Tapering Safely off Antidepressants
Initially I went off all RX cold Turkey for 3 days and found that would not work
I then tapered off
New research investigating current antidepressant tapering trends finds that strategies for reducing doses over time can lead to varying results in different individuals.
The review, published in the Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine, advocates for a “one-size-fits-all” taper approach to ensure that withdrawal prevention is taken into consideration while simultaneously allowing for a process that is straightforward and not unnecessarily complex for most patients.
Withdrawal symptoms from antidepressants are common and can include dizziness, nausea, anxiety, depression, and “brain zaps,” which are sensations of electric shocks inside the head, among other symptoms. Given the overlap in symptoms between depression and antidepressant withdrawal, depressive relapse and withdrawal can be difficult to distinguish, which leads to confusion among patients and their providers.
Additionally, determining who will experience severe withdrawal symptoms from those who will not is difficult to predict, although research has shown that duration of use, previous experiences of withdrawal, and type of antidepressant used provide insight into who may experience withdrawal symptoms upon discontinuation.
Researchers, led by James Phelps, MD, of Samaritan Mental Health in Corvallis, OR, write:
“The severity of antidepressant withdrawal can be mitigated by carefully tapering the dose before stopping. Research is ongoing regarding which patients need a taper and the best way to discontinue their antidepressants. Most strategies emphasize the use of very small decrements in the last steps to zero.”
Spraying :Update
The Daily Spraying Log 1/28/2023
January 28
Overnight: A typical night of spraying. I believe we had 3 plumes around the typical times but I was not awake enough to nail down times for the first 2 plumes. Usually I am frequently awake and able to capture the times or at least to estimate their hit times (the times they reached ground level). Based on the info I have, I think we were hit at the usual nightly times: about 3:30 am, 5:30 am, and 7:30 am. I was awake shortly after the 7:30 am plume so that one I can verify the time of. The type of poison used was the typical: Model Cement and Chalky-Bitter-Pharma with Inflammatory and Mercury additives. The Inflammatory additive was dominant in all plumes. Plume peak intensities were between 8.5 and 8.75 for all plumes.
12:57 pm
This morning we had another hit at roughly 9:30 pm which was the same type: Model Cement and Chalky-Bitter-Pharma with Inflammatory and Mercury additives.
At about 12:35 pm we were hit with yet another plume of type Model Cement, Copper, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma with Inflammatory and Mercury additives. Intensity rose quickly and peaked at 9.25 at 12:50 and is now declining.
Here is a link to a small photo gallery showing one of my first encounters with chemtrails in Jamestown, New York. This was an intense event that helped push me into researching this subject. I posted these some time later so the date on the post is later than the date the pictures were taken. The taste and smell of the chemtrails in Jamestown were intense. I had 3 employees and usually 2 of the 3 employees could taste them in the air as well as myself. Jamestown Photos
The attack on all life continues.
2:22 pm
At about 1:45 pm we were hit with a plume of type Model Cement, Copper, Chalky-Bitter-Pharma with Inflammatory and Mercury additives. Intensity rose at a medium-fast rate and peaked at 9.5+ at 2:15 pm. The taste this creates in the air (for us sensitive folks) is disgusting, bitter, metallic, and just nauseating.
I can hear the HAARP Hum just slightly, so it’s at intensity 1 on a scale of 5. I thought I heard it yesterday, but with other ambient sound, I wasn’t sure so I didn’t log it. This is the longest stretch we have had without it for a long time. Have they reduced power so fewer people hear it? Whatever the reason, we used to hear it daily.
Challenges towards Growth – Kim Saeed
I don’t know who needs to see this, but when you leave an abusive relationship or marriage, this isn’t the only challenge you will face. Once you’ve removed yourself from the vortex of lies and manipulation, you may begin to lose friends and family, as well. Your Church might turn on you. Relationships and situations will fall apart around your ankles.
While this is initially horrific and traumatizing, it’s actually a Phoenix process. You are leaving the realm of false narratives and denial. You are removing yourself from the program. The people and situations that hurt you will have no choice but to slowly disintegrate as you make space for your new world.
This phase may take a while, especially if you have to deal with court hearings. This is usually an entire layer of H*LL in itself.
Think of it as an update to software. The bugs are removed so your internal code can go back to normal. The software is your life, and the bugs are all the things that aren’t in alignment with your highest good.
Once this painful phase begins to acclimate, a quiet peace sets upon you. You are no longer surrounded by abusers, fakes, and ignorance. You are no longer amongst flying monkeys, minions, or fair-weathered “friends” who used to go between you and your abuser, stirring the pot. They may try, but your new reality doesn’t acknowledge them. Ideally, you’ve blocked these people out of your life so that any attempts they make to hook you back into the vortex are met with your indifference or even utter unawareness.
Your tolerance for drama and backbiting is zero. You no longer care what the ignorant are up to.
Things worth doing, things that will transform your life… may feel painful while your new world is being built. This is when you need faith in yourself. Faith in what’s in store. Faith in our Creator. This is when you need to stop looking back and, instead, put all your focus on forging your new path.
I’ve gone through many painful Phoenix processes…but what comes afterward is always worth it. Every. Single. Time.
