Strength. What is it?

Where do we find it? Where does it come from?

Strength is not power. Although strength brings power, it is not the same as power. Power is something on the outside. Strength is something on the inside.

I think strength comes from courage. Where do we find courage?

Ukraine is demonstrating the interrelationship of strength and courage. We’re not always successful, sometimes the power brought against us is too powerful. But we stand and fight each step of the way because we have courage which brings us strength.

Fear makes us draw back, we want to flee. Grief empties us, we collapse in and lose our motivation. Anger counters these weaker emotions. Anger makes us feel strong and powerful, we don’t feel afraid, we don’t feel grief – we feel only anger when anger is there.

But anger is not strength. Anger is only a shifting emotion of the moment. Strength is what remains when the anger leaves and the fear and grief return in the quiet time. Where does strength come from?

Many times strength is simply the will to endure until time moves this-time on.

When I was in the 4th grade, we were forced to memorize a poem. Everything about school to me begins with, “We were forced to…” I didn’t like school and I tried to disregard it as much as possible.

Of all the education I received K through 12, memorizing a poem in the 4th grade is the only information I received from them of value – If by Rudyard Kipling.

I learned their History and Science, their Math and English, to their testing satisfaction. I diagrammed their sentence structures and solved their quadratic equations. They forced me to do it, so I did it.

But when I think back on all the things they made me do from K to 12, memorizing If by Kipling is the only thing they forced me to do that has been of value.

We had to recite the poem in front of the class – public humiliation if we failed the memorization task. I did it, I memorized their poem. Over-and-over I repeated it to myself, memorizing each line to the next.

I ingrained each line into the fabric of my memory. They put it in me. This has been of value. Nigh on the only thing of value they gave me from my years spent with them was forcing me to memorize If by Rudyard Kipling in the 4th grade.

What is strength? Where does it come from, how do we find it?

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,

What is Strength? As a young man, I’d go to the gym to work out. In lifting weights I’d build strength by commitment, simply putting in the time – even when I didn’t want to, especially when I didn’t want to. Just do it.

It’s not hard. You just have to do it. It doesn’t matter what we think. It doesn’t matter what we feel or want. The only thing that matters is what we do.

Like the Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Lion, we find our character in our adversity and challenge, but it’s out there we find it. It was with us the entire time, the context just called our character forth from us.

You each fight your battles alone. That’s what the pathology wants you to believe. They lie about you. No one believes you. No one cares. No one is coming. You’re alone.

That’s the experience of that abused child so many years ago – alone – no on sees – no one cares – no one is coming.

It’s true, you are alone – but you’re not. That’s a lie. You’re not alone. We see. We know. We’re coming. This is a pathology of lies. It had you trapped. Not anymore.

You have your voice, you have your path. We are changing everything because everything needs to change. It’s both a systems failure as well as the negligent professional failures of the psychologists. We’re fixing both.

The pathogen triggers your fears. The pathogen surrounds you with lies to disorient you, you’re constantly having to prove reality. No you don’t. That’s a lie.

You just need the mental health people to do their job. The “forensic” psychologists are failing you, your children, and the court.

Strength. What is it? Where does it come from, how do we find it?

You’re right. Your reality is right. They are wrong. They are immensely ignorant and negligently incompetent. You’re right. They are wrong.

You know that. I know that. They are powerful. So are we, when we find our strength. Don’t surrender to the chaos it tries to create, don’t be reactive.

Don’t dance to the pathogen’s music of chaos de jour – find the longer lines that will be productive, that move to a purpose and goal.

I think strength comes from courage. Where does courage come from?

I dunno. Maybe ask a lion where courage comes from.

Living On Earth

“We were told that we would see America come and go. In a sense, America is dying, from within, because they forgot the instructions of how to live on earth. We are here on earth only a few winters, then we go to the spirit world. The spirit world is more real than most of us believe.

Me: So, who will adopt the baby?

PL: I don’t know there’s lots of couples who want to adopt

Me: Do you know any couple who is waiting to adopt?

PL: Um well not personally but like I know there’s lots of people waiting to adopt.

Me: Do you know what a domestic adoption cost?

PL: I don’t know. $15,000 maybe?

Me: The average cost of domestic adoption in the United States is $70,000 if you go through a private agency.

PL: Oh, I didn’t realize it was that much

Me: Yep, it’s really expensive. It can be more if you want a newborn straight from the hospital. Up to $120,000.

PL: Well, all life is precious.

Me: it really is. I’ve adopted through foster care and am currently a licensed foster parent. Would you be interested in becoming a foster parent yourself?

PL: Oh no I couldn’t do it.

Me: Why not?

PL: It would just be too much for me right now.

Me: Why is that?

PL: It would be too hard to handle all the issues that came with it. I’ve heard horror stories.

Me: Yep, it can be extremely difficult. But what if I told you that you were required by law to become a foster parent?

PL: what?

Me: what if you had to become a foster parent by law?

PL: they would never do that. That would never happen.

Me: Well, if a woman is forced to bear a child she doesn’t want, and she goes ahead and has that child, someone has to care for the child either through adoption or foster care. You have to do one of those two things.

PL: But I don’t want any more kids.

Me: So, you don’t want someone forcing you to have a child in your home that you don’t want or aren’t able to care for?

PL: no, that’s not my job to raise someone else’s child.

There it is folks. Have the baby, but we don’t want anything to do with it afterwards.

But let’s ban abortion…

Energies Bodies Of Man

THE ENERGY BODIES OF MAN

Metaphysics maintains that man has 7 bodies: One (1) densely material (physical), three (3) energy-bodies (aetheric, astral, lower mental), two (2) bodies made of a mixture of energy and Spirit (Soul and Higher Mental) and one (1) Spiritual (the Divine Spark).

I must note here that, energy –either positive or negative– must not be confused with Spirit; they are diametrically opposite conditions.

Each one of these energy-bodies has certain innate characteristics, which manifest differently in the material plane.

These bodies, contrary to the belief that they envelop each other, in reality, they all coexist at the same “spot”, by simply belonging to different planes/dimensions.

Each of these bodies dwells in its own dimension, and from there they can bring man information, be it by dreams or some transcendental process.

Let us then analyze each body separately and after that we will proceed to investigate the reason that made the creation of these bodies necessary.

1) MATERIAL (PHYSICAL) BODYThis is the body that most people IDENTIFY with their entire existence, because they simply cannot see the other energy- and Spiritual bodies.

2) AETHERIC BODY

CONSIDERED TO BE THE TEMPLATE (BLUEPRINT) ON WHICH THE PHYSICAL BODY IS BUILT

The Aetheric body is a body made exclusively of energy. It has all the organs of our physical body, which are, of course, in a pure-energy state.

RUDOLF STEINER (1861-1925) in his book “OCCULT SCIENCE” describes this body:

«The aetheric body completely permeates the physical body in all its parts and fills it throughout. It is to be seen as the architect of the physical body, so to speak.

All the organs of the physical body are maintained in their form and structure by the currents and movements of the aetheric body.

Our physical heart is based on the aetheric heart; our physical brain is based on the aetheric brain and so on.

The aetheric body is differentiated (multipartite), just like the physical body, but it’s more complicated.

In the aetheric body, everything is in a living, flowing state of interpenetration, whereas in the physical body, there are distinctly separate parts.»

N. MARGIORIS, in his book ‘DE-SYMBOLIZATION OF THE GREEK MYTHOLOGY’ says:

«The aetheric body is the canvas upon which the material, human body is woven by the aetheric vibrations.»

Thus the aetheric body is considered the ‘blueprint’ upon which the material body is built. This body is made out of the energy scientists call ‘dark matter’, which is responsible for the formation of dense matter.

NASA NEWS 16/06 /2006:

«A new study from NASA’s Spitzer space telescope suggests that galaxies are formed within large masses of dark matter. …Astronomers believe that there is five times more dark matter in the world than normal matter. …because every galaxy they studied seemed to be surrounded by ‘chunks’ of dark matter of approximately the same size.

They were able to indirectly measure how much dark matter was present holding the structure together like glue. The tighter the grouping [concentration] was, the greater the amount of dark matter present.

The next step for physicists is to detect it in a laboratory here on earth. This effort began a few months ago when the Cryogenic Dark Matter Search (CDMS) experiment was initiated, buried one kilometer beneath the ground, in an old mine in Minnesota, in order to provide protection from cosmic rays.»

This energy can also be photographed with the method of Kirlian photography.

Some call this aetheric body ‘Aura’. Others call this energy ‘Prana’, whereas others ‘Orgone’.

3) ASTRAL BODY

THE BODY OF EMOTIONS, THE ‘EGO’ AND THE ‘I WILL’

The Astral body is also a pure-energy body.

It is the energizer of all human emotions, positive or negative.

Through this body, in other words, man experiences all his emotions:

His desires, passions, ambitions, loves and hatreds, lusts, jealousies, angers and kindnesses.

And this is why it is divided into the higher and the lower astral body.

This body is characterized by the lack of productive reasoning (logic), since emotions have a lack thereof.

Whatever ‘reasoning’ it might seem to possess, is exclusively the logic that man supplied it with during his material life, because it is through the astral body that the immediately finer/subtler body of man, the lower mental is supplied.

4) LOWER MENTAL BODY

THE BRIDGE THAT CARRIES THE INTELLECT OF THE SOUL TO THE PHYSICAL MATERIAL BODY. IT EXPANDS WITH MATERIAL THOUGHT

Another energy-body that dwells in the higher layer of the astral plane is the lower mental body. Its creation is affected by the astral/emotional body, since human emotions are always interwoven with their respective human thoughts

In the energy-realms, emotion is differentiated from pure thought; and while emotion is categorized and classified in the astral planes according to its quality, pure thought is recorded in the so-called ‘Akashic’ archives of the lower mental plane.

Biologist Rupert Sheldrake, a Morphogenic Fields researcher says:

«Everything, all that has been said and done, even everything that has been formulated as thoughts in the minds of men throughout history, are being recorded onto some kind of universal aetheric archive, which Indian philosophy calls ‘Akashic Archives’.

Many researchers hypothesize that our hyper-conscious has access to the Akashic Archives.»

George Sakellarios., (Prof.of Philosophy, Univ. of Athens) says in his book ‘Pythagoras, The Teacher of the Centuries’ Ch. Cosmic Memory:

«Pythagoras believed that the Cosmos contains a record of everything that happens in the universe… So, he attributed a Cosmic Memory to it (to the Universe), which receives and eternally holds all the impressions of experiences and observations.

Furthermore, Pythagoras considered this Cosmic Memory to be a lake or tank, from where ideas are projected as thought-waves to be captured by spirits acting as ‘receivers’.»

HOW WAS THE LOWER MENTAL PLANE/BODY CREATED

The creator ‘blew’ into man his sentient (intellectual) living Breath.

This living, nous-possessing Breath of the demiurge (creator) created the Soul.

The Soul is the carrier of Nous (Gr. for Mind/Intellect) and Reason:

HERMES TRISMEGISTUS, ‘SPEECH XII’:

«§13…The blissful god, the benevolent daemon said that the soul was to be in the body, the Nous (mind) in the soul, the logos/reason in the Nous and father of all is god.»

PLATO ‘TIMAEUS’, 30b4-30b6 :

«So, because of this reasoning, after he placed the Nous within the soul and the soul within the body, he fashioned the All (the Universe).»

Thus, in order for the Soul to transfer Its Logical/Reasoning properties/attributes to material man, It built an energy communication-bridge with the material brain and created the lower mental body.

Subsequently, the noetic (intellectual) energy that the physical brain (under the Soul’s influence) produces with thought, creates the lower mental plane.

5) SOUL

IT IS A MIXTURE OF ENERGY (DIVISIBLE ESSENCE) AND SPIRIT (INDIVISIBLE/COHERENT ESSENCE)

The Soul, the fundamental garment of the true Spiritual Man, is made of two substances: the Divisible –the paste/matter of the subtler energy of the material world, the world of dyadicism/twofoldness– and the Indivisible, which is the Breath of the Demiurge (creator) of matter, i.e. the Indivisible, Coherent Essence (Gr.: Ουσία [Ousseea]) that the creator had brought with him when he fell from the Cosmoi of the HyperUniverses of the Truth into the forbidden material universe/tree.

PLATO’S ‘TIMAEUS’ (C35a1-35b3 pp. 57-59):

«And he (the creator) made the Soul out of the following elements and in the following manner:

Out of the indivisible and eternally unchangeable essence (The Indivisible Spirit), and also out of that which has to do with material bodies and is divisible (divided by Logos), by combining therefore the two, he had essences from both and he compounded a third and intermediate kind of essence between the indivisible and the divisible.»

The Soul dwells in the subtler/finer energy-realms of the universe above the regions of the astral plane.

These bodies therefore, (physical, aetheric, astral lower mental and psychic) envelop (like garments) the Spiritual Man, the Divine Spark/Adam –the second half of the Divine Man.

6) HIGHER MENTAL BODY

THE BRIDGE THAT TRANSFERS GNOSIS (KNOWLEDGE) TO THE PHYSICAL BODY AND REINSTATES ENTHYMESIS/REMEMBRANCE.

IT EXPANDS AND IS NOURISHED EXCLUSIVELY BY PURELY SPIRITUAL THOUGHTS, TOTALLY ALIENATED FROM ANYTHING MATERIAL.

This body ‘is born’ after the Holy Matrimony of the incarnated Divine Spark/Adam and his own Spiritual “I Am Presence/Eve”.

When the Demiurge (creator) of matter decided to weaken the Power of the Wholeness of Celestial Man (male/Adam + female/Eve ONE), who appeared at the outskirts of the reflective forbidden energy-universe/tree, he hastened to divide Him (Celestial Man) into: Divine Spark (Adam) and I Am Presence (Eve).

This event of the division/fission of man refers to an absolutely Spiritual process and has no relation whatsoever to the creation of the two sexes (male and female) in the material world.

PLATO’S SYMPOSIUM ARISTOPHANES’ SPEECH (189d-190d):

«…For our original nature was by no means the same as it is now, but entirely different. Unlike today, with its two sexes male and female, there used to be a third kind before as well, which had equal shares of the other two, and whose name no longer exists.

For ‘man-woman’ was then a unity, common both in form and in name, composed of both male and female …Then, each person of this kind was round all over, with back and sides forming a circle… Zeus…said: “I will split every one of them in two, so that they are made weaker.»

APOCRYPHA OF THE OLD TESTAMENT, THE APOCALYPSE OF ADAM TO HIS SON SETH:

«Then God, the ruler of the (material) aeons and of the powers, divided us in wrath (into Adam and Eve).»

Old Testament, Genesis Ch. 2:

«§21 And the Lord God brought a trance upon Adam, and he slept; and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; 22 And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.»

John’s Apocryphon Gospel:

«And thus the whole creation was made blind, in order that they (the created ones) may not know God, Who is above all of them.

And because of the chain of forgetfulness [Gr.: λήθη], their sins were hidden. For they are bound with measures and times and moments, since fate (Gr.: μοίρα) is lord over everything.»

Thus, after the Spiritual ‘lobotomy’ Man lost his Spiritual Memory and the veil of Forgetfulness/Oblivion engulfed his existence; and while Adam/Divine Spark incarnates eternally into the world of matter sometimes as a man and others as a woman, his other half, Eve/I Am Presence, remains cut off in Her Spiritual ‘home’, and there, like Penelope, stoically awaits for her beloved Adam/Odysseus –who is no other than the materially incarnated human– (man or woman) to look for her…

In order therefore for Celestial Man to reinstate his Wholeness and regain his Memory along with the Truth pertaining his existence, he must go through the Holy Matrimony with his other Spiritual half.

GOSPEL OF PHILIP: «§71. When Eve was in Adam, there was no death: When she was separated from him, death came.»

GOSPEL OF THOMAS, JEAN YVES LELOUP:

«§22. When you make [Doresse: become] the two into One, when you make the inner like the outer and the high like the low (unification of the two opposite poles of split matter); when you make male and female into a single One (Unity), so that the male is not male and the female is not female; when you have eyes in your eyes, a hand in your hand, a foot in your foot, and an icon in your icon, then you will enter into the Kingdom!»

When, in other words, the two Spiritual halves of the same Man are united inside the same body and that man reinstates his Wholeness. This is an absolutely mystical process which will occur after the completion of the three phases of Self-Knowledge (Plato: ‘Know thyself’ [Epi-gnosis])

PURE SPIRIT:

7) DIVINE SPARK [ONE HALF OF CELESTIAL MAN]

Pure Spirit is a Luminous Wholeness of Essence that came from the HyperCosmoi of the True Light and has no relation whatsoever to the twofold energy of this world or the substitute ‘light’ of the energy-dimensions.

As the True Light entered the world of dyadicism (twofoldness) of the forbidden tree of the ‘knowledge of good and evil’ it deflected and created the dark light, a substitute of the True.

THE APOCRYPHON OF JOHN:

«And when the light mixed with the darkness, it caused the darkness to shine, but when the darkness mixed with the light, it darkened the light so that it became neither light nor darkness, but it was weak (it became dim).»

So when Celestial Man, who is compared to Narcissus, mirrored himself in the energy-waters of the material world, he projected himself to the bottom of this black hole/universe, as a holographic material man and called himself: The Son of Man.

HOW AND WHY WERE THE ENERGY-BODIES OF MAN CREATED

The entire material universe is comprised of energy-fields, with our physical material world as its inner and denser one.

Scientists say that our entire universe is at the bottom of a black hole (point singularity)

Gabriele Veneziano (CERN Physicist) says:

«Our Universe is but a small piece inside a black hole; terrifying indeed, if you think about it.»

Furthermore scientists consider our universe along with man to be just a hologram (Karl Pribram). This hologram then must be projected to the space-time material ‘film’ from somewhere else…

What we will focus on now however, is not the projection of our reflective material universe, but the reflection of Spiritual Man onto the space-time ‘film’ of dense matter, as the material man.

The scene of man’s entrapment is captured with extraordinary precision by the myth of Narcissus, who, as he looks at himself in the mirror/waters of the lake –the energy fields/dimensions of this world– he is trapped by his form, dies and gets degraded to a (Narcissus) plant.

THE APOCRYPHON OF JOHN:

The First Man [This is the one who appeared to them (to the daemons). He appeared in the form of a human being.]

All of the realm (dimensions) of the chief ruler quaked!

The foundations of the abyss moved!

He (this human form) illuminated the waters above the world of (dense) matter, his image shown (appeared) in those waters.

All the daemons and the first ruler together gazed up toward the underside of the newly shining waters.

Through that light they saw the Image (of man) in the waters.»

This is Celestial Man’s first appearance in the astro-aetheric realms.

Celestial Man, entering the world of duality of the forbidden tree of good and evil, is also split in two and becomes dyadic/twofold:

(a) Divine Spark (Adam) incessantly incarnating into matter (sometimes as a man and others as a woman) continuously fighting the adversities of material life and

(b) The I Am Presence (Eve) who stays in her Spiritual ‘home’ and does not go out to dense matter to fight with the difficulties of material life as Adam does.

As the projection of Spiritual Man (Narcissus) goes through the intermediate ‘watery’ energy-planes of the universe, it gets ‘dressed’ with the energies of these dimensions, putting on corresponding diving-suits: from the subtler/finer one (made of fine energy), to the denser one (of denser energy), all the way down, until he puts on the heavy dense material body.

Vibration in quantum physics means everything is energy.

We are vibrant beings at certain frequencies.

Every vibration is equivalent to a feeling, and in the world of “Vibrational,” there are only two species of vibrations, positive and negative.

Any feeling makes you broadcast a vibration that can be positive or negative.

Look at things that make you feel good and help you vibrate at a higher frequency.

Spending a lot of time in messy and dirty environments at home or at work will also affect your vibration frequency.

Improve what surrounds you, and organize and clean your environment.

Show the universe that you are fit to receive much more.

Warrior’s Reality

If the warrior does not feel alone and sad, then he or she can be corrupted very easily. In fact, such a person may not be a warrior at all. To be a good warrior, one has to feel sad and lonely, but rich and resourceful at the same time. This makes the warrior sensitive to every aspect of phenomena: to sights, smells, sounds, and feelings. In that sense, the warrior is also an artist, appreciating whatever goes on in the world. Everything is extremely vivid. The rustling of your armor or the sound of rain drops falling on your coat is very loud. The fluttering of occasional butterflies around you is almost an insult, because you are so sensitive.

Trauma Response


The inability to receive support from others is a trauma response.
Your “I don’t need anyone, I’ll just do it all myself” conditioning is a survival tactic. And you needed it to shield your heart from abuse, neglect, betrayal, and disappointment from those who could not or would not be there for you.
From the parent who was absent and abandoned you by choice or the parent who was never home from working three jobs to feed and house you.
From the lovers who offered sexual intimacy but never offered a safe haven that honoured your heart.
From the friendships and family who ALWAYS took more than they ever gave.
From all the situations when someone told you “we’re in this together” or “I got you” then abandoned you, leaving you to pick up the pieces when shit got real, leaving you to handle your part and their part, too.
From all the lies and all the betrayals.
You learned along the way that you just couldn’t really trust people. Or that you could trust people, but only up to a certain point.
Extreme-independence IS. A. TRUST. ISSUE.
You learnt: if I don’t put myself in a situation where I rely on someone, I won’t have to be disappointed when they don’t show up for me, or when they drop the ball… because they will ALWAYS drop the ball EVENTUALLY right?
You may even have been intentionally taught this protection strategy by generations of hurt ancestors who came before you.
Extreme-independence is a preemptive strike against heartbreak.
So, you don’t trust anyone.
And you don’t trust yourself, either, to choose people.
To trust is to hope, to trust is to be vulnerable.
“Never again,” you vow.
But no matter how you dress it up and display it proudly to make it seem like this level of independence is what you always wanted to be, in truth it’s your wounded, scarred, broken heart behind a protective brick wall.
Impenetrable. Nothing gets in. No hurt gets in. But no love gets in either.
Fortresses and armor are for those in battle, or who believe the battle is coming.
It’s a trauma response.
The good news is trauma that is acknowledged is trauma that can be healed.
You are worthy of having support.
You are worthy of having true partnership.
You are worthy of love.
You are worthy of having your heart held.
You are worthy to be adored.
You are worthy to be cherished.
You are worthy to have someone say, “You rest. I got this.” And actually deliver on that promise.
You are worthy to receive.
You are worthy to receive.
You are worthy.
You don’t have to earn it.
You don’t have to prove it.
You don’t have to bargain for it.
You don’t have to beg for it.
You are worthy.
Worthy.
Simply because you exist.
