate embroidery, both hallmarks of Edwardian fashion. The mother’s calm demeanor, despite the challenge of caring for three young children, offers a striking contrast to the chaotic realities of motherhood during this time.

The birth of multiples like triplets was considered a rare and remarkable event during the Edwardian era, especially given the challenges of childbirth at the time. Medical advancements, though beginning to improve, were still in their early stages, and childbirth remained a dangerous endeavor for many women. The presence of this mother, composed and graceful, speaks to the resilience of women during this era, who balanced the demands of family life with the societal expectations placed upon them. The photograph not only showcases a moment in time but also reflects the strength of women navigating the complexities of motherhood, health, and family in the early 20th century.

Today, colorized versions of such historical photographs offer a more relatable and accessible view into the past. They allow modern audiences to connect with the lives of families from a century ago, making their experiences feel more tangible. This photograph of a mother with her triplets serves as an important historical artifact, preserving the legacy of the Edwardian era while offering a glimpse into the personal and familial lives of women during a period of great change.

Something sacred is coming our way

That is how my ancestors would have said it. In the midst of all this turmoil and confusion, when we cannot clearly see the path before us, when we feel trapped in a situation we cannot control, then I believe the wise elders of my holy heritage would climb to the high place of the heart, draw the circle of reason and faith around them, and stand to sing their prayers into the open sky of the history to come.

They would not shrink into a corner afraid, but rise up to catch the first light of what was coming into being all around them.

We are living in a time of emergence.

We are the witnesses to a great renewal.

The world is full of the fear of birth and change, but that transformation will one day be our blessing.

Do not be afraid, but be believing.

Come to the place where the ancestors are already standing.

Come and see.

Something sacred is coming this way.

For the Ancestors

I call on my ancestors and say thank you for all you endured

so that I could be here.

I appreciate you.

I break the chains you carried through

the generations.

It stops right here, with me.

I know some of you don’t understand, some envy, some anger,

but it is my time now.

I release the bonds, chains, trauma, patterns and

anything that is holding me back

anything that held you back

so that we can blossom.

I know some of you celebrate with me, clap my successes, weep

when I fall down…

It is because of you I get back up again

It is because of you,

I push through

We evolve and grow – each generation because of the works of the hands of the last generations.

To my great, great, great, great, greats.

I honour you. Each one of you,

those that I knew

and those of you that I will never know,

To all of you.

I know you

in my heart

And you know me

And together,

unity.

The man in 3D

I had an experience on a plane , on my own headed to San Francisco.

A young Indian man requested to change seats with me , giving me his 1st class seat ! I was thrilled 😁 and certainly knew gratitude but did not note it as a sign .

I was coming off psychiatric RX and very scattered and very high alert ‼️ Many of my experiences were weird . And they did get weird either a relative who revealed a shadow part of her self that has cropped up way too many times resulting in no contact .

That’s ok. I am grateful to be on my way ; acknowledging the varied signs ; numbers , birds , exits and births ; seekers , awakenings in others and tho I am soul exhausted , I rejoice as I open my hands to receive and call on my benevolent angels , spirit guides , ancestors and light workers to further my journey and let me support others as I am abled ❤️🙏💯

To the man in 2D. Today you were traveling from Orlando to Philly. I don’t know you, but I imagine you saw us somewhere. I was pushing a stroller, had a diaper bag on my arm and also lugging an oxygen machine for my daughter. We had smiles on our faces as we were headed to see her “friends” at CHOP (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia). We pre- boarded the plane, got cozy in our window seat and made jokes to those around us about having to sit by my yelling-but-happy baby. The flight attendant came over and told me you were waiting to switch seats. You were giving up your comfortable, first class seat to us.

Not able to hold back tears, I cried my way up the aisle while my daughter Lucy laughed! She felt it in her bones too… real, pure, goodness. I smiled and thanked you as we switched but didn’t get to thank you properly.

Sooo… thank you. Not just for the seat itself but for noticing. For seeing us and realizing that maybe things are not always easy. For deciding you wanted to show a random act of kindness to US. It reminded me how much good there is in this world. I can’t wait to tell Lucy someday. In the meantime… we will pay it forward. AA 588 passenger in seat 2D, we truly feel inspired by your generosity.

Ancestral Healing

Ancestral Healing 🌿🍃🌳

Our ancestors are like the roots of a majestic tree, hidden yet fundamental to the life and growth of every branch, leaf, and blossom. They anchor us, providing the stability and nourishment necessary to weather life’s storms. Just as roots draw vital nutrients from the earth, our ancestors’ experiences, wisdom, and sacrifices enrich our lives in ways we may not always see but undeniably feel.

🌿

Ancestral healing is the gentle tending of these roots, acknowledging and healing the struggles and traumas that may have stunted growth. By honoring our lineage, we heal ourselves, those who came before us, and those who will follow. This healing releases past burdens, allowing our family tree to flourish with renewed vigor and strength.

🍃

Every leaf is significant, every branch vital. The joys, triumphs, pains, and sorrows of our ancestors are seeds of resilience and wisdom within us. Embracing our roots connects us to our place in the world, grounding us in times of uncertainty and inspiring us to reach new heights. In honoring them, we honor ourselves and the boundless potential of our family tree.

🌳

Ancestral healing helps identify patterns from our ancestors that influence our present-day lives, such as recurring behaviors, beliefs, or emotional responses. By recognizing and addressing these inherited patterns, we can liberate ourselves from ancestral trauma, releasing past burdens and allowing for personal growth and freedom. This process not only heals us but also strengthens our family tree, promoting well-being for future generations.

Cro- Magons

My information says Cro- Magons originated in East Africa and were O – blood types

Eat Right for your blood type and the companion supplement, book was my source of information.

Stone Age ingenuity! This 15,000-year-old hut in Mezhirich, Ukraine, was built by Cro-Magnons using mammoth bones!

What are Cro-Magnons?

Cro-Magnons and modern humans (Homo sapiens) share many similarities, as Cro-Magnons are an early group of Homo sapiens. However, there are a few differences that can be noted:

Time Period:

– Cro-Magnons: Lived approximately 40,000 to 10,000 years ago during the Upper Paleolithic period.

– Modern Humans: Represent the current population, with a continuous presence from around 200,000 years ago to the present.

Physical Characteristics:

– Cro-Magnons: Generally robust and muscular with broader faces, prominent brow ridges, and larger jaws. Their cranial capacity was around 1,600 cubic centimeters, which is within the range of modern humans but on the higher end.

– Modern Humans: More gracile (slender) build with a smaller face, less prominent brow ridges, and smaller jaws. The average cranial capacity is about 1,350 cubic centimeters.

Cultural and Technological Development:

– Cro-Magnons: Known for their advanced tool use, cave paintings, and sculptures. They had a complex culture with evidence of symbolic thinking, art, and possibly early forms of religion.

– Modern Humans: Have developed highly advanced technology, complex societies, diverse cultures, and sophisticated languages. Modern humans have made significant advancements in science, medicine, and the arts.

Genetics:

– Cro-Magnons: Genetically similar to modern humans, as they are direct ancestors. Some genetic differences exist due to natural selection and genetic drift over thousands of years.

– Modern Humans: Show a wider genetic diversity due to the larger and more interconnected global population.

Habitat and Adaptation:

– Cro-Magnons: Primarily lived in Europe and Western Asia, adapting to the cold climates of the last Ice Age.

– Modern Humans: Inhabit diverse environments across the globe, from the Arctic to tropical regions, with advanced technology and culture aiding in adaptation.

Where are they? Did they go extinct?

The term “extinction” may not be entirely accurate when referring to Cro-Magnons, as they are considered an early group of Homo sapiens, and their genetic legacy continues in modern humans.

Cro-Magnons interbred with other Homo sapiens populations and possibly with Neanderthals. This genetic mixing led to the integration of Cro-Magnon genes into broader human gene pools, making it difficult to distinguish them as a separate group over time.
