Soul Audit 9-1/9-5

We are in the final hours of August, and what’s coming over the next few days is not just another energy wave it’s something much deeper. A Final Energetic Test is unfolding now (August 30–31), followed by the Soul Audit phase, beginning September 1–5.

You may have already felt it: tension, pressure, fatigue, restlessness or even strange moments of peace in the middle of global chaos. That’s because we are entering a checkpoint in our soul journey. Think of this as the Universe asking:

✨Have you really learned what you say you’ve learned?✨

You might be shown old wounds, triggering situations, or unexpected delays not to punish you, but to witness how you respond. Will you react from fear, or respond from truth? Will you spiral, or stay grounded? This is your moment to breathe through the discomfort to choose love over fear, trust over doubt.

And the key? It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being aware.

Then, beginning September 1, the Soul Audit begins. This is when the energy becomes very real, very fast because the ethers, your soul contracts, agreements, and energetic alignments are being reviewed. This is not symbolic it’s a multidimensional process, and your Higher Self is fully involved.

You may experience energetic checkpoints in your dreams vivid experiences that feel like meetings, reviews, or decisions being made. That’s because they are. You’re checking in with your soul team, your guides, or the Etheric Council.

You may also see misaligned relationships naturally fall away. Friendships, connections, and contracts that no longer align may begin to dissolve. Let them. This is your timeline purifying itself. Forced connections cannot move forward.

And behind the scenes, the Etheric Council is logging contracts your choices, your vibration, and your alignment are being witnessed and recorded. This isn’t about judgment. It’s about readiness. Your soul’s next steps depend on how you show up during this window.

So what can you do?

✨ Stay present

✨ Stop looking for external proof or validation

✨ Align within

✨ Rest

✨ Ground into nature

✨ Don’t chase

✨ Let what’s leaving, leave

✨ Keep your heart open and your words kind

✨ Observe your dreams they hold messages now more than ever

🌀 And remember: what’s unfolding now is not just personal it’s planetary. Humanity is shifting. The old systems are crumbling. The New Earth is anchoring.

You chose to be here for this moment not to fear it, but to lead through it with love. Keep going. As you move closer to your Higher Self during this transformation, much will begin to make sense.

We are crossing into the next phase.

And your soul? It knows exactly what to do But you must be willing to reach it and embrace the change.

Vero ✨💗

Born to be whole

The Cost of Being the Emotional Healer in a Dysfunctional Family.

When a family system is built on silence, suppression, or survival,

someone always gets assigned the unspoken role of the healer.

Not because they were ready —

but because they were willing.

Willing to listen.

Willing to soothe.

Willing to become emotionally available in a system that gave them nothing in return.

If this was you,

you became the stabilizer.

The peacekeeper.

The one who “understood.”

You decoded moods like a second language.

You anticipated everyone’s emotional needs — while yours became invisible.

And here’s the tragic psychology of it:

In many trauma-bonded families,

the child who senses the most becomes responsible for the most.

Not by force — but by emotional delegation.

You were praised for your maturity,

not realizing that “maturity” was code for self-abandonment.

Because what they called “wise beyond your years”

was really a child performing as a therapist.

According to Internal Family Systems (IFS),

a part of you became a manager —

tasked with keeping everyone else okay

so the system didn’t collapse.

But this comes at a cost:

The healer is rarely allowed to break.

The one who absorbs becomes the one who disappears.

And the more you regulated the chaos around you,

the less they noticed the storm INSIDE YOU.

Jungian theory would call this a fracture of individuation —

when your identity becomes fused with function.

You don’t know who you are without fixing someone.

But here’s the truth they never told you:

Healing isn’t your job.

Your nervous system was never meant to be the family’s emotional regulator.

You were meant to be a child.

Not a counsellor.

Not a mirror.

Not a bandage for generational wounds.

And now that you’re older,

you don’t owe anyone the version of you that kept them comfortable.

You can set it down.

The soothing.

The translating.

The pretending you’re fine.

You’re allowed to fall apart.

To be held.

To rebuild an identity that isn’t built on being useful.

Being the healer gave you survival.

But it’s not who you are.

You’re not their anchor.

You’re not their lifeboat.

You’re not the glue that holds the dysfunction in place.

You’re the one who gets to step out of the role.

Who gets to be more than what they needed from you.

Who gets to begin again — on your terms.

You were not born to be their solution.

You were born to be whole.

Reclamation 🤩💯❤️

AUGUST 2025 CLOSING MESSAGE
Collective Energy Recap by Rebecca James

(I couldn’t close August without posting this message. I couldn’t make it into a video as my brain is fried, so I’m sharing it here instead. I’m taking a little break, but I’ll post about eclipse season soon.)

This was the month everything caught up with us. August didn’t just arrive. It collapsed. It roared in like a storm. And landed in our bones like truth we weren’t ready for, but had no choice but to hold.

We didn’t walk through a Lions Gate. We got torn through it. Atom by atom. Timeline by timeline. Every part of ourselves we had delayed, denied, or dissociated from came flooding back in. Unavoidable. Undeniable. Unfiltered.

2025 has already broken us open in ways no one can explain. It’s taken our roles. Our masks. Our relationships. Our idea of control. And stripped them to the bone. But August asked: now that the old is gone… what will you carry forward?

This month, the collective met the threshold of true choice. Not spiritual theory. Not bypass. But soul-level clarity. What stays. What dies. What we become, when we stop trying to survive, and start choosing truth.

You may have felt the chaos. The collapse. The void. The burn. The ache of a thousand selves shedding at once. Not because something went wrong, but because your soul is catching up with your body, and your body is trying to catch up with your light.

This was a collective cracking. Of timelines. Of nervous systems. Of belief systems. Of illusions that had run their course. We didn’t just purge trauma. We remembered why we came.

Lions Gate was not a portal of peace. It was a soul checkpoint. One you couldn’t bypass. One that restructured your DNA and forced you to face the mirror without the story.

And from that silence, something ancient returned. Not a guide. Not a saviour. Not a new version of you. But the part that’s been here all along, waiting for the noise to stop.

Your soul root. The blueprint beneath the burnout. The truth beneath the trauma. It woke up. And now there’s no unseeing it.

August wasn’t a transformation. It was a reclamation. The remembrance of what can’t be destroyed. The clarity that cannot be gaslit. The sovereignty that cannot be faked.

So if you feel strange right now, disconnected, blurry, unsure where to land, it’s not regression. It’s recalibration.

You’re between identities. Between timelines. Between the life you thought you wanted and the one your soul always knew was coming.

This is the real New Year. The one we crawled toward. The one we bled for. The one we didn’t ask for, but secretly knew would come.

So rest if you need to. Roar if you must. But know this: you’re not broken. You’re rebuilt. You’re not lost. You’re reset. You’re not late. You’re right on time.

The portal is still open. But we are no longer waiting. We are here. We are changed. We are the ones who made it. And nothing will ever be the same again.

Now we enter September. The dust won’t settle, but the truth will.

This is a month of reorientation. Of putting pieces back differently. Of choosing again, not from trauma, not from fear, but from alignment.

The Full Moon on September 7/8 will expose what’s still hiding. It will rise like a spotlight on everything we’re still pretending not to see.

It’s not a punishment. It’s a preparation. Because eclipse season is coming. And with it: quantum course correction.

This is your time to stabilise the new template. To stay soft in your sovereignty. To say no when you mean no. To stop leaking light to what no longer honours you.

The path ahead isn’t smooth. But it’s true. And truth holds. So hold it with both hands.

And remember: this year brought you back. It stripped you. It stretched you. It took the stories, the masks, the lifelines you didn’t even realise you were still clinging to.

But it didn’t break you. It revealed you. The real you. The you that exists beneath identity. The you that doesn’t need fixing, performing, or proving. The you that remembers.

You’ve reached the point in the journey where survival is no longer the goal. Sovereignty is.

This is not your ending. This is your return. To truth. To trust. To your undeniable, unshakeable self.

You don’t have to explain how you got here. You just have to own it now. The world is changing. And so are you. But your soul? Your soul has never been clearer. Welcome back.

Love always, Rebecca. ♥️

Mother / Child cellular bond

“Pregnancy marks the start of the bond between mother and child, but did you know that a mother and her baby share more than just a physical and emotional connection? This is due to a fascinating phenomenon called fetal maternal microchimerism, where fetal cells persist in the mother’s body long after childbirth. Conversely, maternal cells also pass over to the fetus. While the science behind this concept is in the early stages, it sheds some light on the biological bond between mother and child.

What is fetal maternal microchimerism?

Fetal maternal microchimerism (FMM) refers to the presence of fetal cells in a mother’s body post-pregnancy. According to a study published by WILEY Periodicals, during gestation, cells from the developing fetus cross the placenta and enter the mother’s bloodstream, embedding themselves in her tissues and organs. These fetal cells can persist for decades, becoming a permanent part of the mother’s biological makeup.

Interestingly, this phenomenon is not one-sided. Maternal cells can also travel into the fetus. This unique relationship challenges the traditional view that a mother’s body completely separates from her child after birth.

How do fetal cells affect a mother’s body?

Scientists have found fetal cells in various maternal tissues, including the heart, brain, liver, and even the skin. But what are these cells doing in the mother’s body?

Tissue repair and regeneration: Fetal cells may have stem-cell-like properties, meaning they might aid in tissue repair. Research suggests that these cells may help heal injuries or even protect against certain diseases. For example, in animal studies, fetal cells have been found in damaged heart tissue, leading some scientists to believe they may assist in cardiac repair.

Immune system influence: According to a review article by Obstetric Medical, “maternal acquisition of fetal genetic material has been proposed to play a role in inducing materno-fetal tolerance during pregnancy, a factor potentially contributing to why certain autoimmune diseases, like rheumatoid arthritis (RA), are temporarily ameliorated during pregnancy.” . . .

A lasting connection between mother and child

Fetal maternal microchimerism is a powerful reminder that the bond between mother and child is more than just emotional—it’s cellular. Even after a child is born, part of them remains within their mother, influencing her health.

As researchers continue to explore this fascinating field, the implications of fetal microchimerism could reshape our understanding of pregnancy, maternal health, and even medical treatments. Whether aiding in tissue repair, influencing immunity, or playing a role in disease susceptibility, these lingering fetal cells highlight the deep, lasting connection between mother and child—one that science is only beginning to understand.

Final thoughts

Overall, fetal maternal microchimerism is a testament to the profound and lasting relationship between a mother and her baby. As research advances, we may uncover even more surprising ways in which these tiny remnants of our children continue to shape our health and well-being long after birth.”

Born again Wound becomes the womb ❤️‍🩹

“As people are learning all over again in the modern world, when people who will not acknowledge their own woundedness are given power, they will make new wounds and possibly wound everyone because of their need to deny their own woundedness. The word heal means to cure and specifically to make whole. It turns out that being a whole person means we have to accept our vulnerable parts, and that we have to accept and learn to face our original inner wounds. For in this old, mythological understanding, the fateful event of being wounded early in life creates the need for a deep healing process that becomes the path of awakening for each person.

The path of the wounded healer leads to a connection to the deep self within, which is our connection to wholeness, which is the root of the human capacity to heal. There’s an old idea that says that in the same way that something greater than ourselves wounds us early on, something greater than ourselves seeks to awaken through the specific wounds we carry. In that sense, denying the inner wound means also denying the presence of the deep soul or the centering self, which holds the exact medicine we are looking for.

In some mythic stories, the wound inside a person is called the sacred affliction, or the holy wound. There’s another play on words in which the wound which can be seen as a hole, can also be seen as a holy element that secretly holds the natural antidote, the inner medicine that we also brought to life.

The wounded healer is ever wounded, and ever able to find ways of healing. It’s an archetypal condition. The point has never been to become perfect, or perfectly healed, or completely whole. The point has always been to become holy. That is to say, complete with our vulnerabilities and our wounds, because the wound becomes a womb from which we are intended to be reborn again and again. And that’s why the old saying was, the afflicted are holy.”
