After the Solstice – Stay Real

The Solstice wasn’t just an energy spike.

It was a rupture point. A fork in the road.

A Sacred line drawn across the collective field that said… You don’t get to bring the old weight with you anymore.

It came through like a wave…

cracking open the shell around

so many of us.

For some , it hit hard…

breakdowns, grief , strange body symptoms , moments of “I don’t know who I am anymore.”

For others , it was quieter , like a gentle Inner Knowing that something has shifted permanently…

even if they can’t put words to it yet.

Either way , there’s no denying it… something ended. And something else… raw , unfamiliar , but alive… just began.

The days leading up to the Solstice felt thick. Heavy. Emotional. For a lot of people, old patterns came up like ghosts… the same cycles, the same self-sabotage, the same reactions they thought they’d already healed. And that’s because this wasn’t a surface-level clearing. This was root-level. This was the kind of recalibration that goes all the way down into your nervous system, your cells, your memory body. It’s not just emotional… it’s physical. It’s structural.

Now we’re in the afterglow… but not the kind where everything’s easy and peaceful. We’re in the integration fire. The quiet compression zone where your system is trying to make sense of everything that just moved. And that’s why it feels weird right now. Time feels bendy. Emotions are running hot. Sleep is erratic. One day you’re flying… the next you’re crawling. This is what real change feels like. It’s not all love and light… it’s the honest chaos of re-alignment.

The Solstice ripped the lid off the illusion that we still have time to delay. It exposed the truth… we’re in it now. Not preparing. Not waiting. In it. The grid under our lives… energetic, personal, planetary… just got rearranged. The pressure you’re feeling? That’s the tension between who you were and who you’re becoming. And the longer you try to straddle both timelines, the more disoriented you’ll feel.

So what’s next?

We’re heading into a phase of rapid integration and acceleration. What that means is this… your choices now hold more weight. What you say yes to… what you entertain… what you avoid… it’s locking in faster. You’ll notice that when you stay aligned… things move with clarity. And when you resist what you know is true for you… things collapse quick. The universe isn’t punishing anyone. It’s just not letting us waste time anymore

You can expect some things to keep coming up. Emotionally, physically, and externally. The pressure isn’t done yet… in fact, it might get more intense. But it’s not here to crush you. It’s here to squeeze the truth out of you. It’s here to show you what’s still in the way. You might notice a push to clear your space… your home, your relationships, your inbox, your habits. Follow that. It’s not random. Your field is trying to make room for what’s coming in.

Expect more truth to be revealed. Personally and collectively. Expect systems to wobble.. expect narratives to unravel. Expect people around you to go through their own versions of collapse, awakening, resistance, and release. Don’t try to save them. Just stay in integrity and show them what grounded clarity looks like.

Your body may need more rest than usual… or you may feel an intense burst of purpose. You might feel emotional for no reason, or remember things you haven’t thought about in years. Let it come. Let it move. Let your nervous system catch up. This isn’t just energy… it’s evolution, happening in real time.

Above all… stay real. This is not the time for spiritual bypassing. This is not the time to pretend everything’s fine when it’s not. This is the time to speak clearly, to feel honestly, to walk clean. Every word you speak, every boundary you hold, every pattern you choose to break… it matters. You’re not waiting on a shift. You are the shift.

And that shift? It’s not going to feel like fireworks. It’s going to feel like you finally remembering who you are. And from that place, everything starts moving again… not in chaos, but in clarity.

So don’t be surprised if things fall apart. Let them. Don’t be surprised if you suddenly feel like disappearing for a while. Do it. Don’t be surprised if you wake up one day and know exactly what needs to happen next. Follow that knowing. And don’t second-guess it.

We’re not going backward. The veils are too thin. The frequency too high. The alignment too precise.

Stay present. Stay clean. Stay aligned.

Burning Bridges

I will burn the bridges that should never be crossed again. I will walk away from tables where my seat was only an afterthought. And I will open the door to those who no longer belong—not with bitterness, but with clarity .

I used to fear leaving. Used to fear being left behind. But now—now I know. If peace is on the other side of walking away… I’ll do it without hesitation.

I’ve learned this truth:

The tighter you hold onto something that no longer fits—the harder it becomes to let go when the time comes.

So now, I only hold hands with those who hold mine back.

I only welcome those who choose to stay.

I only give to people who give in return—because love without reciprocation is not love at all. It’s exhaustion disguised as affection.

I’m done being selfless. Done letting kindness become a trap for abuse, neglect, or silence.

Now I seek balance.

A journey where both hearts meet halfway.

Where care is mutual.

Where love feels like home—not harm.

And if someone chooses to leave?

Let them.

Because real connection doesn’t require begging.

Real love doesn’t demand sacrifice without return.

Solstice Slow Down 6-20

The Solstice Slow Down on June the 20th signifies a time when we slow down before moving forward into the journey around the Sun. It may make the ascending feel heavy , uncomfortable, sluggish and fatigued . Heightened sensitivity, heightened metaphysical awareness. It honestly feels like we’re living through the final scene of The Wizard of Oz. The illusion has run its course. The smoke, the booming voices, the projections on the wall… all of it was designed to keep us distracted, afraid, and small.
