To all my friends out there who know what’s really going on.

To all who see through conspiracies and follow your intuitions.

Yes, sometimes it feels like a curse and not always a blessing to be awake, but we have been set apart.

Awakening is the most liberating, alienating, excruciating, empowering, lonely, confusing, frightening, expansive journey you will ever endure.

If you find yourself struggling to try to process all this insanity, you are not alone.

No one talks about the darkness that accompanies awakening, or the grief.

Not only grieving the life and illusions you once had, but the realization that almost everything you thought you once knew, is a lie.

Shattering illusions is rarely an enjoyable experience. There is a considerable amount of discomfort that comes with growth and the grieving process doesn’t stop there.

With these newfound realizations, you then find yourself grieving all over again.

Grieving the loss of many relationships with people who just don’t and won’t “get it”.

Feeling alone, being ridiculed and shamed, not only by the masses for many of you, but your very own friends and family too.

Feeling like you no longer have much in common with the people you are surrounded by.

Struggling with carrying on with shallow conversations that lack substance with those who are still fast asleep.

Even feeling disconnected from your entire support system, because they can’t see what you see.

Some even grieve the loss of their ignorance, because ignorance is bliss, and reality is harsh.

Awakening can be a lonely road and you will often find yourself journeying alone.

Awakening to the realities of this world is brutal. It will have you running through the entire gamut of human emotions.

Some of you, myself included, may be struggling with feeling disconnected from friends and family, it’s as though they exist in another world.

Please know you are not alone, and not only are you not alone, you have an entire tribe standing with you.

We may be separated by miles, but we are deeply connected in purpose and in spirit…

Loving an Empath- Deven Underwood

“If you love an empath, love them frankly, honestly, and with all your heart.

Empaths don’t take love lightly, they don’t pretend. When they’ve truly chosen to open their hearts to you, wait-you then to be blown away.

Their love is intense, powerful, messy and sometimes hard to manage, but it is real. Empaths don’t know how to love any other way.

An empath is someone who is very sensitive to people’s energy, moods, emotions, situations and their environment to the point where they can sense the emotions as if they were their own.

They also have a certain psychic capacity to “know” things without having proof of it. A bit mysterious and complex, their emotions run deep, but what lies beneath the surface is a world of its own.

When you look into the eyes of an empath who has opened their heart, you see vulnerability, honesty, pain, dreams, happiness, love.

With these thoughts, these ideas, these emotions, these desires continuously boosted, not everyone can be in a relationship with an empath.

They cannot change. Nothing turns an empath more apart than if you try to change their sensitivity and empathic abilities.

Empaths are different from the majority of people we know. They are sensitive, intuitive, easily overexcited. They cry and see beauty everywhere. They feel the pain of others. So don’t try to change them, it won’t work and they will shut down immediately.

They need the person they love to be honest. Dishonesty doesn’t work for an empath. Even though they are never meant to uncover the deception, they often feel it. It is a little torture for them to know that something is being done behind their back and not to have a direct answer. Be honest and sincere the first time.

In cages they will cause damage. They are like birds, they must be able to fly freely wherever their emotions guide them. Caging them is like chopping off their wings. They will lose the light that guides their way if you try to control them. If this happens, they will stop opening up and they will hide the love they have to give deep enough within themselves. The damage is not easily repaired, but it can be avoided by not trying to put it in a cage.

The empath you love has likely been heartbroken in their life and should be treated with sensitivity regarding the pace of things going between the two of you. Don’t rush it. It will come on its own when it is ready. You have to let them spend some time alone.

Empaths must recharge their batteries in a space of their own. It’s different for everyone, but they need time to be alone.

It can be tiring to always feel the energy of the people around us, please don’t be embarrassed or bored when they need to recharge.

It doesn’t mean that they don’t like you or that they don’t like your company. This means that they need to calm their minds and renew their energy. They will come back happier than before.

Often they cannot express what they are feeling. The emotions of an empath are incredibly complex.

So much so that they have a hard time expressing what they are feeling. Give them some space. Be understanding. Take what they say seriously.

Empaths are extremely creative people. There is always an idea popping up in their mind. Take them seriously. Believe in them, even if the idea may seem crazy to you.

Empaths, arguably more than anyone, have the ability to make a real difference in the world. Listen to them when they open their hearts to you. Because somewhere between their enthusiasm, their passion and the words they use jumbled together, something quite astonishing is about to be created. They are intense.

Empaths tend to be pretty intense people. They don’t say it, but they feel everything so deeply that it comes naturally to them. If they’re exceptionally intense, give them some space. If they need you, stay close.

Their intuition is generally good. Yep, contrary to popular belief, they actually know what they are talking about. They are empathetic and they feel everything.

So when they have a good feeling about something, trust them. When they have a bad feeling about something, trust them. When they tell you about a dream because it touched their heart, trust them. When they think someone is lying, trust them. Trusting an empath in your life is showing them that you believe what they say.

They are here to give Light and Love. Explore the world with them and do Good! ”

Mother

I am so glad I healed my Mother wound ; after so much pain and I refuse to allow others to trigger me , as to our relationship.

The way you treat your mother is the way life will treat you. A mother is the source of love and life.

A mother is made of unconditional love, a love that no one else can give you. Don’t judge her. How many times have you sat down to listen to her? To have a conversation with her about her past? Perhaps she never told you about the miserable life she had to endure before you came along.

Maybe she never shared the wounds she carries, the scars that reopen every time she remembers them… the painful childhood and adolescence she lived through. The difficult moments she endured when no one listened to her, when she was mistreated, leaving traces of harsh words, poverty, fears, and abuse.

How many hidden sorrows does she carry in her heart, ones she never shared with you—so you wouldn’t have a distorted image of her life? Out of love, she chose not to tell you, or perhaps silence became her refuge to avoid suffering further.

Treat her well, like the unique treasure she is in your life. Doing so will bring you blessings, peace, joy, stability, and a long life.

And remember, the way you treat your mother is how others will treat you. People around you will learn from your actions and the love you show. There is only one mother—if you don’t value her now, you may regret it in the future when sleepless nights haunt you.

Shifting Trajectories

The Solstice’s transmissions are now being anchored and stabilized on planet Earth and our light bodies as we continue choosing to literally disintegrate more density from our carbon base bodies, and resurrecting our crystalline essence. Remember that as you activate your multidimensionality, you become a living portal, for all changes occur from you and through you.

You are now shifting trajectories, creating new ones, letting go of the past, as you build from the present moment, extending healing to all of your parallel selves, which is required to shift timelines.

Many of you are starting to feel the regeneration of your authentic template and the rehabilitation of your DNA, as when we are devoted to our inner work and align to these plasmatic sources to shift our DNA and light body, we will start feeling the shift and impact this new awakening has on our bodies and lives.

Many of you are already feeling, or will at your time, the energetic and physical manifestation of DNA rehabilitation and light body reconnection. You would have left old habits, even immediately, as you remember who you truly are, as your body releases all the density, old traumas, and other false programs that are not who you are.

You may be quitting negative habits, drinking only pure water as other drinks simply do not support anymore your new frequency, noticing how you are completely aligned to authentic Sources, by receiving more guidance, through inner knowing, or in the way you are meant to, for we are all unique and so are our ways to communicate with God.

You may feel your body shifting as well, even some imbalances or physical conditions you could never know their cause, disappear.

Above all, you may feel the descendion of authentic guidance, which often comes in the form of feelings, realizing what needs to be removed from our life experience, whether relationships or any other thing we cannot continue coexisting with anymore.

The first and most important sign of Wisdom descension, through DNA rehabilitation, is to clearly know. We do not need to clearly see or hear, or for anyone to confirm, what we are already feeling inside.

Often, accompanied by these feelings comes fear to let go or sadness. Let your emotional, mental, and physical bodies remove the emotion in their time; they have kept wounds, illusions, and many other emotions for so long that it is not a one-day process, on a physical level.

Be loving and respectful towards yourself, for your love, care, and understanding are what your body needs during this process.

As you remember, your body does so too, feeling the embodiment of Divine Love, your complete care and devotion to protect it and keep it in an illumined frequency, and the consistency of your dedication through coherence and integrity, are key to rehabilitate our DNA, as we cannot energetically and spiritually lie, as on these illumined planes of existence there is no such thing as hiding anything.

You may feel achieving self-mastery in some important areas you could not before, as now you possess a higher level of awareness, of love for yourself, and the wisdom to create the solutions to transform yourself and life as you are guided.

As conscious creators and hence sovereign divine beings, we are never going to be treated as powerless by benevolent Guides or any other benevolent Force within Creation.

They are never going to tell us what to do or not, or fix something for us, for this will violate all Divine Laws. God gave us the Power and Wisdom to create all the healing, solutions, and all we need for our human experiences, for Love can only live in freedom.

How we utilize this freedom to create, support, build, or fall into illusions and destroy is our choice.
