The moment shut down happens we can see it instantly and it’s time to walk away… anything further is not only unproductive, it can become damaging to everyone involved š
Know who you are
All around the world , people are awakening. They are awakening to their true nature and who in truth they are. The root of their existence has been shaken up to the coreā¦ in order to release that , which was keeping them in separation from who they Truly are.
There are no mistakes. Everyone has chosen where to live, so that environment can support their growth. So that they can rise above the illusion and the collective consciousness of the particular country where they have chosen to live.
You are not a victim.
Everything is Divinely planned.
Every individual will rise their frequency in their particular pace. No rush.
No comparison. No forcing. Donāt judge yourself for where you are as there is nothing wrong with you. And all the process is happening naturallyā¦
upon your Divine plan. Itās all Divinely planned and Divinely perfect.
Their individual growth is attributing to the collective growth of that particular country. And growth of the collective consciousness of humanity.
We ALL together are creating and rising frequency of humanity, by being here and choosing higher choices.
It is our personal choices that are determining our own vibration, and those of the collective.
You matterā¦ and you are important !
Just as anyone else is.
As we know, we are creating from withinā¦ and when each of us choose to act from our Hearts and not from our mental structure based on our limiting believes and old programsā¦.
Then we indeed are choosing higher choices and can collectively jump into higher timeline.
We need to become aware of how each and every one of US is important.
Yess! YOU are important!
Thatās why you have chosen to come here in this now time and embody Love.
And Be Loveā¦ that you Truly are.
You have come here to be the change and participate in the greatest shift in the history of Humanity.
Your old programmed mind will tell you that you donāt matterā¦ that everyone else is greater then youā¦ that you are small.
I am here to remind you how
beautiful you are!
And what a Blessing you are to this World.
How you carry within your chests the greatest power of the creation itself! And that time has come for you to embrace that powerā¦ and stop giving it away!
Time has come for you to
KNOW who you are !
That you are made of starsā¦ and
that whole Universe is within you.
And that whole Universe is supporting you right now and helping you remember of the greatness that you truly are!
I am here to remind you how
we ALL need you! We need your precious heart and love that you are beaming.
And then, whenever you decide to take that Leap into the unknown and choose to act from your Heart and jump high in the Rhythm of your Soulā¦ you are supported!
You are loved.
And donāt let the fear ā¦ or your wounds tells you the opposite.

We ALL are with you.
Cheering you up. Holding you. Carrying you through harsh timesā¦ loving you! While you are making that leap.

Because everything is designed

to jump higherā¦ and never turn back.
Because, everything you have ever wished for is In front of you!
On the other side of the oldā¦
on the other side of fear that was controlling you and paralysing you
for so long.
You are worthy!

In a new study, researchers have found that the chemical imbalance myth is still a prevalent explanation for depression among laypeople. They hear about it from a variety of sources, most commonly in the classroom. However, the most impactful sourceāthe most likely to lead to belief in the mythāis from healthcare providers.
āHealthcare providers play an important role in the dissemination of the chemical imbalance message, which is an oversimplified, scientifically controversial, and potentially treatment-interfering narrative,ā the researchers write.
The study was led by Hans S. Schroder at the University of Michigan Medical School. It was published in Frontiers in Psychology.
