In the last days, we’ve been bombarded, infused, with so much energy—from geomagnetic storms, solar flares, astrological shifts, and are deep in the eclipse season. And we will be until mid-April.
So many are unaware of what is occurring, so they often focus on ‘what’s not working’, ‘what’s going ‘wrong’ in the world’ and/or in their lives. And even those of us who know what is occurring are feeling the profound effects of these high energetic times.
The energy comes in waves and suddenly we can feel discombobulated, unstable, confused, or disoriented in regard to some aspect of our lives. Not to mention the many physical symptoms we may experience—random body aches, temple headaches, increased crown chakra sensitivity, eye sensitivity, sudden tiredness and the deep desire for rest, sleep. Conscious self-care is so important, necessary, right now.
These last days, I’ve seen people operating as if submerged in deep waters—forgetful from one moment to the next, disoriented, and self-critical of it and critical of others. So many want to ‘do something’ to achieve clarity, to somehow ‘right’ things, to force themselves through or control what can feel like lugubrious disorientation or confusion.
But right now, Dear Beautiful People, the best thing we can do is to find stillness, to come back to ourselves in the depths of our Being. Instead of focusing on a list of things in one’s head to do, focus right here, right now in the present moment.
To help move towards presence, pause, take a moment to pause in any place you are and simply observe your breath moving in and out of your body, Feel it in your chest—whether you are at work, shopping, or doing home chores. Pause, breathe, and recognize the moment as the sacredness it is—that is, what a Blessed thing it is that you are able to do this, be present to it, Be in that moment. And as you do this, observe how your energetic body and your physical form begins to expand, relax, and the mind quiets without effort, without strain.
Allow yourself to Be in the depths and feel the waves of presence in and around you. You are not absent from the world, you are more in the world, more present to it.
Allow yourself to slow, allow others the time they might need to accomplish whatever task they are moving through. The depths are simply a reflection of the heights, and whatever comes up—this school of thought, this memory, a sudden ‘why this?’, the grief of that, a pain long not looked at, a habitual limiting pattern or fear––all of this is part of the gift of these times to see, observe, witness with love and compassion what has been pushed down, separated, hidden.
To see our lives consciously, to open to the greater depths of our Being and choose from Being, act from Being, to find clarity from Being and the experience of our multi-dimensionality, our cosmic citizenship and presence, and not simply be lost in the mind that is so entrained to move along its tracks of what it has been taught is ‘right’ or ‘wrong.’ In the presence of Being we move beyond ‘right’ and ‘wrong’, we enter the field of Being, the field of conscious energy, that supports, is, All life.
These high energies infusing our world are opportunity to experience, feel, know, the sea of Being that we all exist in. Allow yourself to feel the moment of your Being, to shift from reacting to things, to discernment, which is the Heart guiding the mind in presence. Clarity will arise naturally from there.
Stillness, presence, even in doing, Beautiful One… You are this loved, this beautiful, this powerful…
