This song has been playing in my head all day on Summer Solstice.
In repose , rest and my deep thinking baited, peace remains .
I do not have the impression that any masculine has woke to my grace and place and as a result , accepting the end of the line .
It is with great faith that my miss is my mercy . It indeed is extreme in reference to our sons , but their resistance has been consistent for decades . I do not know them as adults and cannot accept their preference to continue the WAR of their Dad and reject me.
The end of the line lends towards new beginnings which I’m resting up for as Christ Consciousness via photonic white light rains down ; those who are supposed to , receive and surrender in self love and self forgiveness to better love another in peace and harmony !
Hydration and rest , rejuvenate and accept the healing and abundance as cycles officially close ,never to be repeated .
In the northern hemisphere, the Sun will reach its apex in the heavens and begin its descent into the ripening beauty of summertime.
As the Sun crosses through its gateway, all the high strung mental agonies of Gemini will be washed away by the dreamy bliss of Cancer season.
The watery realm of Cancer is an oasis, offering you a lingering moment to shut out the world and retreat into daydreams, where life’s pleasures and mysteries can be deeply explored.
Myths have sought to answer these questions throughout the ages.
One example comes from the ancient Greeks, who imagined that human souls were born from the stars, passing from heaven to earth through the Sun’s Gate at the Tropic of Cancer.
One allegory that describes how a soul crossed through the Tropic of Cancer comes from Homer’s Odyssey, in a place he called the Cave of the Nymphs.
The 3rd Century scholar, Porphyry, interpreted Homer’s Cave of the Nymphs as a place between worlds, a passage for the soul’s journey from heaven to earth.
Nymphs were water spirits, evoking a gentle womb-like place where heavenly souls prepared for birth. Souls were described as being like clouds, growing heavy with desire until they condensed enough to be born into matter.
The climax of the Sun’s light at the solstice inspires a high vantage point to reflect upon who you are and where you’re going in life. Whether you imagine your soul’s heavenly origins or not, the solstice is a sacred time of year.
The Cave of the Nymphs offers a portal into your soul’s origins, inviting the gentle waters to nourish and restore you before the world summons you back into its tangle of thorns.
At the solstice it’s important to pause, to return to that inner sanctuary where you can reflect. The year is halfway over. The days aren’t getting any longer. And you’re not getting any younger. This is why a yearning to know the depths of your soul awakens, inspiring a sense of mythic meaning and divine purpose to return.
The Sun in Cancer inspires a longing to know your soul’s history. How did you come to be born in this world? And why does it feel like you’re so far away from home?

As you are well aware, life has become increasingly intense the world over and some of you may still question why you are here and what possible good you as one person can do. Some of you may have even pondered the idea of simply leaving as many have already done, but on a deeper level you know you are here for a reason and don’t want to leave before you complete what you came to do.
Try to remain detached from the negativity presently permeating the world–aware of but detached through remembering that earth is in the process of exposing and clearing old energy. World consciousness is increasingly awakening to the futility, pain, and stupidity of war, which, in turn, is enlightening collective consciousness. The Divine plan is unfolding in spite of appearances and will not be stopped or diverted by human attempts to do just that. Do not fear nuclear activity, for the Beings of Light assisting mankind will not allow this and have dismantled previous attempts in the past.
Hold to truth in the presence of negativity and violence by acknowledging the Divine nature of all involved even though they themselves have no interest in knowing this. Nothing at this point is random but rather is a facet of earth’s ascension process which cannot take place in a short moment. The spiritual ascension process personally and globally takes place as individuals awaken to the reality of oneness allowing the effects of obsolete and false separation beliefs to dissolve.
Your job, as we have said many times before, is to be a consciousness of truth regardless of outer appearances near or far. Because you have been programmed over lifetimes to believe that it is only by “doing” in the outer scene that you accomplish something, holding the Light may feel to you as if you are doing nothing for the world. Living the spiritual life is not a life of doing nothing; rather, three dimensional “doing” evolves to “spiritual doing.”
When life is lived from within, solutions to outer issues needing to be addressed in some way begin to automatically unfold intuitively, easily, and practically–manifestations of the Divine harmony and wholeness present in your Consciousness. Spiritual “doing” often takes place in ways you could not have anticipated or planned because they were not yet a part of your awareness.
As individualized consciousness becomes enlightened and false beliefs fade away, the already fully present qualities of Divine Consciousness (intelligence, wisdom, creativity, completeness, harmony, etc.) can begin to manifest outwardly as what is needed at the time. Mind, interprets and forms the outer from the contents of individualized consciousness be it conditioned with false beliefs or not.
Mind interprets the self sustained/self maintained qualities of Divine Consciousness in ways that are practical and personal to the individual. A doctor may awaken to a new and better way of treatment for a problem patient. A mechanic may suddenly think of the solution to a difficult repair. An inventor may find the idea for something much needed in the world popping into thought.
New and higher ideas and solutions can only manifest outwardly when allowed to flow from Divine Consciousness, where they exist in spiritual form as creativity, completeness, wholeness, harmony etc. It is only beliefs of duality, separation, and two powers that have kept the qualities of Source already present in the consciousness of every individual from manifesting. Never forget that your consciousnesses is God Consciousness individualized making you a creator. “What am I choosing to create?”
Human minds can only access what is already in the collective, and therefore creations of the human mind are limited to what is already known. You are all familiar with boring and repetitive music, art, and ideas created out of what is already known and bring nothing new. The great masters of music, art, and science, etc., have always drawn from the source of creativity within themselves, allowing new and previously unknown ideas to flow into form.
Living from a state of conscious oneness with Source is very practical, but third dimensional thinking has relegated it to being an impractical, false, and non-existent illusion. Centuries of living in separation from God and all other life forms has caused mankind to believe that they must work, struggle, war, and step on others in order to survive. However, evolution will always be ongoing because no one can pretend to be other than what they really are forever.
It is important to examine your personal belief system and be very honest with yourself as you do it. “What am I still believing that is making me feel this way? Is it true or simply what I have been told, believed, and have lived? Do I want to continue with the old ways because they make me feel accepted?”
Do you look in the mirror and hate what you see because it doesn’t reflect some three dimensional concept of what you think makes a person desirable, lovable or acceptable? Do you look at your life–employment, education, relationships and believe that you are a failure because your choices don’t reflect what society considers success and worthy of allowing you love and respect? Be very honest with yourself with regard to seemingly ordinary and harmless beliefs you may still entertain that actually represent separation.
Everyone seeks to be loved and accepted, it cannot be avoided. Because there is only ONE and the individualized expressions of that ONE are connected. The connecting energy of the ONE as many is what the world calls love. The connection between the many expressions of ONE is interpreted and experienced through the third dimensional state of consciousness as a deep yearning and seeking for wholeness, completeness, love.
Most are are of yet unaware of why they are driven to seek the things they believe will bring them acceptance and love. Even the criminal believes that his actions will bring him happiness and the respect of his/her peers. There is a seeking for love and acceptance at every level of awareness, but the universal ignorance of why this is so has resulted in a world prepared to do anything to attain what they believe to be outside of self.
Know and then actually accept that you are God in manifestation–not just a part of or one with, but the fullness. There is no you Mary, Dick, or Joe, there is only YOU, individualized God, the I AM that is known as Mary, Dick, or Joe.
I is a sacred word that is God and not ego. When the master Jesus said, “I am the way,” he was referring to the Godhead within everyone and not just himself, a point that has been seriously misinterpreted over the ages. The universal ignorance of I AM has resulted in a hypnotism that continues to manifest as illusions of duality, separation, and the worship of many three dimensional gods.
Remembering who and what you are does not become an attained state of consciousness over night but is the beginning. Change begins in the vast and higher levels of consciousness and works through many energetic layers lastly arriving at the lowest level– the material.
Changes are taking place personally and globally and quickly becoming accessible to every individual even though much is not yet manifesting on the material level. Do not give up hope or slip into believing that your work is doing nothing because you aren’t seeing results but rather trust that all is proceeding according to a Divine plan.
Live what you know dear ones, because the spiritual Genie cannot be put back in the lamp.
How are you doing? The is a lot of tiredness, nausea, vertigo, pressure in your body present right now (also other ascension symptoms as digestive problems, pressure in the lungs, stomach, solar plexus and sacral chakra, headaches, jaw and sinuses pressure, itchy skin, feeling of tingling under your skin, insomnia, restlessness, etc.). It’s completely normal if you’re tired, sleepy, grumpy and your body is craving sugar right now because of the energetic upgrades that are happening. A lot is happening energetically right now as we are in the “February ascension mode“. What to do to make you feel better? Be present. Go within. When sadness, sorrow, pain, anger comes up, feel it. Don’t try to push it away or ignore it. Feel into the energy. It is a game changer. We are invited to feel it all to receive so much more than we could have ever imagined.
Sometimes the challenges and insanity of this realm seem like a high tide of wave after wave, rolling over us. Dragging us under.
You just have no words. Speechless. Numb.
But yet, you hold on. You take another slow breath. You just let the time, as challenging and even hopeless as it may feel at that moment tick by. It’s a day of holding on to your last semblance of sanity. Durability.
You go to sleep. Maybe not even that great of rest.
But then something happens. A slight shift.
A bird singing in the distance. A song comes on the radio. Some stranger smiles and waves to you. Someone opens a door for you, or pays you a small compliment.
Something inside reemerges, out of the cave.
It has been quiet in the background. Dimmed for awhile.
But it could not be put out completely. Not by anything in this world.
It was kindling amongst the chaos and challenges. Very low burn. But always there.
Now it is calling you back. Growing in intensity. The warmth. The strength. The beauty. The power. The magnificence.
The fire in the center of your heart.
What is stronger than anything in this dream.
It is the you which can never truly be extinguished. Never truly die.
It is the you which you have brought into this world, not only to survive it’s greatest challenges, but to transcend them.
And when this spark rises back into flame, its warmth transforms all it comes in contact with.
It transforms this entire world.
Keep coming back to this flame, again and again.
It is your true home. Your true nature. And it is always there, waiting for you to call upon it.

At the inevitable collapse of a narcissistic relationship and even before it is in the devalue stage, the narcissist will blame you for all of the problems and their unhealed wounds that they will never take responsibility for.
When you are discarded at the end of the relationship, you’ll be demonized and smeared to all and sundry. This is how a False Self operates.
At the beginning of the relationship, you are childishly pumped up. You’re the greatest thing since poached eggs, paraded all over social media and gushed out to family and friends, and probably introduced way too quickly to all of the narcissist’s circles, probably as well as the kids. You’re likely being thrust in the face of the previously discarded supply that the narcissist is finished with too.
Then as time goes on, of course, you start being devalued and then eventually discarded. You’re going to be put on the rubbish heap with all the other sucked out Souls that the narcissist False Self has thrown into the gutter.
As far as the False Self is concerned, if you’re not great, you’re terrible. There is no in-between. There is no Real Self operating within the narcissist. Therefore there’s no self-awareness, no self-responsibility, and consequently, it’s all your fault.

Make peace with your body today my friend, for it has toiled for many years just to keep you alive. It has grown, weathered virus and disease, healed countless wounds and fought many unseen battles, to keep your soul intact for its journey through this life.
Yes it has changed but it has been changing since the day you were born. And it will continue to change until the day you die. Make peace with this.
Striving against this change, is like trying to blow away the wind. Futile, pointless, misery-making. Your body has served you well and done so with your daily hate and disapproval.
It has suffered years of daily, hourly negativity, pulsing its way from your brain to your cells… Not good enough, not attractive enough, not perfect. And every day you thought it wasn’t perfect, it really, truly was.
It was keeping you alive, supporting your rash decisions, counteracting your foolish mistakes, doing everything in its power to stay in the game. For you.
Make peace with your body today, my friend, say your apologies, right your wrongs and move on with appreciation. You are blessed.
Look around you, not everyone is so blessed. Not every one is breathing, walking, thriving. And whilst you are looking around, see that nobody is perfect. The way a body looks, says nothing about its strength, its longevity, its endurance.
This is not a rehearsal, this is your one shot at a life well-lived.
🕯🌟 I’ve always been conflicted about resolutions at New Year’s, because I believe that we ought to be able to start over any day of the year. All we have to do is wake up on any given morning and say “right then, here we go”. But the turning of the year holds a lot of symbolism, and has its own powerful tilt, and it’s a good thing to harness —so here are a few thoughts to share this night.
Instead of resolving to improve something in the future, or leave behind something in the past, I want to pay more attention to the present. Here, where I am. The things that give me purpose and meaning, identity and joy are all here with me, now. Not yesterday and not tomorrow. Here, now. They are just waiting to be noticed.
So are the small things: the smell of rain, the anticipation of a new book, the look in Angus’ eyes. These are gifts-And a gift of the pandemic is that it has allowed me to truly observe all 4 seasons here at the farm. It has been strange to realize that until I stopped traveling, I had never seen how utterly glorious that maple tree turns in the yard in October. Or how green the fields are in late June. And the slant of light on a fall twilight. Or how the birdsong in spring in the early morning is a musical overture. I know how lucky I am to have these…I want to see more, listen more closely. These small things are my peace & inspiration and help me to be more fully myself in the world.
When it’s time to bid 2021 farewell, I hope that you too can tally the small things that are the lights of your days, the rhythms that you set your inner clock to, the quiet that we can invite into our noisy heads.
Every time that I crack open a fresh, new journal of blank pages I write the same thing on the first page, as a mantra: keep it simple. And I should probably add Ms Dickinson’s wisdom as well, given that I already borrowed it for a song called New Year’s Day: I Dwell in Possibility…whispering that life is about creativity, expression, hope.

We will say the second half of this year (2021) was quite intense. As a result of the intense movement of energies within your fields, and the impacts it has had on all of you individually. What we are seeing, and what we have been seeing, is a mass awakening. This is going to continue.
But understand that your definition of awakening may be quite different from another’s definition of awakening. It is about teaching others to find their truth through connecting to their inner light and power. It is up to the individual to navigate this roadmap in a way that aligns with them from a place of joy, truth, light, and power. It is your experience and journey to behold.
Incoming Energies Will Unlock Innate Abilities
As we look and move forth into your next year, 2022, this mass awakening will continue. We are also seeing that the waves of light that are moving in will continue to propel forward the consciousness, the initiative, and the power and light within each. It is as if though these waves of light are going to bring about waves of awakening in different pockets of humanity.
Each individual will resonate more with some of the waves of incoming energies. That is the energy that will move them in the direction that they need to move. And again, this movement is not an outward movement. It is a movement inwards. For the key to raising your consciousness and connecting with your Source birthrights — all that you are entitled to by virtue of being a child of the Universe — is through your inner journey. It is through recognizing that you are a powerful light Beings.
We are here to assist in your awakening. We are here to help you as you do it. In the same way that we invite all the Lightworkers and Starseeds to help their fellow humans through their awakening. It cannot be done for another, but you must honor their light.
It is as if though these waves of light that are coming in act as keys. These keys serve to open and unlock certain individuals, so that they can access and connect to these innate abilities. It is an unlocking, we may call it the percolation, but this is an expansion.
Societal Change Must Support the Awakening
As we have mentioned in the past, the tipping point has been reached, the human collective has together achieved an energetic frequency of magnitudes not seen for millennia. And it will continue to rise and rise. Much will happen as a result of this awakening. There will be some fast transformations upon your society. But understand that some of these transformations are more involved, they will take more time. But it must be conducted in a way that will resonate with the masses that will allow a certain level of adaptation and adaptability. It is in alignment with the greatest good of all. It cannot be an instant unraveling, our dear friends, for this will perpetuate fear and chaos, the very fear and chaos that we have been encouraging you to rise above. And so it must be done in a way that beckons a certain level of stability. The change is being restructured in a way that works for the ascension of humanity. It is a beautiful change.
Your Consciousness Propels a Positive Feedback Cycle
You must be patient. It is a reinvention. It is an exercise in creativity and thinking outside of the box. As you raise your consciousness, this becomes easier. For you are now going to be equipped and more apt at looking at solutions, new solutions to old problems. Your rising consciousness is going to fuel this change, and in turn, this change will help support the rising consciousness. It is a positive feedback cycle, you see.
It is about the new energies and new consciousness that are being ushered into your world that is going to trigger all of you to change within yourselves and to adapt to the change outside of yourself.
Your Inner Power is Your Birthright
It is a beautiful collaborative process. You all hold a piece of the puzzle. This is the key that you hold together. You co-illuminate all things. This is your power. It is your birthright. Nothing and no one shall take that from you.
So, 2022 will be a year of inner change that will help propagate change at a societal level. Our dear ones, it is not only change that you must look for outside of yourselves. It begins within. Once you are comfortable, at peace, and in a place of joy with who and what you are and the light that you shine, this is when it is time for you to step forth and be part of the outward change.
Do not wait for change to come from outside of yourselves. Now is the time to work within.
We stand with you. We applaud your courage, your resilience. Human resilience is truly one of your strongest traits and it is one that is widely admired. You are loved. And we part with you in a place of great love.
