I ran across a developmental psychology theory not long ago that I’ve had bouncing around in the back of my head ever since. It comes from the pediatrician and psychoanalyst Donald Winnicott, who coined the term “good-enough mother” to describe the everyday kind of parent who does their best to meet their child’s needs and only fails at doing so in ordinary and understandable, even inevitable ways. His theory is about the origins and development of two distinct selves in each of us, a “true self” and a “false self.”
As babies and very young children, Winnicott says, each of us instinctively expresses our true selves: we cry when we’re hungry or tired or in distress; as toddlers, we act with creativity and spontaneity without much (if any) thought about what’s correct or proper, and we can have the most dramatic emotional outbursts when we don’t get what we want. We can’t help but express our true selves when we’re very young, because we can’t do otherwise; we need what we need and we want what we want, and we do our best to get it.
And here’s the crux of the whole thing: If our caregivers are attuned and capable, if they’re able to read our true expressions of need and want and (mostly) gratify them most of the time, it strengthens a belief in us that our most honest needs are okay, and that we ourselves are relatable and worthy. If we receive this “true self” recognition and reassurance as children, then we’re much more likely to move into adulthood connected to our true self, willing to live openly, alive and present to our most deeply felt longings.
But some of us don’t get that much-needed reassurance. As very young children we express our truest needs and our caregivers can’t respond adequately or consistently, due to things like depression or addiction, and we come to learn that our most basic needs aren’t acceptable or relatable. Winnicott says that in cases like this a child becomes “compliant,” meaning they don’t just stop expressing their truest needs to caregivers unable or unwilling to meet them, they lose touch with those deepest needs by convincing themselves they weren’t the very things they needed in the first place. This adaptive story is, according to Winnicott, the birth of the “false self,” which is also the compliant self.
More simply put, I think the theory is that when we’re very young, we need to have adults around us who are strong enough and capable enough and loving enough that we can express our wants and desires with as much anti-social self-centeredness as humanly possible, and they will consistently love us unconditionally, accept us, and give us what we need most of the time. By doing so, they teach us that we can truly be our most authentic selves and the world will still hold us, accept us, even love us. And when we don’t get that, we learn the opposite: that the world might not accept us and almost certainly won’t love us if we express our true needs or callings. And even more, we’ll do such a good job convincing ourselves we don’t want what we in fact need, that we’ll live lives divorced from our creativity and passions because we can’t find our way back to them after those first and formative lies. We’ll be lost in our false selves, accommodating others, not trusting the world to be strong or capable enough to hold us dearly.

and distorted information and education and peer groups as I allow
that forces have taught millennials that baby boomers are the problem .
The misinformation created adversely and division . Lots of hostility ,
knowing it all , control and demands to be as told . This distorted
energy , creates revenue and imbalance , estrangement ….and tragically
a disruption in the flow of nature and nurture . The possible impact
could be the loss of a whole generation .
Imprinted by a highly distorted Dad , this social abnormality is a reality.
I have many interactions with younger generations , which teach me
as to how they view family, trauma etc , which has been a real gift 🎁

At this time of our ascension journey, especially with Cancerian energies, and many other energies outside of our time-space supporting us, we are embracing both the divine masculine and the Creatrix, the Divine Mother, the Feminine Aspect of Creation that nurtures us and knows what is best for us, and our unique path.
As we continue restoring the masculine, we need as well to embrace these female energies, remembering how important it is to let ourselves be embraced – wrapped – by the Divine Mother, allowing Her to restore and purify ourselves, while we peacefully rest in Her Arms.
We are now traversing an emerald hierogamic portal that will culminate on the 888 in which both essences are merging, allowing us to do the same from within. My Guides shared that this is a time for many whose main mission is to act as Universal Mothers to awake, and start embracing All who are suffering within Divine Love and Compassion, allowing them to transition into a more illumined dimension.
As we achieve the final stage of galactivation, in this eighth universal year, as my Guides called the process of conscious trinitization by which we reconnect to our soul and monad, many of you will be embodying new aspects of your soul mission, aspects that may challenge you beyond your human understanding, but that is what planet earth requires now for the massive clearing and awakening that is taking place.
When we activate our eight-dimensional portal, by restoring first our hara cord and thymus, we move from the three dimensions to the soul ones, becoming living portals for those who need our assistance in different ways. We have then the ability then, if this is part of our mission to create an emerald-blue portal to help the elementals, trapped earthly souls, and animals to transcend tino more harmonic planes.
At this time my Guides share that many of you who have experienced this activation will be immersed in a phase of planetary soul retrieval, helping other souls to cross to the illumined dimensions, as you do your planetary mission. Many of you will go to locations that have experienced profound wars, and other distortions such as nuclear ones, etc. Then, you will find many souls asking for your assistance in transcending the fourth astral plane and ascending into higher dimensions.
This is a task that many of you fulfill when you go on your planetary missions, and now with your eight soul portals activated, and the emerald energies that surround us, you will be able to expand and assist in the creation of more safe portals for these souls to transcend.
The Universal Mother embraces All equally, without judgments, even the darkest forms or souls who have chosen this path, for it is Her mission and power resides precisely in transforming all the darkness through her loving embrace, as Love is the ultimate healing weapon to heal and transmute All.
As we embody the female essence and restore it as well in our planet, as the masculine too is being rehabilitated, we can create a blue portal to send these souls, as my Guides shared. Blue, as the purest earth ocean is the color related to the Blue Flame, the one that is activated when we finally heal our heart-thymus complex and build our silver cord. It is then that we embody this blue flame, connecting to it and using this power to transmute the ego and non-benevolent forces.
A blue-emerald portal, that the Creatix Mother protects, that helps these souls to transit, as well as the elementals, and animals, deeply damaged by human hands as well, and all the living creatures that need to transit as well, for not only do we ascend in Creation, but All living forms.
Many of you have a mission to act as a Universal Mother who holds All within Divine Love, Order, and Compassion. Your mission is to welcome them all in your loving and warm embrace for them to remember that in truth only Love exists.
Part of your mission is to help them transcend fears and 3D programs that they continue to carry, as when we leave this plane, we continue to be the same, just with a less dense body, and all the beliefs we carry will come with us.
This is why it is so important to do the clearing now, while we are in a physical body, so our transition can be easier, and peaceful.
As Universal Mother channels you act as a living liaison between the three, fourth, and fifth dimensions, and it is your mission to help in the transition of these souls and living forms into a more harmonic dimension.
As you continue traveling between the many locations you are assigned, or remotely, you will feel the pulse of Mother Earth, asking you to heal, clear, restore, or transmute what She needs of you, for only you can commune with it and know your unique purpose.
We are now being assisted by many formidable Forces and Beings to transcend more limitations, suffering, and above all, fear, and the work of All as One is what has facilitated this planetary transition.
As you embrace Love for All, do not forget to embrace it for yourselves too, as many times you will give to others more than you give to yourselves.
You are, as a Divine healer, liaison, and emissary, as important as any other being. Treat yourself lovingly, kindly, and compassionately.
