Your spirit is ready to fly, but your body may struggle with this unknown vastness. Do not let your body and the mind that controls it tell you what to do! You are in charge. Your body will unconsciously react as it was trained to do. It will instinctively want to go into fight or flight or fawn and build walls against the freedom that is in front of you. But this freedom IS YOU.

Peel away the layers of the restricting and distracting world from your physical body and your noisy, fearful mind. Deeply sigh out all the heaviness it has created and allow open space for what is now coming. Retrain your body to accept living within limitlessness and not with limits. There are no limits! Let the cleansing waves of the eternal living universe strip away all that hinders your freedom.

The past world is in its death throes now, and the world can see this. The world will automatically react as it was trained in the past. The fight or flight reaction is ramping up in all systems in your world. It will feel heavy and dark as it struggles to hold onto control, power, and wealth and impose limitations on all that is living. But all of existence is moving into the next experience, so just like your body, the world will lose the fight to save what it once was. You are now moving into what IS.

You, reading this now, have chosen a different path, a path of freedom, unity, integrity, harmony, wisdom, beauty, truth, light, and oneness. You will not get lost in that which is falling away, but you will bear witness to the falling of what once was. And just as you have in cycles past, you will arrive again.
