knew took her life , after many years of declining
health , her addiction to Xanax , and alcohol had
her take a gun to her head and pull the trigger .
My warnings in 2004 , as I came to, were ignored .
Using Xanax to sleep, as she acknowledged led
to permanent sleep, a path I had no desire to follow.
