Energy connects to everything.

Energy carries information.

The past, present and future all exist simultaneously. Therefore as energetic beings, we have access to the past, present and future at any point in time via energy.

Heaven on Earth is a choice to be made not a place to be found. The ascending are experiencing new perspectives that bring about new beginnings in various aspects of life, such as a new lifestyle, a new job, home, love, an expanded outlook. Embrace these revelations as they lead to greater liberation in new earth reality.

Absolutely nothing on the ascension journey meant for you will require you to

compromise self integrity, self respect, self worth, lower your standards, compromise your energies to fit in or abandon your values and boundaries to receive.

When you fully allow ascending self to receive, you are opening a portal of pure potential and possibility where the most incredible manifestations can present themself in life .This is true creation. The Ascending are moving into new levels of abundance in conscious new earth creation. It is now safe to receive everything desired.

In past version of self, unresolved trauma may have made you tolerate people who treated you poorly and inappropriately because you may have felt afraid of losing them. Healing however has made ascending self realise that losing yourself by trying to please entitled others is far worse and will never work.

You do not attract what you want in life, you attract what you are. Your external world mirrors the vibration you hold and embody. Shift your frequency and the world must shift with you.

The world we were taught is only a fraction of what exists. Reality bends to perception, and perception is shaped by belief. What you think is ‘real’ is only what you have been trained to see. The mind does not show you reality, it filters it. You do not see the world as it is but as you are. Expand your conscious awareness and the world expands with you.

Fear is pure energy. Left untamed it destroys. Directed, it illuminates. Mastery is learning to harness it instead of running from it. Fear marks the edge of your current identity. Growth is impossible without discomfort. The more internal resistance you feel the closer you are to self transformation.

Fear appears as a barrier but it is actually an entry point. Every time you avoid fear you avoid conscious growth. The only way to conquer fear is to move through it. Fear guards your greatest strengths. Whatever you resist, is hiding something you need, when you turn away you leave your power behind.

Avoidance does not remove fear it only strengthens its hold. What we refuse to face controls us. The longer you wait, the deeper the roots of fear grow. Fear is only chaotic when left unchecked. When you face it directly it loses its grip and ability to control you.

Fear is the boundary between who you are and who you are becoming. What you resist holds the key to your next transformation. Break through it and you reclaim the power it once held over you. Fear is not the enemy. It is energy waiting to be transformed and reclaimed. Every time you step through fear you reclaim the power it once held over you.

Energy leaks happen when you give attention to distractions. Social noise, unhealthy minded people , fear, old wounds, living in past experiences all drain your reserves of energy. A leaking net catches nothing and a mind without focus holds nothing.

Withdrawing self’s attention from what-drains you. Call back the energy tied to old fears, wasted efforts, and external noise. Bring everything back to its centre.

Energy moves where you allow it. Power is not taken it is given and you can reclaim it consciously with strong intention, taking it back. There is ancient power hidden within and the time to remember is now. Most things on the ascension path can’t be taught it can only be remembered.

Nothing happens in the physical without first shifting in the unseen. Thoughts, emotions, and frequencies shape reality before action takes form. Master energy and you master creation.

Desire is not random it is soul recognition. What pulls you is already aligned with you in another form. The journey is not to chase, but to remember and to allow.

Detachment involves observing internal emotions without allowing them to dictate our actions. It means taking a step back to gain clarity and accepting things beyond self’s control. Understanding that others’ choices are their own and not our responsibility to correct, this empowers ascending self to respond thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively, resisting destructive urges in the processes.

Practicing detachment brings tranquility in times of vulnerability, helplessness, frustration, anger, etc enabling us to listen attentively without compromising our true identity. It also allows us to perceive our own errors, self forgive, and begin anew. In strengthening detachment we learn to accept all is in divine and perfect order, coexisting with the universal flow while preserving our right to inner peace, navigating life’s challenges with resilience, self respect, grace and composure.

You are not moving through time, time moves through you. The past and future exist in layers, influencing the present. What you heal now echoes backward and forward and all at once. Your body is an ancient library. It holds the memory of every step you and your ancestors walked. When the mind is lost, the body remembers. Listen to its knowing.

Discovering Truth on the ascension path is not something you invent. It is something you remember, Truth is the one thing that never changes or bends according to perception. The world offers many versions of truth. But a thing is not true simply because it is repeated or accepted. Universal truth does not ever bend or shift to fit human perception.

Avoiding truth does not protect us in any way, it keeps us blind. Clarity is only painful when it contradicts illusion. But once seen and recognised we are free.

Truth does not arrive through logic alone. It speaks in instinct, in knowing, in deep recognition. Your body understands what your mind may resist. Truth is unshaken. It does not require belief to exist. It simply is and remains the same .

Truth is an indestructible force , it is not always gentle, it dissolves what does not belong. What is real will remain. What is based in illusions will eventually fall away. Let the shedding happen.

Truth does not make life easier it makes things in life clearer. The moment you align with truth the path unfolds. What once felt uncertain becomes certain and effortless. No one owns the truth. It is a universal force, It belongs to all who are willing to recognise and respect it.

The system was designed to keep humans asleep, but self did not come here to follow-You came here to remember, to rise, to awaken. The moment you step beyond the script, you step into who you truly are.

Adverse Childhood Experiences-Charlie McCready

Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) are potentially traumatic events from 0 to 17. The original study in 1998 identified seven categories of ACEs, including physical and emotional abuse, neglect, parental substance abuse, parental mental illness, domestic violence, and having an incarcerated parent. These experiences were found to have lasting and profound impacts on mental health, physical well-being, and overall development. The research found that children who experienced four or more ACEs were 12 times more likely to suffer from alcoholism, depression, drug abuse, and suicide attempts. Subsequent research expanded the list of ACEs to include parental separation/divorce due to the recognised adverse effects it has on children’s well-being.⁠

Parental alienation, a form of emotional abuse, usually following parental separation/divorce, usually involves at least these two ACEs. The attachment system, vital for forming bonds between children and parents, is severely impacted by parental alienation. It can lead to persistent fear and stress. The complete severance of a parent-child bond constitutes psychological abuse and damages this attachment system. Addressing parental alienation is imperative to safeguard children from the lasting trauma it inflicts.⁠

Those who have faced ACEs are not alone. It’s estimated that 1 in 6 adults experienced as many as 4 ACEs before they turned 18. Support can be found through trauma-focused therapy, support groups, self-care, exercise, healthy living, but there is an urgent need for greater awareness about the problem of parental alienation and training for mental health and legal professionals working with separating families so that there is early detection and intervention. Let us collectively work towards a world where children can thrive, breaking the cycle of ACEs and creating a nurturing environment that fosters their potential and well-being.⁠

Being at Peace

Deep Purging

We are in a state of deep purging now on all levels, as we access the higher dimensions, and our light quotients rise more, we will find that old miladies, old shadows and triggers, suddenly appear out of the seeming blue.

I was reading a classic about ascension, in which it states, that everytime your consciousness rises and your whole systems are rising in frequency, this will happen. This is why all the great masters often spent 40 days and nights in caves, in silence and fasting. etc., for they knew that every single shadow will appear and show themselves, every single aspect of you. When they fully embraced that shadow, and the lessons in mastery they brought, they then started accessing even higher degrees of cosmic knowledge, had intense moments of experiencing unity and oneness, and are reborn in much higher ways, each one according to their own unique soul’s calling. They emerged stronger, wiser, more loving and compassionate, illumined than ever before and had gained in power and wisdom.

We cannot do this today and retreat in a cave for so long, or rather most of us cannot, and this why we tend to struggle to go through these intense changes. Yet the only way, is the way through.

Add to this mother earth is going through the very same, and humanity as a whole, whether they are aware of it, or not. The shadows are emerging everywhere, and this is meant to be. It has to, for we now need to consciously choose the repeat the same or not. The more we block those shadows or deny them, the longer it takes to ascend.

Yet at the same time, the split between the New and the old is widening to such a degree, that it becomes a total split and a total lifting off into the new. This is a process of enlightenment in itself.

The only way forward is to go deeper within, for this is what the masters knew.

The true portals lie within you, your heart and soul.

For love now embraces the shadows, thanks them for the service they render, and this brings balance, inner harmony and greater insight and vision. It will repeat itself until we are totally ascended into the new.

Yes, we all grow weary and weak, me too. Yet, what I know for sure, that in such times, especially now, we are being carried through. And one day, in the not so far distant future, we will look back to this time, as a time of immense soul growth in ways, even our souls before they were born, could not even imagine!

North Node of Destiny 3-17-25

The Pisces Sun is aligning with the North Node of Destiny at 27° Pisces, activating a fated turning point in your life. This only happens once a year, and the last time this alignment occurred was in April 2024—but then, it happened in Aries. Aries brought movement, action, and bold decisions. Now, Pisces takes over, shifting the focus from pushing forward to seeing the deeper meaning behind everything that has happened.

Think back to early April 2024. What was changing? What risks did you take? What relationships shifted? That period marked a major redirection—doors opened, some closed, and you were urged to step outside your comfort zone. Alienated Children – Cognitive Dissonance

Alienated children often suffer from cognitive dissonance as they struggle to reconcile the negative narrative imposed on them by the alienating parent and their own genuine feelings and memories of the ‘target’ parent. This can lead them to seek reasons to justify their rejection of a loved, loving, available and non-abusive parent. It’s also a means to align with the alienating parent who presents as stronger and apparently safer. This is what the child wants – safety, security, love. Initially, they may subconsciously prioritise pleasing the controlling alienating parent to avoid conflict or further manipulation. ⁠

The alienated child consciously or unconsciously seeks evidence, often exaggerated or distorted, that supports the negative image the alienating parent has portrayed of the ‘target’ parent. Information can be twisted out of all recognition. There are many examples of this. A phone call can be called harassment. Gifts can be bribery. Virtually everything can seem wrong as the alienating parent repositions it, and unfortunately, the child learns this behaviour and starts to put it into practise themselves. This can involve past and present events. Happy memories can be erased and reprogrammed in a negative light. ⁠

But it has to be remembered that when the child does this, it is a way of surviving a dreadful ordeal and somehow trying to justify and validate the behaviours they’ve been coerced into. I’ve heard it so many times from adults who were alienated children that it really helped them to know their rejected parent was always there for them, waiting, in the background, with love, giving them hope that one day everything would be okay.⁠
