Ex is still bound to his Mom and I’ve had to consider his reasoning in destroying relationships with sons was to thwart and sever our ” living connection”
But then he saw himself as the superior ultimate Dad/Mom and imprinted them early on . Our family was never more important that his Mothers requirements .
Of course his causal connection celebrated birthdays etc with money not his presence and I declined in competition with his detachment of being and giving
I believe this was an issue with the next supply as he became toxic and detached when she became so ill she couldn’t work and he had the responsibility of paying for her health care . Mentioning in court these facts and even how much she spent on bras !
He is still owned and still selfish even as he steals from me . That’s clearly not going to heal in mid 70’s and mid 90’s
His partner, his confidant is Mom who allows him to have relationships and listens to his complaints and supports his ending said relationship.

I read. years ago of a shrink referring to himself as God and I had 3 males that did so. Knowing nothing of the prescriptions they gave out like candy ; dependent on the drug rep for education of RX. Drug rep is educated by pharmaceutical company whose main interest is profit .
A psychiatrist could make an extra 150k per year just writing prescriptions. It’s a very bad matrix to get into . My Dr had Parkinson’s and founded the psychiatric program and was shielded until he retired . Lavish pictures graced his wall of his 4 children and his awesome sail boat .

Leading figures in psychiatry acknowledge that DSM psychiatric diagnoses and the chemical imbalance theory of mental illness are not scientifically valid, but consider them useful fictions that help people manage their emotions and comply with their medication treatments. However, many patients have experienced damage from these constructs, which they see as malevolent fictions. People differ in their opinion on the usefulness or malevolence of all organized religions, and so it should be no surprise that there are differences of opinions about psychiatry.

Highly Toxic Parent
At their core, the alienating parent is afraid, jealous and cannot bear to think there could be time spent, let alone love given, to anyone but themselves. Their wounded ego needs revenge, and this will be inflicted on anyone (especially a ‘target’ parent) who exposes the truth of who they are inside (often triggered by separation/divorce – it can’t be their fault). They can’t bear it. They even hide from themselves. To deal with this, they try and control everyone and everything. They rewrite the narrative. They encourage and magnify any natural discord that happens in the course of childhood with parents. The children are coercively controlled, and weaponised. They’re not allowed independent thought or any positive feelings or even memories about the ‘other’ parent. But the child/ren loved you, and they still do, they’ve just been ‘indoctrinated’ to think otherwise. Once they remove their gas mask, their toolkit of survival, they can breathe. Solar activity accelerates the process of our physical body’s adaptation to a greater amount of energy available and is what causes our physical “symptoms,” but it’s not actually any disease. Here is a very short explanation: everything that exists in the Universe is energy, and only energy, vibrating (spinning sub-atomic particles) at different speeds (frequencies).
Our physical body, which is just an expression of our Consciousness, vibrates at a lower frequency (that’s why we define it as matter); when we are constantly receiving a greater amount of energy than we were accustomed to, it goes through an adaptation process to be able to drive a increased amount of energy (transformed into electrical impulse) through the Nervous and Cardiovascular System. Imagine what it’s like connecting a current with 220 voltage to a wire used to drive only 110.
The energy we receive from the Sun and Cosmic Radiation translates into increased neural activity and connectivity (expansion of Consciousness) and a stronger heartbeat (opening of the heart and expansion of the electromagnetic field). We become more sensitive to higher vibrational frequencies and our senses sharpen and adapt to perceive frequencies that were previously out of reach.
The effect of this increased amount of energy input causes symptoms such as pressure in the head (headache, migraine, burning in the brain, tingling sensation), dizziness or feeling like under the effect of a drug, difficulty focusing the vision, dry or irritated eyes, flu symptoms that it is not flu (or allergy), ringing in the ears, tones as in Morse code, slight increase in blood pressure, burning in the mouth of the stomach or indigestion, oppression or discomfort in the throat, insomnia, a lot of physical fatigue, burning on the skin and being very thirsty.
Whatever feels like “nerves,” “vibration,” tingling, “goosebumps” or partial chills is just that ENERGY. As far as the mental effect is concerned, we may feel confused, having difficulty concentrating, being in two “dimensions” at once (the brain, already more sensitive to subtle frequencies, begins to try to decode the information that it is receiving, even though there is no obvious material source), memory loss short-term and the feeling of being “crazy.” Mood changes are frequent, as is irritability and the need to isolate, as well as increased emotional sensitivity and periods of euphoria and unconditional love. Increased light sensitivity, noise intolerance, and vivid, lucid, extraordinary dreams are also part of this process.
As we are already under the effect of these energies constantly, although there are times when it intensifies even more like this week, it is indifferent whether you feel it before or after because well may be that what you feel “before” actually is an “after.”
Remember that whether we feel it or not, depends on the opportunity (that we are not surrounded by other people or other magnetic fields), where our attention is placed and on the individual plan of each one. Those who don’t feel it doesn’t mean they’re not living it, it just means they’re not aware of it and can attribute it to any other cause they deem more reasonable. Remember that water is our best ally and that touching the ground helps remove excess voltage.
This too shall pass, so don’t get distracted from your own process of expansion.

Faulty Reasoning turned ADHD into a Disease
In a new article in Frontiers in Psychiatry, researchers explain the four strategies used to erroneously conflate the construct of “ADHD” with a medical disease. According to the researchers, the label of ADHD is merely a description of children’s behavior, but the way it is usually discussed “reifies” it—or assumes that description is an objective fact with explanatory power.
“The descriptive classification Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is often mistaken for a disease entity that explains the causes of inattentive and hyperactive behaviors, rather than merely describing the existence of such behaviors,” they write.
Why is this distinction so crucial? The researchers explain:
“The errors and habits of writing may be epistemologically violent by influencing how laypeople and professionals see children and ultimately how children may come to see themselves in a negative way. Beyond that, if the institutional world shaped to help children is based on misguided assumptions, it may cause them harm and help perpetuate the misguided narrative.”
When the complexity of human experience is reduced to a label, other explanations and possibilities are eliminated, and potentially harmful interventions go unchallenged. This is even more problematic, they write, with a contested category like ADHD, which has been disavowed by the very people who created the construct in the first place, such as Allen Frances and Keith Conners.

We all feel down from time to time. But if you suffer from clinical depression, you know it can feel like a fog that never lifts. It can keep you from your loved ones… your work… and your hobbies.
Now we know that experiencing depression can be an early sign that you could be facing dementia, too.
Increases Dementia Risk By 51 Percent
In a new study published in the journal Biological Psychiatry, researchers analyzed the data of more than 350,000 participants aged 50 to 70, looking for a link between depression and dementia.
The team categorized participants, placing them into one of four courses of depression. These included depression that is:
- Increasing course – patients with mild initial symptoms that steadily increase
- Decreasing course – patients that start with moderate- or high-severity symptoms but decrease over time
- Chronically high course – patients with ongoing severe depression
- Chronically low course – patients with steady mild or moderate depression
Ultimately, the study showed that experiencing depression can elevate your risk of developing dementia by a whopping 51 percent!
But there’s good news…
Treatment Helps Lower Your Risk
Further examination of the data showed that your degree of risk correlates to the course of depression. For example, folks with increasing, chronically high, or chronically low course depression were more vulnerable to dementia. But those on a decreasing course of depression faced no greater risk when compared with depression-free study participants.
The researchers also wanted to know if depression treatment affected dementia risk. And, it turns out, treatment works.
The depressed participants – except for those on the chronically high course – who received treatment for their depression reduced their risk of dementia by 30 percent.1
“Once again, the course of ineffectively treated depression carries significant medical risk,” stated Biological Psychiatryeditor John Krystal, MD. He reports, “In this case, symptomatic depression increases dementia risk by 51 percent, whereas treatment was associated with a significant reduction in this risk.”
“This indicates that timely treatment of depression is needed among those with late-life depression,” said study author Professor Wei Cheng, PhD, Institute of Science and Technology for Brain-Inspired Intelligence, Fudan University, Shanghai, China. “Providing depression treatment for those with late-life depression might not only remit affective symptoms but also postpone the onset of dementia.”2
Why The Link Between Depression
And Dementia?
Researchers aren’t exactly sure why depression causes dementia, but they believe it could be due to the chronic stress depression puts on your brain.
If you’re currently experiencing depression – or think you might be – now is the time to talk to your doctor. Depression is a serious condition and should be treated without delay. Fortunately, not all treatment involves a prescription drug.
One thing you can start doing on your own at home to help beat back depression – and dementia – is exercise. Multiple studies show that exercise can help improve brain function and help increase the “feel-good” chemicals that ward off depression and dementia.3
In addition, eating a healthy diet and taking anti-inflammatory supplements such as omega-3’s is also helpful in the fight against depression. Studies show that taking omega-3’s can decrease symptoms in folks who already experience depression.4 We also know that omega-3’s can help improve your brain function and protect your memory from age-related decline.

Copper is connected to fear, which destroys the adrenals, which turns off a link in the hpa axis between the adrenals and the thyroid, increasing issues with candida dry skin and outbreaks, increasing likelihood of hypothyroid, which causes weight gain and ovarian cysts, which turns off the production of melatonin so you cant sleep, which makes you hungry all of the time or not at all due to screwing with your blood sugar, causing air hunger bc the kidneys trap energy from the lungs which then causes lack of blood flow and vasospasm thereby increasing migraines and nerve pain, since the nervous system isnt getting appropriate blood flow, and copper just sits in your muscles accumulating as it becomes a positive feedback loop so your muscles get tense and tight and you grind your teeth and feel manic and your vision gets blurry bc thyroid is out of whack and this metallic taste in my mouth is coming and going and this brain fog makes me feel like i cant remember one thing to the next and my body feels like its full of electrical shocks and the emf from the wifi is making me nauseated and my body is throwing off so much heat but its not a fever its not a hot flash why do i feel like im having a mild seizure and…and…anddddd….

Tom suggested the book Why am i always so tired? By gittleman, and i read it in about 45 minutes. It was theoretical in nature, but got the point across, is mildly outdated as better and safer supplementation is now available, and folks doing safe lengthy supportive copper detoxes are plentiful on YouTube.
This is a marathon, not a sprint detox. Im 2 weeks in and may need to detox for up to a year hard to tell. Im dedicated and able to easily follow an adrenal recovery program and diet which is totally imperative to this or your copper levels will just bounce right back to where they were. Id get a functional doctor and go from there if youre sus about this. You will need support for this journey that is for sure.

I am not employing a functional doctor as i have tools from studing alternative healing modalities for 15 years now, but im not going to tell you what to take or how as im not your doctor. Youll either have to put in a hundred hours or so on the internet like i did, read the book by gittleman or find a naturopath.
And fyi, if you are getting more geared up with epsom salt baths, copper toxicity is likely why!!! For some reason, calcium and magnesium creates a calcium shell around copper and keeps it in your system. After your initial purge, magnesium can be added back SLOWLY as you do need it, but not if its hindering your purge.
Having a hard time even finding a magnesium your body can tolerate besides epsom salt baths? 😬😬😬 this is possibly the reason.
