Breath of God – The wave is here 🙌💯

There is a shift happening across the planet right now that many can feel ,

even if they can’t fully explain it.

It’s called the Breath Wave…

an energetic movement rising from the Heart of Source , sweeping through the Earth’s grids , human bodies , and deep into the layers of consciousness.

The Breath Wave is not a trend,

a philosophy , or a human-made movement. It is life itself exhaling.

It is a return to remembrance…

a call to awaken the living light

hidden within every soul.

The Breath Wave is dissolving old structures built on fear, control, and illusion. It is awakening ancient soul contracts and memories that have been dormant through lifetimes. It is softening hardened hearts and creating space for deeper, more authentic connections.

At the same time, it is exposing false lights , surface-level awakenings , and leadership that cannot withstand true vibration. The Breath Wave is not here to destroy, it is here to reveal. It prepares humanity for a shift in frequency…

not through domination , but by quietly reminding us of who we have always been.

For those attuned to it , this wave can feel both beautiful and disruptive. Many are experiencing a deep restlessness, a sense that the life they’ve built no longer fits. Others are noticing spontaneous grief, emotional releases, or sudden realizations about their true path.

There is a pull toward simplicity, toward soul truth, and a growing discomfort with anything that feels fake, forced, or misaligned. People are beginning to crave deeper breath, both literal and spiritual, even if they can’t quite articulate why.

It’s important to understand that the Breath Wave is not asking for perfection. It’s asking for honesty. It is inviting every soul back to the original blueprint… before distortion, before programming, before fear took root. No one is exempt from feeling it. No system built on falsehood will endure unchanged. The Breath moves gently yet persistently, peeling away all that is not true.

During this time, what helps most is simple. Stay rooted in your breath. Choose resonance over obligation. Release outdated identities and masks that no longer serve you. Focus on realignment within, rather than trying to fix the outside world. Stay soft where the world has grown hard. Stay open where fear wants you to close. Stay real when illusion demands performance.

This shift isn’t about finding a savior. It’s about realizing that the Breath of God is already alive inside you. You don’t need to force this awakening. You only need to listen, breathe, and trust that the Breath knows its way home.

The Wave is here.

The Breath is rising.

And you are more prepared for it

than you might realize.

New Moon in Taurus – the door is open

The New Moon in Taurus is calling you to stop chasing illusions and start focusing on what is real and lasting. It marks a moment where wishful thinking falls away, and the work of building something stable becomes the true priority.

Every sign will feel this shift, but Taurus Suns, Moons, Risings, and those with Venus in Taurus will feel it deeper.

Taurus, ruled by Venus, values what can be seen, touched, protected, and nurtured. It governs the money you work hard for, the body you care for, the food that sustains you, the homes you build, and the love you trust.

Taurus energy teaches that what matters most cannot survive on promises alone — it needs real effort, real loyalty, and real structure to last.

This New Moon pulls your attention back to what actually supports your well-being over time: your health, your finances, your emotional security, your physical home, and your ability to trust yourself.

The time for illusions is over. No more waiting for people to change. No more pretending that potential is enough. No more spinning stories about what could be if only you tried harder. This Moon shows you exactly where your life is strong and stable — and exactly where you are vulnerable because you built on dreams instead of reality.

Taurus energy is not fast, but it is determined. It moves slowly, intentionally, and refuses to be pushed off course once it commits. Anything you build now under this New Moon has the power to last — but only if it is rooted in real commitment, grounded effort, and truth.

You might feel grief surface during this time, as you remember the parts of yourself that stayed loyal too long, loved too deeply without being loved back, or gave too much without receiving enough in return.

You might revisit moments when you settled for less because you were afraid there might be nothing better, or when you clung to relationships because it felt easier than walking into the unknown.

That grief will show up in quiet, unexpected ways — when you drive past a place that once felt like home, when a song pulls you into a memory you thought you outgrew, or when you recognize the version of yourself who believed giving more would finally make you enough.

It is natural to feel sadness for the time you spent waiting for change that never came or shrinking yourself just to stay attached to something that could never meet you where you stood.

This New Moon demands full honesty. No more sugarcoating, no more seeing only potential, and no more shrinking yourself to fit into spaces you have clearly outgrown. It asks you to face your life, your relationships, your work, your habits, and your future exactly as they are — not as you wished they would be.

Value looks different now. It looks like saying no the first time someone crosses a boundary, protecting your energy from people who take but rarely give, and putting your time and heart into work that values your contributions and pays you fairly. It looks like building a home that feels peaceful at the end of the day, not a place where you merely survive.

You will start to clearly see where you have been pouring yourself into jobs that drain you, relationships that leave you feeling empty, or habits that weaken you instead of making you stronger. You may also realize that fear of starting over has cost you more than any actual risk ever would have.

Real abundance grows slowly, patiently, and through steady choices and scarcity grows quickly through panic, shortcuts, and compromises. You will feel the difference now. Habits and choices built from fear will start to show their cracks, and the quiet steps you took from a place of real strength will begin to reveal their roots.

Your view of love will sharpen too. You may find yourself missing old friendships, old partners, or old places that once felt safe. But Taurus clears the illusions from those memories. Some people felt like home only because they matched your unhealed wounds, not because they were meant to stay, and some situations only felt comforting because they were familiar, not because they were healthy.

You now have a choice: stay where it feels familiar but stagnant, or take the harder, less certain step toward growth and something real. Growth always costs something, and Taurus reminds you that lasting change demands leaving behind what cannot grow with you.

Action matters more than dreams now. Taurus does not care what you once hoped would happen. It demands to see what you will do with what stands in front of you today.

You say you want a life that feels strong and good to live. Taurus asks what you are willing to leave behind to build it. You say you want love that holds firm through storms. Taurus asks if you can walk away from anything offering less. You say you want freedom. Taurus asks whether you are willing to carry the full weight of that freedom without running from the cost.

This New Moon rewards real movement, not wishful thinking. You heal by choosing better, even when the better path feels unfamiliar and you rebuild by stepping in new directions, even when the old ones call you back with false promises.

You are no longer waiting. You are building, and you already have everything you need to start. Make the first move, lay the first stone, plant the first seed.

The New Moon in Taurus holds the door open. It is your courage, your choices, and your fearless steps that will shape what grows next. ~ Alex Myles ❤️

Keep standing in your truth – Charlie McCready

This father’s words are a testament to the resilience it takes to endure parental alienation. It can be a long and painful journey, but healing yourself is just as important as holding onto hope for your child. Taking care of your mental and emotional well-being doesn’t mean giving up—it means staying strong enough to be there when your child is ready.

Parental alienation can make you feel powerless, but the love between parent and child is not so easily erased. Even when they cannot show it, even when they have been taught to suppress it, that bond still exists.

Keep going. Keep healing. Keep standing in your truth.

Daughters

I am the daughter

of a daughter.

Who is the daughter

of a daughter.

Who is also the daughter

of a daughter.

Some of us are mothers

but all of us are daughters,

all birthed through lines

that weave back to

that First Mother.

All connected from

the very beginning.

All connected in the now.

Mothers,

Daughters,

Grandmothers,

Great Grandmothers,

Great Great Grandmothers.

All daughters born from

One. Original. Egg.

from

One. Original. Woman.

So why the separation?

Why the animosity toward each other?

Why the arguing and fighting,

back-stabbing and lack of support?

The next time you see another woman,

look in her eyes and see the

Ancestral Lines – the lines of women –

that lead back to you.

Where are we going Mother?

And how will we get there Sister?

By staying connected Daughter

and allowing for difference.

For we are each one,

after all,

all Daughters

of Daughters

of Daughters

of our

One Mother.

Unresolved Grief

Definitely: the ” Living connection ” for a Mom experiences living unresolved grief , which is the intent and mission of their non co parent .

One of the toughest things is that there’s no closure for the alienated parent. No justice. Ambiguous loss is a term that came about in the 1970s. A researcher called Pauline Boss studied military families, specifically those of soldiers missing in action. The body is not found, but until recovered, they could be alive. It can also be the case that someone is physically there but psychologically not, such as with Alzheimer’s. It is difficult to mourn in these circumstances. It is unresolved grief. Many people call the experience of parental alienation a kind of ‘living bereavement’ which describes this phenomenon. It can also be that we don’t or can’t accept our loss. Resilience and hope can help us accept our situation. Anticipatory grief is one we prepared ourselves, as we know the loss is coming, as with an Alzheimer’s patient, we lose them incrementally, while they’re still alive. And ‘frozen grief’ can make us numb and stuck. Ambiguous grief is, in a way, shapeless, and we have to make the best sense of it that we can. It is the only way. Facing up to our situation, and gaining a better understanding, is a step towards our healing, and we need to do this to lead the way for our alienated children. Focus on the love, not the loss, and the present not the past and strive to be happy, no matter what.

I have been through the trauma of alienation, and am totally invested in helping others. As well as my daily posts, I offer 1:1 coaching, and a 9-step program. Reach out if you’d like to know more about how I could help you.
