Collapse of Patriarchal Energy happening now

Preparing for the Next Abundance Wave of Light—

April 2023!

Light will be flooding the planet this month, having a profound influence on mankind. It’s important to remember that, even if you have periods of mental dissonance, everything is working toward the next stage of human progress. As the energies of the previous several months have brought in a roller coaster of emotions and experiences that most people have found difficult to traverse, the Light finding its way into our personal and communal experience will seem like a rebirth to many. We empaths and sensitives need to rediscover our core and our equilibrium inside. If we can find our core, we’ll be better able to surf the waves of light that will flood into our physical, etheric, and mental bodies in the coming weeks.

Here are some easy techniques for finding our center and gaining equilibrium before diving into the incoming waves of light energy:

To fully benefit from the light energy permeating our individual and communal experiences this month, we must actively seek out and maintain states of greater energetic flow. The planet, all of mankind, all Earthly systems, and everything in between are undergoing a fundamental realignment as we progress through the present season of our personal and communal journey.Everything that is no longer benefiting humanity as a whole is rising to the surface as a result of this fundamental realignment, and we are getting the support we need to deal with it.

Many spiritual leaders, empaths, healers, and enlightened individuals may have seen glimpses of the new timeline that has started uniting mankind. It’s easy to get lost in the chaos and widespread anxiety that seem to have taken center stage recently, what with everything that’s happening around the globe. It’s crucial to keep in mind that the turmoil and confusion that this new growth is producing is a natural and expected aspect of the waking process, even if it’s frustrating for those who are experiencing it.

It is vital to acknowledge the path of individuals who are just starting to awaken, no matter how difficult it may seem at times, since just as many who are already awakened had to go through their own journey to arrive at the expanded consciousness they have today. We are living in a once-in-a-lifetime era when we can alter history and make a new world a reality. A world where the guiding principles are for the greater good of all people. Kindness, compassion, peace, justice, community, togetherness, and prosperity for everyone are all part of these guiding ideals.

The key to getting the mind on board with the new reality is to assure it that it will benefit rather than lose by making the transition. The mind tends to fall back on protective mechanisms like anxiety, doubt, and dread that it has developed over time. Because of this, the mind has a natural inclination to go into defense mode and oppose change anytime a new viewpoint is provided to it that requires it to go out of its comfort zone.

The mind may feel more secure, respected, and appreciated when we treat it gently and express gratitude for the efforts it has made to safeguard us. When the mind is respected, valued, and cared for, it is far more likely to accept and even welcome novel ideas, thoughts, actions, and routines. Through consistent effort, we may overcome our resistance to the mind’s responses and enter a state of bliss. When we present ourselves to the mind as loving and caring beings, the mind will gradually return the favor. It wants to follow our lead, but first it has to figure out how to accomplish it on its own.

By taking a mild course of action characterized by kindness, empathy, and consideration, we prime our minds to accept and integrate the novel information, perspectives, routines, and ways of being that are congruent with our most developed selves. In this new timeline, concern for Earth’s health is one of the most prominent emerging ideas. Mother Nature is sending us clear signals, and there’s no mistaking her opinions. Forcing things that go against the natural rhythm and flow of life is no longer acceptable, and she is letting us, her offspring, know that.

Mother Nature is heaving a sigh of relief as mankind steps off the hamster wheel of survival-fueled existence, and she is utilizing this time to heal herself. The world’s energy-sensitive populations are breathing a sigh of relief with us as our physical and mental health improve. In the same way that more and more of us are entering stages of profound healing, serenity, and change right now, so too will more and more of our sisters and brothers who are not yet completely conscious of what is occurring. New ideas, innovations, and holistic cures for global unification, peace, and wholeness will arise from this place of profound and nutritious healing for the collective.

Even the most jaded observer must admit that the globe is awakening at an accelerating pace. Many spiritual practitioners and leaders have spent a great deal of time and energy preparing us for this moment. The temporary relief we’ve been able to obtain by pushing our feelings down and pretending they don’t exist is beginning to shift and dissipate. Turning a blind eye to potential threats to our sense of security and the maintenance of the status quo may be reassuring. Yet by turning a blind eye, we’ve let a small group of people decide what we do with our lives. This has severely undermined our security, and we can no longer take solace in relinquishing our control.

The current state of the world is indicative of the failure of the old patriarchal institutions, which are founded on the values of fear, control, separation, survival, and hierarchy. We’ll have a gutsy, confident attitude. This is the moment to tackle and finish those projects that have been weighing you down. The energies will be optimal for the best possible results and conclusions. Thus, have faith that you will succeed in any endeavor you undertake. It’s also a great time to launch fresh initiatives, start new friendships, or launch a creative project. There will be a lot of emphasis on “building” at the moment, so be careful not to lose sight of what really matters. It’s great to have lofty goals and a fertile mind. We can make the most of that vitality and keep it going by pausing each day to appreciate the little things. An embrace from a loved one, the understanding that your precious breath links you to everything, the sound of a bird chirping, the tranquility of a still lake or ocean…

These are the things that sustain our spirits the most and should be prioritized over all others. When we are well-nourished spiritually, our energy levels are at their maximum. There is no war among us. We are prepared to receive the many gifts the cosmos has in store for us. By the end of April, we’ll feel the stirrings of a passionate, personal love. The first step is developing a deep affection for one’s own self. A respectful love, in which we find the strength and beauty of the cosmos inside ourselves, is what we mean. When this kind of love for oneself is firmly established and welcomed, it may pave the way for a holy and deep connection with a soul mate whose energy is harmonious with our own.

It’s crucial to remember that when our love for ourselves is whole, there’s no need for drama or grief in our relationships with others. The obstacles can be navigated with much less effort. This kind of love is simple, carefree, exuberant, and adaptable. In April, your sensuality and self-love may either reawaken a dormant romantic connection with your existing spouse or introduce you to prospective new love interests.

All that’s required is that you have an open mind and a firm resolve to put yourself first. The rest will work itself out. As a whole, April will be a robust, eventful month that will shower us with fresh presents that will motivate and strengthen us in unexpected ways.

Accept Yourself

“Dear woman

Be so fierce

In your love

And grit

In soul and

Truth that

The owl hoots

And the daisies

Tumble from your

One true heart

Like a river of love

That is watered

By this singular fact:

You are FINALLY

all that you are

And all that you

Were ever meant to be

And nobody-

nobody can ever

Take that away from

You

Again.”

Become comfortable with the unknown

Notice all dimensions and possibilities exist simultaneously. Our vibration determines our experiences. Consciously give yourself a reset. Flip the body from an acid to alkaline state. Love is the ultimate healer. Change the rhythm of the breath, lifestyle, attitude. Recalibrate. Relax. Be present. Fully surrender. Focus on the day, your vision and all things you need to control to make things happen. Then, remind yourself you do not know what will happen today or tomorrow. Say aloud- “I don’t really know what will happen.” Find comfort in the not knowing. Embrace uncertainty as much as possible. Know the sun will shine. The rain will come. Traffic lights will change. Many things happen outside our control.

Come what may, realize in essence, we are free. So, let the mind wander. Rediscover what playfulness feels like. Whenever you detect the mind seeking perfection, attempting to exert control, remind yourself “I don’t know. Feel more comfortable with the unknown. Letting go of control is letting go of fear which gives you the freedom to live your life. Let thoughts and words rest in your body. Love and accept them. Then, watch them pass through mind like clouds in a clear sky or silent ripples on the surface of a lake. Let go. Discover what universe has in store without expectations.

Beyond the Brain – Mad in America

A new scholarly article explores the ongoing debate surrounding the classification of mental disorders as brain disorders and proposes the field of psychological humanities as a potential way forward.

The article, co-authored by Jussi Valtonen and Bradley Lewis, argues that the classification of mental disorders as brain disorders has led to a reductionist view of mental illness that overlooks the complex social and cultural factors that contribute to mental health. Their article also highlights the importance of the psychological humanities. This field combines the humanities and social sciences with medicine and public health to provide a more comprehensive understanding of mental health.

Valtonen and Lewis argue that psychological humanities can help bridge the gap between the reductionist view of mental illness as a brain disorder and the more holistic view that considers the social and cultural factors contributing to mental health. Valtonen (a novelist and neuropsychologist) and Lewis (a psychiatrist with a Ph.D. on Foucault) use the works of Russian author Anton Chekhov to illustrate their point.

Chekhov, who was a physician as well as a writer, explored the complex relationship between mental health and social factors in his stories and plays. The authors argue that Chekhov’s work provides a valuable perspective on mental health that is often overlooked in the brain disorders debate.

“Chekhov stands out, both through his art and his dual engagement with medicine and literature, as a pluralistic advocate of both science and literature. Chekhov, who worked in a time before the methodological conflict had hardened, used an approach to mental differences in his stories that values the sciences but also exemplifies the possibilities of the arts and humanities,” Valtonen and Lewis write.

“In this way, Chekhov can be a guide for mental health research and practice at a time when biological answers are turning out to be much more complicated than early proponents of neuroimaging had hoped. Finally, generalizing from Chekhov’s contribution, we develop an arts-and-humanities approach to mental health and mental difference through the articulation of interdisciplinary mental health humanities as a significant contributor to future mental health research, education, and practice.”

Valtonen and Lewis point out that the debate over whether mental disorders can be explained purely in neurobiological terms has been raging for over a century. While some researchers have advocated for natural science methods to measure cognitive and neuroscience variables, others have argued that this approach is limited in its reach. Moreover, recent research has shown that neurobiology-based interventions for mental disorders have largely failed, leading to a call for a broader perspective.
