James Rozoff- Farmers Market

I used to look forward to getting drunk on a Friday night, but nowadays the favorite part of my week is Saturday mornings. I still get drunk on Friday night, but I don’t enjoy it as much as I used to.

Check out my weekly haul from the farmers market. The thought of waking up early on a Saturday morning to get there when it opens is what keeps me from having that last beer. It’s what urges me to eat a big salad on Friday night in order to clear out the refrigerator for my new purchases. I won’t say all that wonderful produce keeps me healthy, because the love for beer and chocolate is strong in this one, but it surely must help atone for my vices. And besides, there are many wonderful locally-prepared food to be found at the farmers market—things like scones, mochas, cookies and cakes—in which I often indulge.

The more I think about it, the more I see my local farmers market as the solution to every problem. Concerned about global warming? Why have your food trucked in from the other side of the country? Or from another country? Why not eat local and save all of that fuel consumption? Seems like a no-brainer to me.

Want to get healthy? What’s healthier than fresh, local, organic kale? Throw away those expensive supplements and the boxed stuff you find in the health food section of your local supermarket and find a recipe for all of those tomatoes, peppers, asparagus, etc. piled up at the assorted booths. (Availability dependent upon the season, of course)

Want to build community? Let me tell you, the farmers market is a wonderful way to get to know people in your community. Perhaps the vendors might view me as a nut, but I consider many of them my friends and all of them as cherished neighbors. So full of gratitude am I for the people who take the time to grow such wonders and then show up to sell them, I try to buy at least a little something from each and every one of them.

Worried about sustainability? Buy your food from the farmers market and compost what you don’t use, and you’ll be approaching 100% sustainable. Bring your own bags and ride your bike down and you’re not really taking ANYTHING from Mother Nature, you’re just borrowing things for a while until nature’s cycle reclaims them.

Are you concerned that corporations and billionaires have too much power and are taking too large a slice of the pie? Buying your food at the farmers market is taking money right out of their hands. Sorry, Bill Gates (yank), we don’t need whatever you’re planning on growing on all that farmland you’ve been gobbling up. Sorry Walton family (pry, tug), we don’t need you as middle men anymore, we’ll just buy direct. Sorry Monsanto (prying money from their toxin-covered fingers), we have no interest in your GMOs or Roundup. Shove off, we don’t like you and we don’t want what you’re selling.

Care about the people who grow and harvest your food? Why not get to know the people who grow and harvest your food? They might have some different beliefs or opinions than you do, but talk to them for a little while and you’ll realize how many values and concerns you share with them.

I have come to view those who work at growing and producing food locally for us as heroes. It’s not about the money for any of them but about the love of farming and gardening and about their desire to maintain tradition and ties to the land.

I find it hard to trust a doctor I do not see at the farmers market. Why would one whose job is to ensure health not buy his produce and other essentials there? What kind of example is he or she setting for his or her patients? I find it difficult to place faith in a politician or activist who does not visit the farmers market regularly. Here they will find people willing to work to make things better. What nutritionist, chef, or restaurant owner would not be a regular at the epicenter of healthy food? (I realize many of them work directly with local farmers and therefore don’t need the farmers market.) A clown, surely. Ronald McDonald, perhaps.

Our local farmers market is located in the middle of town, and every town should have a farmers market at its heart. It all begins here. It all begins with food.

I’m sure flaws and complaints can be found regarding farmers markets. I’m sure there are some vendors who are less pesticide-free than others, some who are more environmentally aware than others. But its potential to make things better on a local level is immense, its impact immediate. I could go on all day, but I have some vegetables to clean and a salad to make.

Crows have a bad reputation; depicted as as a scavenger, a bad omen or the harbinger of death in many myths and legends worldwide. According to folklore crows are responsible for escorting the dead to the underworld.
In Christian tradition, the crow is considered evil, the opposite of the dove. They pluck out the eyes of sinners and carry the spirit of the damned to its final destination. The crow of the Bible was selfish because it did not return word of the new world to Noah at the time of the great flood.

In Celtic mythology, the crow is associated with death and destruction especially in warfare and times of battle. Many Celtic goddesses such as Badb took on the form of the crow during war.

In Greek mythology the crow was white but because of its betrayal to god Apollo he was punished and cursed so that its feathers were scorched.
However,the crow is no bird brain. Research has shown that they are capable of remembering faces. The crow recognizes those who are kind to him. They are part of the song bird family although not known for singing.
Because of the complex structure of his voice box, the crow can mimic the sound of other birds, animals, car alarms and even human voices. They are omnivorous and can easily adapt to their surroundings, therefore enabling their survival.
Crow Symbolism in Native American Culture
In many Native American tribes the crow is revered as the sacred keeper of law; an oracle of divination and magic and a symbol of rebirth and change. They are a powerful spirit guides and the message of their medicine should not be ignored despite the negative myths surrounding the crow.

The Native American practice of animal medicine embraces the idea that when an animal crosses our path, whether in waking life or in a dream, its message to us has the power to heal by bringing aspects of ourselves to consciousness.

What is Crow Medicine?
Crow medicine or as the Cherokee call it, Koga Nvwati, gives us the ability to make decisions, open ourselves to change and experience magic in the world around us. The crow is a shapeshifter, thought to dwell in both the physical and the spiritual world simultaneously.
Their message offers insight into our core beliefs and values. They have known darkness and are willing to guide us through our own in order to bring us to a higher perspective. When crow appears in your life, it may be that you are at a crossroad.

Comparisons 1st shot May 2023, age 71 .. 2nd shot early 2000’s

Unmediated , 18 years , never going back …

Medicated to the hilts . Early age 50’s , early 2000’s . Only partially revealing adverse ” side effects ” of being medicated by highly toxic , legal prescription drugs and disinterested family and friends , busy in their lives .

All this was reduced to the expression that was voiced years ago through a child of mine , made me ” grow up”.

Yes, I did grow , am still growing and more than ready to move forward , past the past that keeps a greedy , silent presence …no more, no way, no how ..

Change indeed , in so many beautiful mysterious and profound ways .

Healthy Holy Man

WHEN A HOLY MAN WALKS INTO YOUR LIFE.

You will be confused, at first it will seem selfless or not very intense. You would think there’s something off about him, or that you’re not the center of his attention.

When a sane man comes to you, he’s not going to put you in a state of delirium and demand, he won’t demand attention and he won’t harass and control you.

When you attract a healthy man, they will have some things in common, but he’s not going to make the effort to love you and be nice all the time, he’s going to show for himself.

When a healthy man comes to you, he shares his peace and calm with you, he includes you in his life without training you and he respects your time.

He will show you who he is instantly, the masks won’t come off after a few months that will confuse you.

He will not waste space, he will listen to your silences and know your cycles.

When you attract a healthy man, only then will you know you’ve broken the repetitive pattern of attracting toxicity and violence, and you’ll know you’ve healed what was broken inside you.

Great awakening

The Great Awakening

There is a huge awakening happening on so many levels and I will focus now,

as I am being shown, and immense awakening of the sacred sites in Egypt, Sinai, and in Jerusalem.

Before the Great Floods and when the Lion Kingdom was at its very peak, what is now the Middle East was lush, tropical and green and the Mediterranean Sea did not exist. More over the Nile River was artificially created, as it is the only river in Africa, which flow north, instead of east or west. Moreover there were great inland seas.

Civilization flourished here, as it was a proverbial garden of Eden.

It was during this time, that the High Order of Melchizedek established its magnificent crystal Pyramid Temples, a complex of 7, which linked directly via Sinai, to the Pyramids (at that time), in Egypt, and especially Saqqara, the Sphinx and the first Giza Pyramid (it was later rebuilt) and reflects the same sacred number 7, as do the cataracts in the Nile (7) and the original Nile Delta (7).

At that time a very ancient High Priesthood of Melchizedek was established in what is now Jerusalem: The High Priestess hood of Seraph, and the High Priesthood of Zadok. They were equal in rank.

The most ancient Mystery School was established in this complex, which held immensely important sacred teachings and linked up directly with knowledge held all over the Lion Kingdom, inclusive of what is now Egypt. Yet the Lion Kingdom indeed spanned the whole of the African continent and what has sunk offshore of it, as there at that time, was only one single continent, which the geologists refer to as the Supercontinent.

The Melchizedek Temples were unique in that they held the keys and codes of Creation, and thus the Divine Laws of Creations, as well as the most sacred teachings, and highly esoteric knowledge which the High Priesthood of Melchizedek holds and still holds at Universal Levels.

The design of the Crystal Pyramid Temples, which glimmered white-gold in the Sun, were of such high sacred geometrical and numerical and mathematical design, that they emitted sound as well. One could only access the premises through certain sound vibrations and frequencies, as the temple complex was guarded by the Seraphim and the High Priestess hood worked with the Seraphim – hence their name, Seraph.

In the middle of these main temple the Ark was housed, which held the enormous White Flame and the Golden Cosmic Christ Flame, AS ONE, and was of such high frequency and vibration, that only the High Priest and High Priestess could enter the holies of holies, as they had to go through stringent initiations and raise their own consciousness and vibration to the level of the Ark, in order to access its powers. Which were super-powers.

This Ark was the same was held in the what is now the Giza Pyramid (King’s Chamber) and elsewhere in Africa (still carefully hidden), and thus formed a trinity of power, triad.

This mainly, because of certain powers which humanity could still be accessed at the time, in the 7th dimensional state, when the world was at peace, and when unity, harmony and oneness reigned.

With the immensely powerful cosmic activations, now happening, these sites (and others which are still carefully hidden), are being reactivated and this will cause immense power surges to now go through what is the Middle East. It will cleanse and purify the whole area, of all the wars of destruction which happened time and again in that area. It will be the final disintegration of all which has always caused the wars in the latitude lines of the 33 degree adding 10 on either side, because the earth has shifted on its axles a few times since then. Much of this includes the current disputes as well as Europe, Britain and of course North America – as all of these were involved, even Atlantis.

This will bring about a stirring in the collective consciousness, where humanity will finally realize how futile war is. That indeed it is now only destructive, but it leaves so much chaos, trauma and pain in its wake which carried over onto many generations.

Indeed, humanity will finally master the most vital of all collective soul lessons: -that in truth there is no-thing to fight about, only more to unite about.

As Jerusalem and Egypt now awaken in the depths of what has been before, (and mostly forgotten by humankind and one of the reasons why the “Book of Enoch” was so revered by the Essenes), all is dissolving what needs to dissolve.

There will be seeming chaos as all of this is occurring as the shifts will work so deeply with the every soul on earth, as the Cosmic Christ moves within, that from this there will be a massive rebirth, into the New Golden Age of unity, peace and harmony.

Lord Melchizedek and the High Order of Melchizedek, to which I belong, are now working intensely with the reawakening of the original 7 Crystal Pyramid Temples buried under Jerusalem. More-over the awakening of the Ancient Esoteric knowledge which will the be new way of life in the New Golden Age.

Therefore, let this be known: What is not pure, will not be able to stand in the spotlight and all which is not of love.

A mass awakening of the deepest memory banks of all souls who were involved here from the beginning, and came in later.

An outpouring of the Holy Shekinah as the Seraphim are singing in the changes as the Holies of Holies rises again.

If there is a deep stirring in your soul, then you will be triggered.

It will be the High Priestess hood of Seraph who will lead the way, and then the High Priesthood of Zadok, as both then become equal again.

It is the full birth of the 7th Earth, and the 7th Root Race of Humanity, the Golden Race, who are united as ONE within the Cosmic Christ Consciousness.

You Are That Strong

It seems so par for the course to now post and say, ‘The energies are very high…’ But today, they seemed to have gone beyond another level…so here I am posting and saying, ‘The energies are very, very high…’

What does this mean for us?

It means that you may have headaches, feel nausea. It means you can feel very tired, weak, and it means you might be feeling it as a pressure in your forehead, your third-eye region and at the back of your head. It means, like me, you may have felt all day that you were always ‘somewhere else–the past, a particular landscape, a memory known or unknown, all of it suddenly so real, so present–releasing–to feel all the last vestiges of emotional residue that needed to be felt from that timeline. It means your body, your form, is releasing more and more–literally becoming more transparent to carry, express the light. The cells and the spaces between them expanding. Because it is the light of our Being that transforms, that lifts others–not simply our actions.

Believe in yourself. You Are transforming, and mostly, you won’t even recognize how much so until later when you realize you are responding to things much differently than the way you have in the past: you are much more patient, understanding, less judgmental, more compassionate, and not just looking for what to critique or comment on. You are much more willing to wrestle with your own role, your own participation in whatever has arisen so that you may know yourself better. You begin to find each day a curious thing…a thing to know….

The energies are very high, and you may feel scattered. Have difficulty sleeping, feel like the top of your head itches profoundly, feel like the world is simply getting stranger and stranger. This is You really beginning to focus on You and not getting distracted as much by the external world. You feeling you––your experience much more deeply, your presence in a more profound way that makes it feel in stark contrast to the world at large. Know this is Good–because that means when you change, become more sensitive to you, this sensitivity, this awareness will show up in the world too. You’ll see others more deeply, recognize their fellow humanness more profoundly.

Know, all of this is par for the course when the energies are higher than normal. Know, it takes up to three-four days to begin to integrate high incoming energies, so you may notice others being more emotional, sensitive, tired–even yourself–in the next few days.

Love you. Be compassionate to others. Trust you and what you are feeling, though others may not want to or be able to hear it. Just notice it, note it, hold it within yourself and let it move through. You are making room for unimaginable newness–new ways of Being that by the end of the year will startle, will amaze you.

You can’t see it now, but we are in big waves of change, evolutionary change in consciousness. Know what a gift it is to be here now. To change, things have to shift, things have to get a little chaotic, unsettled to loosen their grip on us–and that’s what were in, unsettled times. But know, you chose this, you chose to be here and participate in this. You Chose to participate and contribute to the change. How beautiful is that?

You are that strong.

You are that beautiful, that courageous, that creative. Believe in yourself–because when you do, you more easily extend that generosity to others, and that’s part of what we need right now. To believe in each other. To extend that grace and love to each and ever one of us. So love you.

This increase in internal vital force may be showing itself as more intense emotions (anger, frustration, crabbiness, fatigue, depression, lethargy), tension and soreness in the muscles, digestive disturbance, sore solar plexus, shoulder blade pain, skin issues such as rashes and hives, poor quality sleep, intense dreams and anxiety.

As you pass through this Moon portal, you will take a deeper dive to release that which is no longer needed. So keep flowing, be committed to transmuting your emotions, to caring for your health, finding more balance and shifting your mindset to release patterns that keep you in a lesser version of yourself.

Lots going on in Feb for a short month

February is the month of Forward Movement! It is a Retrograde-Free month, which is a rare energetic Portal, that will last through April 20th. This is a boost of cosmic energy, that supports significant changes and growth in the external, physical reality, as New Choices,
