Power to the heart – Let there be light

One day there will be a moment. This moment will be the moments of moments.

There will be many hundreds of thousands of souls that turn into light, become one with eternity becoming a light being, they will pull to the frequency of the earth into full embodiment of 5d loved based reality.

Those left on the earth will be on the new earth as the new root race. There will be a whole rebuild of new crystal cities as they were in the time of Lemuria and nature and Gaia balance will become a top priority.

At this time world hungry will end, the galactic races will introduce technology to assist with the new infrastructures including higher consciousness schools and community developments.

Unity consciousness will be a culture and it will be honoured in the hearts of the collective.

The density network willl be completely destroyed and the energy transformed into the light.

We have just entered the golden era. It is our responsibility to assist bringing the new human angelic templates through for humanity and completing the grid work required for the shift or flashing moment to occur.

There is still some work to do and your messages of peace love and source have never been more important to reach out.

The ascended masters of light and heavenly bodies are providing some source light to assist humanity find the light workers now so they too can shift into higher light, clear their ancestral lines and consciousness to shift their vibration and come into higher consciousness thus facilitating the readiness of critical mass energetic acceptance of new reality.

Once this moment occurs. Time will stop. All will be celebrated, the celebrations will last an eternity and once all are celebrated for their great achievements of the light in shifting Gaia then in a blink of an eye they will be in new earth.

The Origin of America’s Favorite Nursery Rhyme:

Davy Crockett’s older sister, Effie Crockett was invited to help some mothers in the Muskogee Tribe. Once she arrived in camp, Effie laughed at what she saw. The Muskogee Tribe had a custom of cradling their pappooses among the swaying branches of birch trees. This protected their babies from ground insects, the sun, and wild animals.

After first finding it funny, she soon learned all the great reasons for this practice and marveled at the beauty of it.

Effie watched the swaying and soothing motion of the topmost branches of the trees. She loved how each baby enjoyed nature, how they listened to the songbirds, observed every ladybug, and smiled at the colors of a butterfly, every little breeze was felt and enjoyed by these young ones; each babe seemed perfectly content.

One of the Tribal mothers began to sing a song to the children in her native tongue. As the Muskogee mother sang, Miss Effie observed a small tear running down the mother’s cheek.

Lulu se pepe i le pito i luga o le laau,

A agi le matagi e luluina le moega pepe,

A gau le lala e paʻu ai le moega pepe,

Ma o le a sau i lalo pepe, moega pepe ma mea uma.

Effie translated the words and kept the tune. She shared it with everyone and it soon became a wildly popular nursery rhyme among the Colonies.

The English translation:

Rock-a-bye baby on the tree top,

When the wind blows the cradle will rock,

When the bough breaks the cradle will fall,

And down will come baby, cradle and all.

Why did the Muskogee mother cry?

A “bough” is simply a tree branch, and its breaking was used by the Muskogee mothers as an analogy of their little baby growing up.

Their little baby would soon outgrow his cradle. With each gently rocking wind, time was passing. One day, little baby would no longer need the protection of his mother. One day, the “branch” would break because her little baby had become too heavy. The “cradle” would fall to the earth – the child, no longer a baby, would dust himself off and grow into a man.

The now famous lullaby was first printed in Mother Goose’s Melody.

The rest is history.

Fatigue & New Frequencies

My numbers are messaging me today and that’s assuring

Just talked to a young friend who I advised/mentored 4 years ago and we are flowing and it’s so positive !

Great Minds think alike !

The Fatigue is Soul Exhaustion and I’m doing my thing !

Clearing Cleaning and showing gratitude .

In 2006 when I discovered Nicherian Buddhism , the power of gratitude was a major plus in my life . I wasn’t aware of manifesting or abundance etc , I just said Thank you a lot more . Even as I knew I was being challenged , I knew I was receiving a valuable lesson .

So I said Thank you if traffic allowed me to flow easily or someone one gave me the right away . And I was and am grateful , for so many things but had slowed down on expressing my gratitude 🙏due to the varied complicated situations that accelerated due to COVID .

I am grateful today to be closing up my living situation and obtaining a new SUV in the very near future !

All is well with my soul .

Staying positive and keeping the faith ; much of this clearing has been decades of holding space for the right things to come to me !

Some will hopefully liberate those who had no choice or no voice !

The physical fatigue that the vast majority of us are feeling lately is due to the new intelligent electromagnetic frequencies that are coming from the Central Sun.

These are moving radically in our physical, emotional and spiritual structures, as if we were a cellular device connected to a battery of an immense ship.

There is a lot of energy that comes from the spiritual world. Therefore, there is a need for stabilization.

WHAT TO DO?

MENTALLY:

– Vibrate in high resonance, preferably in the highest possible energy, the energy of gratitude, compassion, generosity, benevolence and the mutual sharing of ideas.

– Avoid the judgments of others, because we don’t really know what each one has come to happen in this life.

– Raise the thought towards noble things instead of continuing to share useless and terrible news that tend to multiply by television and social media. Be different, find good things in people and in situations, they exist, but they are being forgotten.

Stop complaining and start to thank, gratitude is the energy that will shape the new world.

When a bad thought comes, understand it and immediately neutralize it with a superior and positive one.

When a problem comes to your mind, transmute the information, immediately looking for the solution for it and focus on it.

Change the focus, find beautiful things in you, in your behavior, stop mutilating yourself energetically, we all have good things and virtues.

PHYSICALLY:

– Do calm and concentrated exercises, emitting at the same time as you do them, blue waves for all places where you feel pain, discomfort or muscle fatigue, transforming a simple stretching and strengthening exercise into an intensified quantum vibrational exercise.

– Drink a lot of mineral water, preferably the one that comes directly from the stones, because it brings pure mineral fragments from the center of the mountain, rocks and crystals.

– Avoid industrialized foods with exaggerated condiments.

Place beautiful, healthy things that have life inside your body. Sunbathe and thank you while you do it. Dive in the water in the sea or in the running river water to enter the new frequency of Nature.

SPIRITUALLY:

– Pay attention to intuition, because it is coming with force and is the first information that comes from the spiritual world to enter your mind. Listen to good music, the one that makes the hairs on your arm stand up, because it is capable of producing the resonance with your spirit.

– Pay attention to the inspirations, because they come in a pure and simple way, otherwise we can’t write down what is received, or do something at the same time she arrives, we lose contact and the spirit takes time to bring her back. Inspiration is something that your own spirit sends you, it is not a third spirit or a protector, you are yourself in future manifestation and divine dimension trying to talk with yourself.

RELATIONSHIPS:

You don’t need to scream with anyone anymore, your heart can’t stand any more screams and arguments, he just wants harmony and understanding, the time of sufferings is over, who still continues in this idea will go through great tests. If it is necessary to position yourself, position yourself and do what needs to be done.

WORK:

Your spirit no longer wants to do what doesn’t make sense and doesn’t fulfill its life purpose. As we continue healing, reconnecting, and retrieving our original DNA template, we too help restore the cosmic Earth’s records, recovering all the lost knowledge that is our birthright to own. As we retrieve our wings, our planet does so too, regaining its lost purity and unity with All That Is. We all came here with many soul agreements, including our main agreement to help our Planet Earth evolve and retrieve its purity and connection to all dimensions.

As we work with ourselves and restore our authentic DNA coding, we also receive, through self-reconnection, all the soul memories and access to our planetary records embedded within our DNA, assisting in retrieving Earth’s memories and timeliness.

This is a time for many of you to focus on your personal mission of stabilization and recalibration, as we have two months now to embody more harmony and peace, preparing us for the next integration phase. However, as ascending souls, we also came with a universal or planetary mission of assistance, and it is now a propitious time to help in both cosmic records retrieval and earth’s fabrics of time and space stabilization, for there is a major opening we are invited to support, in our unique way.

Earth’s cosmic records were manipulated and hidden from us, impeding us from remembering our cosmic history and personal one. It is now when we are healing and reconnecting ourselves from within, that this opening is also taking place. My Guides invite us to focus on the opening in the sixth, seventh, and eighth dimensions that are now occurring on our planet, and that is of great importance to restoring our original connection to these dimensions, for our planet was never created to remain galactically isolated.

The fabrics of time and space are key in restoring the connections to these dimensions, and hence cosmic records retrieval, as if we do not open our sense of time, in both ourselves and the earth’s grids, the opening and realignment of these dimensions cannot occur.

As we reconnect our DNA strands and restore their time codes, pivotal to reconnecting to each dimension, we help the earth achieve the same step, which starts by moving inwards and removing all distortions and blockages that impede communication with All.

The harmony that surrounds us can be strongly felt at this time, a silence that indicates that something big is already happening, energetically speaking. This is when we need to listen to our inner guidance, to know what is our place and role within Creation, during this time, for the energies are facilitating the planetary work immensely, during this cosmic window, for us to work peacefully, with what has been uniquely assigned to us.

As we embrace more harmony, our mission is to extend this same state of being to the earth plane. Guides remind us of the power of the geometry lotus flower, to call it like that, to help restore the energetic current in the grids, as well as harmonic tool to help restore the closeness that earth has been submitted to, for eons.

The lotus flower, visualized as a bright white light pattern, helps open the dimensions, for it represents unity, and how energy truly moves, openly, helping in the restoration of the dimensions that are now being rehabilitated, so our planet retrieves its original communication with All.

This is a time in which many of you may feel exhausted, as it is not an easy time for our bodies, with all we have been coping with recently.

Taking proper care of yourselves is the most important personal mission before your planetary one, for if we do not hold the purity and energy required to do the mission, we will only continue draining ourselves, unnecessarily.

As the precious light emissaries that you are, your main mission is to be harmonic channels. However, your well-being is the most important thing to honor, and respect. Remember to be compassionate toward yourselves while you continue being the love that you are for All.

Stabilizing energy of summer/Letting Go

We are moving towards the summer and a new stabilizing wave that will help us transmute and assimilate all we have been embodying. June will be a month whose energies will help us integrate and adapt to change. We have now a stabilizing window in these two months to rejuvenate and integrate the transformation that we are undergoing, preparing the body for what is yet to come in September and October.

These months are going to be profound transformational ones for all of us, as we also have the eclipses, and many other important energies coming to continue preparing us for the light body awakening and reconnection that many of you have been working with during all these months. We are at a time when there is a great dissolution of our egoic self, clearing old layers, and learning how to adapt to our new self, for we were programmed not to accept our magnificence, as Divine beings, and we are now retrieving our divine birthrights.

Many will be the aspects of yourselves and your lives that you will see vanishing, for you are becoming more empowered, wiser, and hence sovereign, and all that diminishes your energy and disrespect yourself must vanish.

Let it all go. When we do not resist, we allow joy and a more illumined state of being. Our ascension path is also one of joy, alignment, and gratitude, it is not our natural state to be always suffering, for this is not how it is meant to be once we retrieve balance and understand that challenges are natural consequences of our choice of transforming ourselves as species.

Savor the moment and all you have created within it. You have worked a lot, now let the old you dissolve in the light of your true being. Be open to embracing higher aspects of yourself, as the Jupiter trine Pluto transit at the beginning of the month reminds us.

Most of you are probably feeling the exhaustion of the recent Sol-AR transmissions, but this is only the beginning of the great change coming around September, in which we will be assisted in completing the transfiguration of our lower bodies, stabilizing our entire template with the Eclipse in Libra, as well as many Earth’s fabrics and templars.

Energetically, it has been a very intense year. June and July are key months for recalibration, soul communion, wisdom retrieval, and beyond everything conscious detox, for allowing the body to regenerate at a cellular level is pivotal to continue embodying the following energies.

June holds a five-universal frequency. One that will be interchanged with the 6 frequency of the 6/6 portal, an influx of balance, harmony, and restoration to help amid this transformation period.

The 5 Universal number of June reflects the peak of the ongoing change that we are all experiencing, for all change is created from our will to evolve, as nothing ever comes from the outer if we first have not chosen to co-create with it. A change that is now stabilized, until the next integration phase, as periods of recalibration must follow the transformational ones, as the only way to take care of your bodies and allow them to digest all the previous energies.

We are being prepared this year for contact. The eight-dimensional frequencies that we have been receiving all year and that help us to reconnect to our monad, has also the purpose of getting us closer to the God-Illumined Worlds, starting to be open to galactic exchanges, for many of you have soul-agreements with many benevolent beings to descend the wisdom of the Illumined Realms on this 3D plane.

The time has come for us to embody our Divinity, which is the first step toward galactic reunification and contact. June represents a month to expand in all we have integrated, so we can start preparing our bodies to remain in a new fifth-dimensional frequency band, transcending the 3D planes, and stepping into the soul/monadic dimensions, where higher communication takes place.

Proud

I can still remember the time when I begged for love. I lost my colors. I settled for the “maybe”, the “I’ll see if I can” and the “I’m tired”. I endured the pain of every no, and over time I started to believe that maybe, just maybe, that’s what I deserve. That I should just be grateful for the rare “yes” and just sit in the corner waiting.

It took some time, but when I finally realized that I’m slowly turning into this broken soul I always feared to be, I tried my best to get up and walk away. Step by step, I dragged my feet, and that’s when I learned that one of the most difficult things to do in life is to walk away from things that you’ve always wanted. But I did it.

I did it because every day seemed like it’s raining and I wanted to see the sun again. I did it for the days when I would laugh so hard my stomach would hurt. I did it because I wanted to believe that despite the messed up person that I am, despite all the scars and the holes in my chest, I deserve another shot at happiness.

I know it took a while, but I couldn’t be prouder.

Expanding May 28 -Formalizing You

Dear Ones, In the next few days, you will undergo a significant shift. Even though you have shifted almost continuously since you began your transition journey, the shifts happening now are more profound than you are accustomed to.

As is true for any growth, each shift adds to what has already been achieved. So, it is an accumulation instead of a lone addition. And with each accumulation, the depth of knowing or sensing grows exponentially. In a sense, shifting from being amazed at the wonders of your baby rattle to reading words and creating concepts with those words.

You are fully enmeshed in your new being, even if it might not feel like you are in certain circumstances or moments. You are combining what you know into a complete New You package – understanding what you wish to develop or study and what no longer interests you.

Of course, we of the Universes have previously stated similar concepts. The difference is that until now, you were most likely adapting, reviewing, or accepting one piece at a time. Within the next few days, you will begin to combine your bits of knowledge into a greater whole.

You will probably feel dazed – similar to feelings before a final exam in an uncomfortable subject. As was often true for that final exam, even though you will guess at some answers and activities, overall, you will pass with flying colors. What was is no more. And what is is just beginning.

Think of the next few days as the time you spent worrying about your final exam results. And then, in the days following, allowing yourself a “Bravo” for a job well done.

Even though the hesitation, the fear you feel in the next few days, will be as painful as your fears about the outcomes of those classes you did not appreciate or enjoy, the aftermath will be, “I passed! I did it.”

Every one of you will pass, even though many of you reading this material will question your ability to do so – especially with the significant amount of universal energies floating about. Perhaps it might help you understand if you imagine trying to study for a challenging final exam and your sibling or roommate insists on distracting you with loud music or conversation.

Your successful outcome is a given.

So the question becomes, why do you feel distracted? Such is so because you are giving up a life that seemed normal to 3D you but is not necessarily suitable for new you. Your distraction is trying to determine what is right for new you while those in the background are clamoring, “Here, over here, no over here,” all of which is what or who you used to be but are no longer.

At the beginning of this significant energy burst, you will question the wisdom of your new thoughts or needs for specific actions. By the end, you will not care what anyone wants or needs because you will know who you are. This is a new world, and you are finalizing a new you.

You are ready to live in this new world despite your former fears or need to function as you thought you should. So be it. Amen.

New Cosmic Upgrades / Keep the Faith

Energy / Ascension Update: powerful cosmic upgrades / dark night of the soul / breaking free.

Many feel like going through a dark night of the soul as we purge much dense energies. This can feel overwhelming emotional and for your body.

Feeling very tired, feeling hot, feeling cold, not hungry, pain in neck, back and bones, brain fog, and many more ascension symptoms.

We are aligning within, a powerful transitional process.

We are shifting into the next level of ascension and this can feel very intense, mentally, energetic, physical, energetic.

It is all about more wholeness and unity with the soul.

We are letting go of duality and have layers come up that need to be released, this can be very emotional also.

We get to see more deeper truths about toxic relations in our surroundings that are holding us back for a long time so we get to understand so we can move on.

We are clearing our family tree of past and future so everything is looking bright.

Feeling angry about how you’ve been wronged in the past and people misused your kindness for their benefit gives you te power to rise above and break free now.

This is your time !!!

We focus on our own path now, we do not need to save anyone anymore, let go of connections of abuse, toxic relations, people and places.

We are in a complete reset of our mental, physical, energetic, cosmic, emotional en energetic bodies to fully step into our light bodies.

Do know everyone experiences this in their own way.

Self care, self love, have an open heart and walk proud as you’ve made it, you are on a next level of ascension.

Did you notice you start to feel lighter, see the world more colourful are opening up for divine relationships with a beloved and soul family ? all Signs you are moving up 🙂

Keep faith, be loving towards yourself, ground in nature, take hot baths with sea salt, meditate, watch an inspiring movie, read a good book, listen to high frequency music, do things that bring you joy and peace.

We got this, we are breaking free from the dense lower dimensions so keep faith, the day of full ascension for all of us coming closer.

In the next days all we are going through now will bring more clarity and new guidance.
