2. If you want your wife to respect you, then you have to do respectable and admirable things. You cannot dishonour her and shame her then expect her to excuse your gross misbehavior with a blanket respect. She can’t submit to torture.

3. If you want your wife to feel safe with you and open up to you, then you have to stop emotionally and physically abusing her. You cannot instil fear and wonder why she protects herself from you.

4. If you want your wife to enjoy intimacy with you, then you have to maintain oral and body hygiene. You cannot expect your wife to enjoy kissing you and playing with your penis yet you smell of sweat, you don’t shower, don’t brush your teeth and smell of cigarette, weed or alcohol.

5. If you want your wife to stop complaining, then you need to stop repeating the same wrongs. She complains because she has to call you out when you do wrong since she believes you can be better.

6. If you want your wife to be financially transparent with you and to stop making financial decisions behind your back, then you need to start showing financial responsibility. As long as you keep being reckless, she will save and invest without your knowledge to protect her future and that of the children.

7. If you want your wife to brag about you to people, then do things that make her proud. She cannot pretend that you are a great man yet you are not.

8. If you want your wife to stop nagging and being moody, then you need to make time to spend with her and make her feel special. A woman nags and becomes grumpy when she feels neglected. A loved up wife glows.

9. If you want your wife to stop fighting your friends, then you need to stop surrounding yourself with the wrong friends and allowing your friends to pull you away from your family. You wife is just protecting you.

10. If you want your wife to be proud to be your wife, then you have to do things that make her say “Yes” to you daily. Don’t expect her to be satisfied with the title of wife just because she wears your ring, has a marriage certificate or has your child/children.

Kidney disease Warning Symptoms

I have held trauma energy/fear there as long as I can remember. I believe I had frequent UTIs as a teen . My Mom was not a teacher and I’m not sure where I gathered knowledge of how the female body works .

Peace & Profound Grace / Fall Equinox 9/22

We are approaching Equinox on September 22 and some may feel like you are being carried into this on the swift current of a river… So much feels in FLOW at a level beyond description…

Things also are moving swiftly and suddenly for many precious HEARTS, and we are being called to exercise our Soul Mastery skills! Many have been preparing for many years and have been made ready for this timing!

Remember all of those challenges and experiences you previously had that you originally thought were “undesirable”? We can now see that all the skills we learned and applied are coming in handy now. We have our Cosmic Toolbox and are ready and able to move through all that arises with GRACE and LOVE as our guide!

With Fall Equinox, Fall traditionally holds a slower pace, a time of inward stillness, and an invitation of surrender. This is the metaphoric death before the rebirth. We witness it all around us. The leaves that fall from the trees. The Earth that continues to tilt away from the life-supporting energy of the Sun. The trust in the natural cycles of life that hold steady, even amongst the darkest days of the year. There is only continued surrender.

And for some, during this equinox, even this will feel accelerated!

Like the Earth, we, too, are in a continual motion of becoming, releasing, transforming, moving, expressing, and receiving. As the Earth comes into a balance of light and dark, day and night, we are invited to honor the polarity within ourselves.

The man in 3D

I had an experience on a plane , on my own headed to San Francisco.

A young Indian man requested to change seats with me , giving me his 1st class seat ! I was thrilled 😁 and certainly knew gratitude but did not note it as a sign .

I was coming off psychiatric RX and very scattered and very high alert ‼️ Many of my experiences were weird . And they did get weird either a relative who revealed a shadow part of her self that has cropped up way too many times resulting in no contact .

That’s ok. I am grateful to be on my way ; acknowledging the varied signs ; numbers , birds , exits and births ; seekers , awakenings in others and tho I am soul exhausted , I rejoice as I open my hands to receive and call on my benevolent angels , spirit guides , ancestors and light workers to further my journey and let me support others as I am abled ❤️🙏💯

To the man in 2D. Today you were traveling from Orlando to Philly. I don’t know you, but I imagine you saw us somewhere. I was pushing a stroller, had a diaper bag on my arm and also lugging an oxygen machine for my daughter. We had smiles on our faces as we were headed to see her “friends” at CHOP (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia). We pre- boarded the plane, got cozy in our window seat and made jokes to those around us about having to sit by my yelling-but-happy baby. The flight attendant came over and told me you were waiting to switch seats. You were giving up your comfortable, first class seat to us.

Not able to hold back tears, I cried my way up the aisle while my daughter Lucy laughed! She felt it in her bones too… real, pure, goodness. I smiled and thanked you as we switched but didn’t get to thank you properly.

Sooo… thank you. Not just for the seat itself but for noticing. For seeing us and realizing that maybe things are not always easy. For deciding you wanted to show a random act of kindness to US. It reminded me how much good there is in this world. I can’t wait to tell Lucy someday. In the meantime… we will pay it forward. AA 588 passenger in seat 2D, we truly feel inspired by your generosity.
