Body is tired but I have my ” tools” .
Hearing this is nostalgia , but there is not

and give Thanks for not having to translate
or be anything but who I am. I am more
aware of enoughness than ever ..

Dad served a mission as a trucker .
He was away for extended periods of time, wasted
tired for days of rest , and it showed as time
passed.
His loneliness and out of sync with Mom and us
showed up in explosions I knew as pain. He revealed
his feelings of unworthiness , and I was quick to
high5 him.. I knew he did his best , how very deep
his heart and soul that brings me comfort and joy
for having had him in my life to mentor me .❤️

Nothing out there, should take us away from owning
our essence , and it’s thrilling to know this cycling of
harsh lessons , is being transformed , not to have to come
up, individually or collectively .
I was blessed to see James Taylor preform , live and I
witnessed magic, and the humanity of an artist , who was
backed by other artist , he preformed with in 1999!
That’s a big deal, and they rocked !
