…Don’t forget that this week from the 19th to the 23rd, 
Jupiter is exactly conjunct the Galactic Centre, 
aligning us with high level cosmic energy and information.
Try to take time out this week to do a mini vision quest,
to be in nature, with a pen, paper and water, and
ideally having fasted. Just sit quietly for as long as it takes,
feel you are clearing your mind of thoughts, and 
open to whatever new information and light can come in 
for your via your crown chakra.
Try to Feel completely Grounded, and Breathe in and out 
through your Heart so you have a feeling of Expansion and Connection to all living beings.
Try to stay suspended in that Open state for as long 
as feels right to you, blending with all sentient life around you, and knowing that you are divine spark who is currently experiencing an upgrade from the old you to the new you.
It is a time to really let the past go, the old habits,
thought processes, and all that we have been
that is no longer relevant to your path forwards.
This is a powerful period to really shift our consciousness 
and understanding this week, all the more so if 
you have any planets or angles at 27° Sagittarius.

Dance With The Sun

Morning begins with shadow which crops up once in

a while , however shadow is not allowed free rental

in my head , and the Edward Sizzorhands approach

is necessary . Past lessons have taught me well when to

fold em, when to hold em..

Extremely pleased to witness the waking or reawakening

of so many , with an intensity personally that has confirmed

my seed planting does positively effect the recipient when

Crisis becomes Opportunity to grow as a Spiritual Being

above what repressed you , digressed you , distressed you

depressed you … much of that energy does not belong to

you ..let it go …

As folks do I witness the quality of life improve , gifts 🎁

are coming to them , answered prayers … it’s so for for-filling

on a level that speaks to me of deep healing and connection .

Of being worthy and ready to receive , allowing , surrender

is eternal life ..Heaven on earth ..I went through much adversity

as many do, to be able to speak with an open heart , give with

an open heart , plant those seeds , after hearing such pain

of worthiness, that was denied me for so long , that designing

my own rescue and salvation was imperative to exist ..

Yes , I took the long way around ..a veteran of sorts .

It is with great love for humanity , our children 👶, our

thriving , as one positive energy that is heart , soul

and mind …

Life is 1 giant ,flaming sphere of wonder , adventure and

mystery .. assurance that purity of thought , reason , and action

now loom upon your horizon.

Liberating life forces , the natural self, the child who holds

the jewels of happiness , content to bring this into each life

experience .. This lightness of being made bearable in innocence

of our child-self. The Sun (Father/Nature ) allows reconnection

with potential transcendence , liberated from quagmires of

tangled emotions , fears , regrets and grief ..often showing

up as anger/rage .

Rejoice, as body, soul and spirit accept unconditional love

in the unison, or balance …Peace , normal here ..

Exaltation of one’s soul is not an easy task , this road to wisdom

as transcendence births ecstatic moments of transcendence .

Buddha : All Beings are Born Enlightened , but it takes

A life time to discover this .

The alchemy of quantum leaping , allows a path that rises up

to meet us , with the light of the truth , reducing shadow

as we collectively rise , a whole new meaning shall be attached

to our holidays …So much forward movement , look 👀 for that

own it , let it motivate , and be your set point .

Choose her every day

“Choose Her Every Day (Or Leave Her)”

I spent 5 years hurting a good woman by staying with her but never fully choosing her.
I did want to be with this one. I really wanted to choose her. She was an exquisite woman, brilliant and funny and sexy and sensual. She could make my whole body laugh with her quick, dark wit and short-circuit my brain with her exotic beauty. Waking up every morning with her snuggled in my arms was my happy place. I loved her wildly.
Unfortunately, as happens with many young couples, our ignorance of how to do love well quickly created stressful challenges in our relationship. Before long, once my early morning blissful reverie gave way to the strained, immature ways of our everyday life together, I would often wonder if there was another woman out there who was easier to love, and who could love me better.
As the months passed and that thought reverberated more and more through my head, I chose her less and less. Every day, for five years, I chose her a little less.
I stayed with her. I just stopped choosing her. We both suffered.
Choosing her would have meant focusing every day on the gifts she was bringing into my life that I could be grateful for: her laughter, beauty, sensuality, playfulness, companionship, and so … much … more.
Sadly, I often found it nearly impossible to embrace – or even see – what was so wildly wonderful about her.
I was too focused on the anger, insecurities, demands, and other aspects of her strong personality that grated on me. The more I focused on her worst, the more I saw of it, and the more I mirrored it back to her by offering my own worst behaviour. Naturally, this only magnified the strain on our relationship … which still made me choose her even less.
Thus did our nasty death spiral play itself out over five years.
She fought hard to make me choose her. That’s a fool’s task. You can’t make someone choose you, even when they might love you.
To be fair, she didn’t fully choose me, either. The rage-fueled invective she often hurled at me was evidence enough of that.
I realise now, however, that she was often angry because she didn’t feel safe with me. She felt me not choosing her every day, in my words and my actions, and she was afraid I would abandon her.
Actually, I did abandon her.
By not fully choosing her every day for five years, by focusing on what bothered me rather than what I adored about her, I deserted her.
Like a precious fragrant flower I brought proudly into my home but then failed to water, I left her alone in countless ways to wither in the dry hot heat of our intimate relationship.
I’ll never not choose another woman I love again.
It’s torture for everyone.
If you’re in relationship, I invite you to ask yourself this question:
“Why am I choosing my partner today?”
If you can’t find a satisfying answer, dig deeper and find one. It could be as simple as noticing that in your deepest heart’s truth, “I just do.”
If you can’t find it today, ask yourself again tomorrow. We all have disconnected days.
But if too many days go by and you just can’t connect with why you’re choosing your partner, and your relationship is rife with stress, let them go. Create the opening for another human being to show up and see them with fresh eyes and a yearning heart that will enthusiastically choose them every day.
Your loved one deserves to be enthusiastically chosen. Every day.
You do, too.

Someone Save A Life 2Night …

I was late teens , lying on the floor of Beloved’s ex listening to

Elton John , Yellow Brick Road …Buzzed , and the intensity as

I listened to this new LP, connected me in a way that was scary/good .

Having been friendly all my life , certainly stepping back from what

I did not understand as energy .. I was shy, and did not try to evoke

attention , unless I wanted to…not often ..certainly tired of challenges

to be heard and understood .

Smiling , especially with the eyes is a gift to me and I hope I give it out

plenty…acceptance …

Hibernation is natural: I slept 9 hours last night 🎁😘

The winter solstice time is no longer celebrated as it once was, with the understanding that this is a period of descent and rest, of going within our homes, within ourselves and taking in all that we have been through, all that has passed in this full year which is coming to a close… like nature and the animal kingdom around us, this time of hibernation is so necessary for our tired limbs, our burdened minds.

Our modern culture teaches avoidance at a max at this time; alcohol, lights, shopping, overworking, over spending, comfort food and consumerism.

…and yet the natural tug to go inwards as nearly all creatures are doing is strong and the weather so bitter that people are left feeling that winter is hard, because for those of us without burning fires and big festive families, it can be lonely and isolating. Whereas in actual fact winter is kind, she points us in her quiet soft way towards our inner self, towards this annual time of peace and reflection, embracing the darkness and forgiving, accepting and loving embracing goodbye the past year.

Winter takes away the distractions, the buzz, and presents us with the perfect time to rest and withdraw into a womb like love, bringing fire & light to our hearth.

.. and then, just around the corner the new year will begin again, and like a seed planted deep in the earth, we will all rise with renewed energy once again to dance in the sunlight.
