REAL FRIENDS CAN’T BE LOST

You cannot lose real friends.
You just can’t.
They won’t go, no matter how hard you push them away when you are not yourself.
They will wait
and wait
and wait,
until they see a tiny glimmer of your light breaking through
and back they will come, with open arms.
Your real friends are still there.

And if they feel lost to you right now,
perhaps it’s because they are lost to themselves.
Just wait
and wait
and wait,
then knock on that door,
reach in, just in case they can’t reach out.
And do it again until they answer.

If you are feeling sad about the people you have ‘lost’ along the way my friend,
don’t.
They were never yours to keep.
Real friends don’t need to be earned, or appeased, or coaxed.
They are in it for the long haul and for all the right reasons.

And each of those friends is worth a dozen fair-weather,
so count your lucky stars if you have even one.

Keep your circle small but let its light be mighty.

You can’t lose real friends,
they just won’t go.

Your Body Instrument

“Your body is not your masterpiece — your life is.

It is suggested to us a million times a day that our BODIES are PROJECTS. They aren’t. Our lives are. Our spirituality is. Our relationships are. Our work is.

Stop spending all day obsessing, cursing, perfecting your body like it’s all you’ve got to offer the world. Your body is not your art, it’s your paintbrush. Whether your paintbrush is a tall paintbrush or a thin paintbrush or a stocky paintbrush or a scratched up paintbrush is completely irrelevant. What is relevant is that YOU HAVE A PAINTBRUSH which can be used to transfer your insides onto the canvas of your life — where others can see it and be inspired and comforted by it.

Your body is not your offering. It’s just a really amazing instrument which you can use to create your offering each day. Don’t curse your paintbrush. Don’t sit in a corner wishing you had a different paintbrush. You’re wasting time. You’ve got the one you got. Be grateful, because without it you’d have nothing with which to paint your life’s work. Your life’s work is the love you give and receive — and your body is the instrument you use to accept and offer love on your soul’s behalf. It’s a system.

We are encouraged to obsess over our instrument’s SHAPE — but our body’s shape has no effect on it’s ability to accept and offer love for us. Just none. Maybe we continue to obsess because as long we keep wringing our hands about our paintbrush shape, we don’t have to get to work painting our lives. Stop fretting. The truth is that all paintbrush shapes work just fine — and anybody who tells you different is trying to sell you something. Don’t buy. Just paint.

No wait — first, stop what you are doing and say THANK YOU to your body — right now. Say THANK YOU to your eyes for taking in the beauty of sunsets and storms and children blowing out birthday candles and say THANK YOU to your hands for writing love letters and opening doors and stirring soup and waving to strangers and say THANK YOU to your legs for walking you from danger to safety and climbing so many mountains for you.

Then pick up your instrument and start painting this day beautiful and bold and wild and free and YOU. Paint this day beautiful, bold, wild & free.”~

Living Connection : Mother & Child

“During pregnancy, some baby cells migrate into the mother’s bloodstream and then return to the child. It’s called “mother-fetal microchimerism”.

For 41 weeks, the cells mix and circulate back and forth, and, after the baby is born, many of these cells remain in the mother’s body, leaving a permanent imprint in the tissues, bones, brain and skin of the baby to mother, and they often remain there for decades.

Every other child a mother has will leave a similar imprint on her body.

Even if a pregnancy doesn’t end, or if you have an abortion, these cells still migrate into the bloodstream.

Research has shown that if a mother’s heart is injured, fetal cells will rush to the injury site, and transform into different types of cells that specialize in repairing the heart.

The child helps the mother repair, while the mother builds the child.

This is often the reason why some diseases fade away during pregnancy.

It’s amazing how the mother’s body protects the baby at all costs, and the baby protects and rebuilds the mother in return, so they can safely develop and survive.

Let’s think about pregnancy cravings for a moment. What did the mother need, that the child make her wish?

The studies also showed the presence of fetal cells in her mother’s brain 18 years after birth.

This Is Why The Lion’s Gate Is So Important

Here is some information on the Lion’s Gate and the 8 Points of Light in the Sacred Year:

Ever since we exited the 3rd Dimension and began the Ascension and Transformation process, there has been much talk about Time. We have recognized that Linear Time, the time form associated with the 3rd Dimension, is no longer adequate to describe 5th Dimensional and Multi-Dimensional experience on Earth.

Many people point to the “end of time”, as though we will exist in a time free kind of void. However Archangel Michael teaches the concept of the Sacred Year or the Galactic year, in which Time is an aspect of the spiral creative journey of the Earth in relation to the Sun and the Stars.

It is this spiraling movement through Space that creates SpaceTime and provides the platform for Creation and Manifestation and for Growth and Expansion of the Soul.

So, Archangel Michael explains that there are 8 Points of Light that calibrate the Sacred Year’s Spiral, and that these are under the guardianship of the Star Lions or Royal Lions. These Lions are powerful Angelic Beings whose function is to be the guardians of the TimeSpace portals for the Earth on her journey through the Stars.

The Sirian Star Teachers taught the ancient Egyptians that the Earth was like a boat or a ship that moved through space. The Neters (Gods) were the navigators of the “Boat of Millions of Years” as Earth was called. Now, with the Ascension and Transformation of Earth into the New Earth, we as New Earth Human Angels have become responsible for the “voyage” of the ship on its spiral journey through the stars.

We have become Star Navigators for the Earth, and of course, for our own journey through TimeSpace. We do this by working with timelines/spirals and portals, and we create time as we create and manifest our lives, both collectively and as individuals.

The Sacred Year Begins on the 26th of July with the Galactic New Year.

This time was Sacred to both the Ancient Egyptians and the Mayans, who were connected to the Galactic Pulses of Light.

At this time the “Lion’s Gate” portal in Leo begins to open, reaching its apogee at the 8/8 on the 8th of August. This is the major Time Gate of the Sacred Year, guarded by the Lions (Star Lions) of Yesterday and Tomorrow. These Lions ensure that those who pass through the portal are not attached to the past or the future, but are creating with a focus on the Now or present moment, or zero point.

The Time spiral that is launched at that moment will carry the Earth collective forward for the next Sacred Year.

The 8 Points of Light are the 8 Sacred “turning points” of the Spiral. These consist of the 4 Major Time Gates or Portals and the 4 Seasonal Portals or Gates. The Time Gates are the 8/8 in August, the 11/11 in November, the 2/2 in February and the 5/5 in May. Each of these Portals is under the guardianship of the Star Councils of the Royal Stars Regulus (8/8), Antares (11/11) Formalhaut (2/2) and Aldebaran (5/5). The 8/8 and 2/2 Leo/Aquarius axis is held by the Sirian Star Teachers and the 11/11 and 5/5 Axis is held by the Pleiadians as they work with the Earth and its evolution.

The four Seasonal Portals are the 2 Solstices, when the Earth changes direction in relation to the Sun, and the two Equinoxes or Balance points.

These 8 Points of Light create an 8 Pointed Star that is a symbol of the Earth’s relationship with the Sun and with the Golden Light of the Christ Consciousness, which is the Highest level of Consciousness that our Sun is radiating to the Earth at this time.

So the 8 pointed star is associated with the Solar Avatars Mary Magdalene and Yeshua as embodiments of the Feminine and Masculine Christ Consciousness.

Higher waves of Consciousness are also available from Stellar and Galactic Sources, such as the Platinum Ray and the Diamond Light. These also assist us on our journey of transformation on the Earth.

So, as we move into the New Earth Reality and as we look for new ways of celebrating our journey through TimeSpace that are not distorted and linear and attached to forces that drain our energy, we will come to celebrate the 8 Points of Light of the Sacred Year.

This is why the Lions Gate is so important. It is that moment when the Earth aligns with Sirius and Leo, and when a new cycle of TimeSpace unfurls for us to manifest and create together as Master Star Navigators. We need to choose to be in our highest consciousness and centered in our Heart in order to cross the threshold with grace and ease, and move to a higher octave of experience.

Those who do not cross through the gate either continue to circle at the same level or “devolve” to lower timelines and almost appear to go backwards in time, replaying old dramas because they cannot move forward.

That is why it is so important not to be distracted by the dramas of fear and anxiety that tend to play out when there is an important Portal. They are designed to keep people from moving forward and upwards onto new cycles of evolution and creation.

As we approach Lions Gate it is essential that we remain focused on what we want to create and experience in the coming cycle. Remain in a peaceful and loving and creative frame of being, and you will transit the Portal and navigate through there Stars on your Journey of Being and Becoming!

Day 808 – Nature nurtures

There is a global awakening essential to the fact that this beautiful planet we call home has provided sustenance for life to thrive for eons and it is the programmed mind control away from that truth to a manufactured existence that has brought us to this crisis. Nature nurtures, life is part of a cycle of giving and receiving and this cycle has been broken for power and greed by a very few to the detriment of Gaia herself and all that live upon her. It is time for every individual to accept the response ability to restore the balance of nature in any way possible. To live in harmony with nature, we must first remember that we are nature and learn to live in harmony with each other. Anything or anyone who puts out information that pits one person against the other, one nation against the other, one race against the other is against the balance and wellbeing of the thriving of life itself. The continuing fear mongering of the media cartel is intended to divide and weaken, and only by coming together in peace, in honour, respect and love can we rise above that and return to the balance of nature and the wellbeing of all. BUT, the buck stops here and the time has come to nurture nature so that it can and will nurture us in return and life on planet Earth will once more be in balance and the Garden of Eden can flourish. Message From the Faeries

Message from the Faeries!

It was brought to my attention by my friend Donald, who is connected to the faerie realm, an important gathering had taken place by the faeries. Here is the current story told to me by Donald:

“About three weeks ago, around July 1, 2022, I had tried to connect with my faerie guides. Usually, they come briefly after I call them. I tried several times and did not hear from them. I was concerned but knew it must have been for a good reason. Then a few days later my personal faery guide came and I immediately asked her why there was such a delay. My faery guide said, ‘We were summoned by the Angels. All the faeries came and gathered. It was a huge meeting, like a conference in your human world. It was divine instruction and they prepared us for what we were to do next. They showed us glimpses of the future to help us understand and prepare for what was coming. We then were told to share with other clan leaders in the nature realm.’ The meeting was headed by an Angelic messenger and because they were called to attend such an important event, they could not appear to me when I called them.”

When Donald told me this story I had chills running through my body. I felt so much truth-energy from this message. Like the faeries, we are all being prepared for what is coming next. Even though we may not know what it is specifically, we do know to take time out for ourselves—to go inward and allow the preparation to take place. It is no surprise that the Faeries, who are the chief stewards of Gaia, have been called to prepare for the next level of the New Earth. It is so hopeful to know we are all together in the changes to come.

Creating Space For Her

THE MAN WHO WALKS WITH THE HEALER~

When a man chooses a woman who follows her calling, his only chance to maintain the connection is in following her… and above all in creating space for her to follow her own path.

It may happen that he needs to abandon his own neediness, or that he finds a means of healing through their common path – but not in the gentlest manner.

When a man chooses a woman who heals the collective wounds of the women by following her calling, his Yes for her equals a Yes to a bigger purpose far beyond building a house or raising children. Their connection goes beyond fulfilling the classical gender role models.

For this man accepts the job of having the back of this woman, of catching her when she cannot transform the pain of the world anymore. It means for him to welcome a different form of sexuality, since healing on the level of sexuality is one of the most profound issues of the woman who needs to become a healer.

For him this, again, is about welcoming slowness, softness and healing – about holding back or redirecting his own drive… about being present for the whole.

Because when a man chooses a woman who aims for freedom, they can only achieve this together… and by him leaving his narcissistic aspects behind and recognizing the path of the woman as his own path towards freedom.

When a man chooses a woman who is bigger, he cannot dwell in the places of energies of oppression or of playing small. He – if he chooses to take on this mission with her – accepts a task serving the well-being of all men, even though it happens in the background. Within this background he creates space of security, of keeping her safe from an ambush bred by his own old wounds, driving her into submission.

When a man chooses a woman out of his fascination with her radiance and wisdom, it must be obvious to him that he cannot be stuck within his own deficits in a way that makes him want to diminish her radiance… purely out of fear of having to share her with others.

When a man chooses a woman who follows her calling, he cannot fear these words: respect, humility and surrender. He will rather walk the path of divinity – alongside his woman, the healer – with gratitude and an overflowing heart.

For such a woman will choose – if she ever needs to choose – in favour of the well-being of all women …and she will choose walking her path alone instead of leaving it for him. Nevertheless, she is aware of the power that lies in the presence of a man who is beating the drums… for her.~

I spent an hour in the bank with my dad,

as he had to transfer some money. I couldn’t resist

myself and asked…

”Dad, why don’t we activate your internet banking?”

”Why would I do that?” He asked…

”Well, then you wont have to spend an hour here for

things like making a transfer.

You can even do your shopping online. Everything will

be so easy!”

I was so excited about initiating him into the world of

Net banking.

He asked ”If I do that, I wont have to step out of the

house?”

”Yes, yes”! I said. I told him how even groceries can

be delivered at your door now and how amazon

delivers everything!

His answer left me tongue-tied.

He said ”Since I entered this bank today, I have met

four of my friends, I have chatted awhile with the staff

who know me very well by now.

You know, I am alone…this is the company that I need.

I like to get ready and come to the bank. I have

enough time, it is the physical touch that I crave.

Two years back, I got sick. The store owner from whom

I buy fruits, came to see me and sat by my bedside

and cried.

When your Mom fell down a few days back while on

her morning walk, our local grocer saw her and

immediately got his car to rush her home as he knows

where I live.

Would I have that ‘human’ touch if everything became

online?

Why would I want everything delivered to me and force

me to interact with just my computer?

I like to know the person that I’m dealing with and not

just the ‘seller’. It creates bonds of Relationships.

Does Amazon deliver all this as well?”’

Alcohol

I went to a play date the other day at someone’s house. Almost the moment I stepped through the front door, the mom giggled “Mimosa time!” and my body froze up.

I wasn’t prepared for this.

Most times, when I’m heading to a social gathering, I have time to prepare. I mentally prepare, I physically prepare (I always bring a kombucha with me), I emotionally prepare.

I think about what I will say when someone asks why I’m not drinking. I think about how deep I want to get in the conversation — because some days I’m ready to go there, and other days I want to talk about anything BUT that.

Today, because I was so caught off guard, I probably looked like a deer in headlights. I almost said “Yes” and thought about just pretending to sip it. But I said “Not right now, I’m good thank you” and the conversation veered to something else.

But it came up again about 15 minutes later. And again another 15 minutes later. And I was practically banging my head against the wall mentally thinking “why don’t I just tell her I don’t drink?”

But I didn’t. I was afraid she would think I wasn’t fun. I was afraid she wouldn’t want to have more play dates with me.

I read a meme yesterday that said “I determine my kids play dates by which mom I want to drink wine with”.

Being alcohol free can truly feel ostracizing. And it’s strange to think that alcohol is the only drug that we have to explain NOT using.

Time to change the narrative. Alcohol free is a choice that should not require an explanation, embarrassment or fear of condemnation. #changethenarrative
