We’ve heard about the vibrational split for years now. It’s often spoken about in collective terms— one person aligning to a higher timeline while another continues down a denser path. And yes , we’re seeing this more and more in real time , watching worlds move further apart in subtle and not-so-subtle ways. However, what is less discussed— and perhaps even more profound— is the split that occurs within.

This inner split is not about separating from others, but from parts of ourselves. The lower vibrational aspects that kept us looping in patterns, trauma responses, and subconscious reactivity are no longer compatible with where we’re going.

We are outgrowing them, and like anything, this outgrowing can feel both liberating and deeply uncomfortable.

We may be experiencing bouts of incredible grief and intense highs and lows.

Often, this inner unraveling comes with a trigger. Something is said, an old fear is revived, and a pattern is replayed one more time. We react—sometimes outwardly, but always inwardly. The internal dialogue intensifies, and if we’re willing to observe, we begin to hear and see it clearly: the defense mechanisms, the outdated beliefs, the walls carefully constructed to keep us “safe” and the pain at bay. It becomes apparent that so much of what we built around our pain has also hidden our magnificence.

And now, those cards are falling.

One by one.

We are being revealed. Exposed—

not just in our wounds, but in our Light. The old architecture that held us together is crumbling, and in its place, something more authentic is emerging. It’s tender. It’s sacred. It’s you. At times , it feels fragile , and in other moments it embodies the strength and ferocity of a lion.

The split the ancients foresaw is ripping through every layer of being. We are peeling off masks, outdated identities, and protections we no longer need. The old versions of ourselves may put up a fight, or they may leave quickly, and others, yet we may cling to THEM out of habit or fear. However, as we rise in frequency, they cannot accompany us. We either let them go or we allow them to stagnate our growth.

The parts of us that accepted less, that played small or acted as martyrs, that expected perfection from ourselves or others, that hid ourselves away, that sabotaged etc. these parts are leaving.

You know which aspects must go. You can feel what is no longer in resonance.

Recently, a friend shared that she was going through her storage unit in preparation for a move. She was feeling silly because she was so emotional.

On the surface, it was a simple task: deciding what to keep and what to let go of. But beneath that was a sacred sorting. She was choosing what parts of her story still belonged in her present. What still held meaning and future purpose, and what was simply an echo of who she was. Some things had monetary value, but they no longer matched her frequency, her path, so they too have to go.

Many of us have been de-cluttering, redecorating, and shifting our space. That physical sorting process is the perfect metaphor for what we’re doing now—except we’re also doing it internally. In quiet moments. In dreams. In the space between breaths.

We are asking: does this thought, trait, or behavior support the soul I’m becoming—or is it a relic of who I’ve been?

Waking up

You’re not losing your mind—
you’re finding your Self.

At some point, the world may
begin to feel surreal.
Synchronicities start stacking up.
Time bends. People drift away.
Emotions intensify.
Everything starts to feel like a message.
Like something is chasing you.

And in a way—it is.

But it’s not here to harm you.
It’s here to wake you up.

The Universe isn’t outside of you—
it is you.
It’s been leaving clues
in your heartbreaks,
breadcrumbs in your dreams,
and Easter eggs tucked into your hardest moments.

You planted them yourself.

Because somewhere beyond time,
you knew you’d forget who you were.
And so, you left love notes in
the folds of your life—
disguised as pain, as longing,
as synchronicity.

You are not being hunted.
You are being called back.

And when the roles reverse—
when you begin to chase the mystery instead of run from it—
you’ll realize you’re not searching for answers.
You’re searching for reminders.

Of the love you are.
Of the wholeness you forgot.
Of the sacred truth that you are
the seeker and the sought.

Every emotion you’ve ever felt,
every version of you that has ever been,
is rising now to be remembered—
not to overwhelm you,
but to reunite with you.

Yes, it can feel like too much.
Yes, it’s messy and loud and sometimes unbearably quiet.
Yes, it’s all at once. And it’s okay.

Because here’s the truth:

You’re not alone.

There are others feeling this too.
Some of us are still in the thick of it—breathing through it, breaking through it, becoming through it.

I am.
I’m still remembering.
I still have so much left to see,
to feel, to hold.

And I’m choosing to stay.
To walk it out. To sit in the discomfort.
To meet myself again and again with Love.

This isn’t about having the answers.
It’s about being willing to listen.
To lean in , even when the path disappears beneath your feet.

We’re not here to escape ourselves.
We’re here to become ourselves.
Not perfectly. Not all at once.
But honestly. Lovingly. Truthfully.

So if you’re feeling this—
if the Universe feels too loud or too quiet—
just know:
You’re not the only one listening.
You’re not crazy. You’re not broken.

You’re waking up.

And you are so , so Loved.

Being the Mirror

Sometimes the love you gave becomes the lesson they needed—but the loss you took.

You did everything right.
You were soft.
You were safe.
You were all the things they claimed they never had.

And still—
they left.
Or worse,
they stayed just long enough to break you.

Because not everyone who finds a good thing
knows how to keep it.
Not everyone who receives love
knows how to hold it without crushing it.

You showed them patience.
They mistook it for permission.
You gave grace.
They called it weakness.

And now you’re the one sitting with silence,
questioning your worth,
when the truth is—
you were never the problem.

You were the mirror.
The wake-up call.
The one that made them realize what love could look like—
just not what they were ready for.

And maybe they’ll change.
Maybe one day, they’ll look back
and understand what they had in you.

But by then,
you’ll be long gone.
