Peace & Clarity

Lately, I’ve found myself drifting away from activities and conversations that once held my interest.

There’s a growing fatigue in engaging with arguments and conflicts that seem increasingly pointless.

It’s as if I’m looking for peace and clarity, but instead, I’m confronted with negativity and divisiveness that drain my energy.

I’ve started to prioritize my mental well-being, stepping back from situations that no longer serve me or spark joy.

This shift has allowed me to reflect on what truly matters to me.

I’m seeking deeper connections and experiences that resonate on a more meaningful level.

As I move away from trivial disputes and superficial engagements, I feel a sense of liberation.

It’s a journey toward understanding myself better and embracing what brings me genuine happiness, rather than getting caught up in the noise around me.

Beautiful 🤩

When she was a little girl

they told her she was beautiful

but it had no meaning

in her world of bicycles

and pigtails

and adventures in make-believe.

Later, she hoped she was beautiful

as boys started taking notice

of her friends

and phones rang for

Saturday night dates.

She felt beautiful on her wedding day,

hopeful with her

new life partner by her side

but, later,

when her children called

her beautiful,

she was often exhausted,

her hair messily tied back,

no make up,

wide in the waist

where it used to be narrow;

she just couldn’t take it in.

Over the years, as she tried,

in fits and starts,

to look beautiful,

she found other things

to take priority,

like bills

and meals,

as she and her life partner

worked hard

to make a family,

to make ends meet,

to make children into adults,

to make a life.

Now,

she sat.

Alone.

Her children grown,

her partner flown,

and she couldn’t remember

the last time

she was called beautiful.

But she was.

It was in every line on her face,

in the strength of her arthritic hands,

the ampleness that had

a million hugs imprinted

on its very skin,

and in the jiggly thighs and

thickened ankles

that had run her race for her.

She had lived her life with a loving

and generous heart,

had wrapped her arms

around so many to

to give them comfort and peace.

Her ears had

heard both terrible news

and lovely songs,

and her eyes

had brimmed with,

oh, so many tears,

they were now bright

even as they dimmed.

She had lived and she was.

And because she was,

she was made beautiful.

Message from the Angels

You’ve had a tumultuous week

upon your planet, yet so many of you strive to Live in peace, reach for the Light, and abide in Love. We celebrate each and every one of you.

Every time you make a decision to forgive, you contribute to your world’s peace. Every time you decide to be kind to yourself (rather than criticize),

you withdraw energy from the vibrations of war. Each time you take a breath and choose patience and tolerance , you begin to build a bridge that will eventually link nations.

Your every thought, word, and deed sends a Ripple into the human pond of human consciousness. Your negative energies are weak ripples that do not travel far. Your positive energies are powerful ripples — transmissions of love from the Source itself that you allow to flow freely through you.

When you say a kind word to another, you allow the Source to flow its love through you to that person.

When you acknowledge yourself, you allow the light within to bubble up to the surface and shine more brightly.

When you feel a tiny bit of compassion for anyone, especially someone who annoys you, in that moment, you are granting the vibration of mercy to all.

You are never insignificant, unimportant, or irrelevant to the One. Your smallest choices have a powerful impact on the field. Your Love, dear ones, can help and assist in elevating all beings.

So, rather than feeling powerless to change your world, realize that you change the world in every moment.

Each time you refrain from criticizing yourself or another, you diffuse the energy that attacks nations.

Each time you help a tiny creature, you share a vibration of hope.

Each time you allow yourself a moment of joy you rob the darkness of the power it can only sustain by wobbling you out of your light.

You are all so much more powerful than you know. Your love is a superpower that can elevate worlds. Your joy is a healing balm that dissolves the darkness. Your kindness and compassion are the bridges that help heal hateful differences.

In the 3D world of form, you may never know how much you do. But someday, when you see things through the eyes of the Divine in heaven, you will come to know the powerful 5D energetic impact you have had upon your earth and the great gifts of love that you have left behind.

Do not fear for your world. Light it up, starting with the smallest kind thoughts, words, and deeds and spiraling out with your ever-increasing love, joy, compassion, kindness, and care.

You are indeed the lights of the world, and the light you shine is the love that lives and breathes in all creation. Allow this love to flow freely within you, whenever and wherever you can, and know that in so doing, you are leaving a gift for this world that will last for eternity.

God Bless You!

We love you so very much.

Greatest shift in humanity

Maybe right now your journey

isn’t about love.

Maybe right now your journey

is about you.

Maybe this is the season you are being challenged to be your own savior, to be your own safe place. Maybe right now you are being reminded —

that the people who walked away were only ever leading you back to yourself, were only ever leading you here.

And here, you are okay on your own.

Here, you are rebuilding.

Here, you are adapting, and mending, and reclaiming all of the pieces you let them walk away with.

Here, you are being kinder to your soul,

you are giving yourself the same kind of love you have always given to others.

Here, you are not rushing your heart,

you are not depending on another human being to fix it. Instead, here,

you are doing that on your own.

Here, you are Healing.

Wisely choose your battles

“When people are rude, offend/attack/hurt you, they have unhealed trauma, they are full of venom and that venom is pouring out.

The important thing is that you don’t allow them to poison you too.

Answer evil with good, don’t answer evil with evil.

If you get caught up in a conflict, if you offend/attack/hurt the other person, then you can know that you have already allowed another person to contaminate you.

Don’t let a man behaving in a toxic way ruin your day.

Do not allow a man full of venom to fill you with venom.

It can’t stop a man from spreading his venom, but you can keep that venom from getting inside you. Guard your heart!

No matter how good/generous/polite you are, in life you will have to deal with people who will treat you in a disrespectful/kindless way, who will hurt you.

And each time you will have a choice between filling yourself with venom, acting unbalanced, making a scandal, offending yourself or responding in a balanced way.

You have a choice between taking the bait or not.

Every time someone offends you, trips you up, attacks you, be aware: “Now I’m being baited. And it’s my choice if I bite it or not.”

Most people take the bait. And most of the time it’s the same bait day after day, year after year, but they keep biting.

Choose your battles wisely.

If you get caught up in any conflict, if you let yourself be challenged by anyone, consuming your energy with things and people that don’t matter, you won’t have energy for the battles that really matter.”
