Truth Within – Mary Long

The Truth has always been within us,

it may not have shown itself until

we were mentally and spiritually ready.

In these moments of strong escalating energies everything that was unseen is beginning to be seen in our outer world.

As our outer World continues to crumble through these chaotic times we are experiencing. We are opening up more to the celestial energies that are recalibrating our body and minds.

Expanding our awareness to be more connected to Spirit as we flow through these vibrant waves of change.

All of our desires as a collective consciousness are coming into fruition as we continue to purge all that has not been of love in our Hearts, this will continue until all of Humanity comes to a choice, we all must make.

These choices are not always going to be easy, nor simple because we are leaving the comfort of what we have been familiar with for many lifetimes.

Disclosure is happening at many levels of consciousness, but those who wish to keep humanity unconscious will use every means they can to continue keeping humanity in Fear. These are all distractions, the less we react to it, the more peaceful this realm becomes and the powers that were have no control over the minds of humanity.

Fear is the mind Killer, it will distort our thought process, try to push us off balance, it will push many back into their shells. Just know that this is what they want because they feed off those low dense energies. We must stop sustaining them.

There is nothing more that can be hidden from the Masses of Humanity, as we continue to Rise in the Light of Love all that has been dark on this Planet will be known by those who are ready to see.

Once we all come to a place of peace within and find that sacred love that has always been within our heart space the chaos that you feel within you will become more calm, more peaceful and we will all live in Balance on this Planet once again.

We will come to know our brothers and sisters of the Stars who have always been here but not seen.

Everything around us will become brighter, more vibrant colors, even the sounds of Nature become much more clear.

The best thing we can do for ourselves in these moments is to stop trying to prove who is right and who is wrong, because deep within all is always well, and is always perfect.

If we continue to engage in the deceptions and tyranny, we continue to create that energy that sustains the deep darkness of this World.

All must be forgiven with Love, even the deepest darkest parts of ourselves.

We must let go of it all and walk this Earth as if we are in a constant state of meditation, to be a peaceful presence in a world of discontent and chaos.

Then the blame game and all this tyranny will come to an end as humanity continues to unite and create a world of harmony and love.

Let all that disturbs your presence flow through you without attaching to it, be like a Filter of Love where everything that passes through us will be healed.

I love you Dear Ones, I know some days it may feel more intense than other days, but we signed up for this because we came here to heal all that isn’t love and bring balance back into this world of tyranny.

Keep Lighting up this World,

Sing your Soul Song

The Power of One

Everything you do counts.

It adds to us all through the Quantum Field.

It is time to step up, step forward, step out and really enter Soul Being/doing.

And WE are not just speaking

of physically.

A stepping consciously forward as a Lighted Being in the quantum field, a multidimensional energetic Stream of Soul Being and HUman Consciousness. You are either becoming fully conscious and putting yourself forward in Life or you are not.

The Shift, ascension is happening as a natural unfolding of the Law of YOU. It cannot happen for you, with ease and in grace if you are just waiting. Watching and Being is fine, but as HUman Being we breathe in and we breathe out. Your unfoldment requires your full participation. Your willingness to follow that stream of the energy of this breath of you all the way in and up, out and down. A column of Brilliant LIGHT forever flowing in both directions

To ‘try …or have tried’ is not an option. You either do, with consciousness, or you don’t do. You are either ‘on’ or you are ‘off”. Giving a half measure or being half hearted is self-deception. No more ‘spiritual’ and mind game ‘BS’. You either do or you are switched ‘off’.

You are not a victim of “ascension” symptoms”. You are a conscious participant in your own expansion and in the evolution of us all. It is your choice, but be honest with yourself and if you choose “to wait and see” then recognise your freewill choice.

This is what taking responsibility is all about. A choice to remain voluntarily in your own illusionary game or choose consciously to be open to constant change, evolution, expansion of the Light/Love that is who and what you are.

To bemoan your choice is to engage in BS, it is so obvious.

You cannot fool yourself any longer. You asked for your highest good and now it is time to take it, own it and live it 24/7. You either do or you don’t do. You either are ‘switched on’ and ‘tuning in’ enthusiastically, or you are ‘switched off” idling in your precious Now.

And it is all OK but be honest with yourself.

To Shine you now have to call forth your own Shining. To sing your own Soul Song first to yourself and then, it will be naturally broadcast out loud to become a harmony with a Collective Soul Song.

Ah, that feels better.

Expanding May 28 -Formalizing You

Dear Ones, In the next few days, you will undergo a significant shift. Even though you have shifted almost continuously since you began your transition journey, the shifts happening now are more profound than you are accustomed to.

As is true for any growth, each shift adds to what has already been achieved. So, it is an accumulation instead of a lone addition. And with each accumulation, the depth of knowing or sensing grows exponentially. In a sense, shifting from being amazed at the wonders of your baby rattle to reading words and creating concepts with those words.

You are fully enmeshed in your new being, even if it might not feel like you are in certain circumstances or moments. You are combining what you know into a complete New You package – understanding what you wish to develop or study and what no longer interests you.

Of course, we of the Universes have previously stated similar concepts. The difference is that until now, you were most likely adapting, reviewing, or accepting one piece at a time. Within the next few days, you will begin to combine your bits of knowledge into a greater whole.

You will probably feel dazed – similar to feelings before a final exam in an uncomfortable subject. As was often true for that final exam, even though you will guess at some answers and activities, overall, you will pass with flying colors. What was is no more. And what is is just beginning.

Think of the next few days as the time you spent worrying about your final exam results. And then, in the days following, allowing yourself a “Bravo” for a job well done.

Even though the hesitation, the fear you feel in the next few days, will be as painful as your fears about the outcomes of those classes you did not appreciate or enjoy, the aftermath will be, “I passed! I did it.”

Every one of you will pass, even though many of you reading this material will question your ability to do so – especially with the significant amount of universal energies floating about. Perhaps it might help you understand if you imagine trying to study for a challenging final exam and your sibling or roommate insists on distracting you with loud music or conversation.

Your successful outcome is a given.

So the question becomes, why do you feel distracted? Such is so because you are giving up a life that seemed normal to 3D you but is not necessarily suitable for new you. Your distraction is trying to determine what is right for new you while those in the background are clamoring, “Here, over here, no over here,” all of which is what or who you used to be but are no longer.

At the beginning of this significant energy burst, you will question the wisdom of your new thoughts or needs for specific actions. By the end, you will not care what anyone wants or needs because you will know who you are. This is a new world, and you are finalizing a new you.

You are ready to live in this new world despite your former fears or need to function as you thought you should. So be it. Amen.

The power , the light within – Full Moon in Sagittarius

We are immersed in the Seraphim-Sagittarius passage, as my Guides named the current portal we are traversing, whose energies bring resurrection and harmony. It is with Sagittarius that we are consumed by the Divine Gold Sacred Fire, retrieving our angelic seraphim essence, and opening our Golden Wings to become the illumined beings that we truly are.

Ressurection occurs when we are immersed in a profound transmutation phase, which is what many of us are now experiencing, emerging as the phoenix, from the ashes of the old, renewed, with more hope and faith in who we are, and our personal journey.

Sagittarius is the frequency that helps us reconnect to our Illumined Self and authentic coding. This passage’s energies, together with the current ones that govern us, allow us to continue transforming ourselves, releasing old layers, and retrieving purity.

As you know, Seraphim descendants originated from the Gold Falme of Creation. Many of you have been recently awakening to your Golden lineage, for we are undergoing a planetary rebirth in which many of you are remembering who you are, through the retrieval of your unique galactic coding and wisdom.

Sagittarius represents the Golden Sacred Fire of Creation that helps us burn all that is not aligned with who we are. It is the Light that we descend from Above, our Soul, Monad, and God’s Illumined Self, transforming ourselves, through our inner work, and resurrecting in this sacred Fire, becoming the Illumined beings that we are. It is in this transformation that many of you find yourselves at this time, reconnecting to your Divine Self and descending your authentic essence.

Sagittarius’s energies are of great assistance to clear our Seraphim DNA damage and Cathar implants, as its sacred Fire consumes all that is not benevolent within our DNA and template. With Sagittarius, we start reclaiming our lost soul fragments, and with them, the wisdom and Truth of who we are, and our mission.

Many of you have Seraphim-Avian lineage, and hence angelic template, and find yourselves at this time reactivating your shoulder portal blades, as many others too, retrieving your angelic coding, so you can embody your mission of divine masculine restoration and planetary protection, for as part of what is often called the angelic realm, part of your mission is to guard the planetary key gates that are now being rehabilitated, especially the Iran gate.

All of you who have a deep connection to the Egyptian timeliness, Hathors, and are connected to the tenth-dimensional planetary gates, are now experiencing a profound resurrection, as you retrieve your lost knowledge and essence

Many of you are now finding this Sol-AR passage extremely helpful in terms of wisdom descension. However, not so harmonic in terms of physical symptoms, as the embodiment of the current energies can be overwhelming if we do not properly take care of our bodies.

My Guides share for All who are guided or need to work on consuming lower energies. An exercise to help us restore our energetic system, often overloaded with many different energies and our own self-created lower thoughts and emotions.

Visualize yourself immersed in a Golden Fire spiral, descending from Above, becoming a tetrahedron, associated with Sagittarius, that surrounds your entire body. Ask this Fire to burn anything lower in essence. Feel the warmth of this Sacred Fire, and command it to remove all implants and excess energies you have in your physical and subtle bodies.

Then, visualize how the fire within the tetrahedron becomes Pure Gold Light, Divine Light that restores you completely and infuses you with the love, and power required for you to continue integrating and regenerating from a purified space.

Decree to realign to your God Illumined Self and so be it.

If you feel your silver cord is not aligned, then this would be the initial step. If you too need more protection or transmutation in certain areas, you can call upon the seventh ray, as it is also one of the most powerful transmutation tools as you know.

Astrologically, we also have assistance to bring more transformation, soul reconnection, and harmony in ourselves. During the Sagittarian full moon have a sextile between the moon and Pluto, which is what will help us reconnect with our soul, rebirthing into the illumined being that we are.

Pluto is also of great support in the transformation we are having now, as its essence is also very regenerative, which is essential after all the work we are doing, especially in our bone structure, for as many of you know, ascension is also strongly felt in our bones, for as we release density and transform ourselves, they will be the one noticing more the lighter frequency we are now embodying.

Our wounded self may emerge at this time, especially with the moon sextile Pluto and harmonization to Neptune. As we continue peeling more old layers of ourselves, and retrieving our soul fragments, more hidden emotions will resurface, However, it is by accepting pain and integrating the lessons it provides us that we can overcome suffering, expand our hearts, and embrace our vulnerability as a gift.

Furthermore, we have an opposition between the moon, Venus, and Jupiter. This frequency is a blessing to help us realign, expand, and deepen our soul connection, as it is precisely about reconnecting with the love that we are, expanding within it to heal and empower ourselves.

When we are immersed in any upgrades and challenging situations, we may forget our capacity to recharge ourselves naturally through the love that resides within, not in others, as it often happens. It is by reconnecting to our inner endless loving source that we regain purity. A Loving Source that constantly regenerates our bodies and that supports us all, infinitely.

Everything within Creation is assisting us to BEcome the Light beings that we are. What we think, and feel, how we act, and with what forces we choose to align, determines the final outcome, for in the end, it is all about our personal choice to allow the love that we are, or to continue rejecting it and living in the illusion of who we are not.

This is what this passage invites us to remember, the power of the Fire, the Light within ourselves to transmute and resurrect into who we truly are.
