In my many moves , lots of paperwork has been involved

as I move an office and a house it has been arduous, costly

and draining ..At some point I can burn these legal papers

and research , as years of documents are saved can be utilized

and deleted ..

I am not spartan , I enjoy my things , but certainly can downsize

or replace things , I’m not invested in . My home feels like home

and usually takes 18 months or longer to settle into.

Thus I always have projects .. The homes I have rented

require attention , challenges that slow me down or impede

forward movement and are totally avoidable .

It’s repetitive, and closing/clearing , very similar to the shaky

ground of past …

I give things to folks and don’t hold tight to many things .

Having had the experience of 2 or 3 adults , go through my

things and decide what to keep , and what to allow me .

Including our sons ….

I believe in abundance , sharing as much as possible , receiving

support and blessings from many sources , as I surrendered

to my life purpose …I AM HOME 🏠🌈🌝☮️🎁🎅🏼🤶🏼❤️🎄 ©️

Far from gloom and doom , I find my heart smiles

these days growing and expanding in peace and

harmony with as much as possible.

Awareness of deep pain, or covert mask has been

augmented , and thus in the healing process.

Awareness of shadow , and abilities to transform it

returning to comfort in heart , and mind , still contends

with body .. tweaking my diet plus clearing past

travesties of justice for sons and I , a few confidants

whom I treasure , as I’m on my own..I am in awe

and grateful beyond measure .

Smiles that greet me , hug my soul as I am received in

welcome … home…I am where I need and want to be

with great expectations of experiencing cheeks that ache

from smiling …eyes that are like waterfalls with tears

of release , equal to smiles …an ocean of tears

and fears/anger transformed , transmuted to love , and in

that peace ☮️..authentic smiles are cellular

All is well with my soul 🥰✊

.…..When I sit in front of my djembe, it is a tool for me, through its potential expressions, and what I actually create, to notice my present state of being. It’s like a metaphysical mirror for my being, reflecting to me, who I am at that moment. My thoughts, my beliefs, emotions, etc…

..… Now imagine with me,that you spent an hour holding your attention on just three sounds a djembe can create: the bass, tone, and slap. Perhaps you might feel rested and energized strangely, having let that gerbil take a break from its endless running. And when you hold your attention on something so direct and simple (my students would laugh at that statement), the rest of your being begins to still……

Luke Miller :12-12 10 Days Of Magic Manifestation 💫🌝

Today is 12/12/12 (as 2+0+1+9=12). This is a magical portal for transformation. There are 12 signs of the zodiac. A dodecahedron is a 12 sided shape that makes up one of the 5 sacred shapes called the platonic solids. There are 12 notes in a musical octave. There are also 12 months in a year… and the list goes on.

12 is a cyclical number, which in the examples I have shown span across macro and microcosmic space, sound and time. 12/12/12 also has the code of 333 in it (1+2=3), which added in succession gives us 3-6-9. This number is a code for ascension.

There is also a very interesting Egyptian (Kemetic) metaphysical theory on the human body having 3 components- the physical, emotional and spiritual. With each of these having 3 components-

Ab- The heart

Ba- The soul of the heart

Khaibit- The essence of the heart

Spiritual-

Sekem- Life force

Sahu- Spiritual body

Khu- Spiritual soul

Meaning the mastery of these 3 bodies incorporates the ascension from the physical (3), to the emotional (6) and finally the spiritual (9).

3 is also symbolic of family (mother, father and child), with 6 representing the extended family caregiver or community caregiver. Then finally 9 being the symbol of the unconditional caregiver or one that gives to all without prejudice. This is ascension on the physical plane, when one can view every person as a part of themselves with unconditional love.

Times are changing, and the decisions you make now do matter. You literally have the power to enrich your life and the lives of the people you come into contact with, and you can do this simply through the power of love.

Pain Relief

Guidance suggested this frequency for pain, 174 HZ

Guidance through a musician , Christopher , suggested

HZ , which became my white noise, which has lulled

me to sleep off and on through my life .

I prefer the sounds of nature , but have had extended

periods that required white noise , as I have cassettes,

CDs , and books on sleep.. I totally made my bedroom

a statuary dedicated to comfortable sleep 💤..

Tested , even in my relocation to my mountain , as I’m

currently in an apartment , with much interference

on many levels , but I still manage to balance out here.

Remnants of too many test , currently my spleen and

pancreas , have left me depleted .. I do what I can ,

so currently , I’m nesting on my own , infrequently

popping out and totally enjoying myself ..the next day I

Self nurture ..

Part of this , thanks to Christopher’s suggestion , is HZ

frequency …and then yesterday , 174 HZ for pain releif .

I have provided only one as an example ; there are many

choices ..

Strongly suggest a trail, perhaps an elder could benefit
