Frequency Holders

As our planet continues its transition into a new harmonic timeline, bifurcating from the old 3D Earth, many of you will feel the call by the White Elohim and your personal God Source to sustain the new Earth’s illumined essence by acting as frequency holders and stabilizers. We are now entering into a phase of profound stabilization and amplification of the new Heart transmissions received. Through your essence, all of you participate in this expansion by holding unconditional love and peace for All.

There has been an important opening in many new locations on earth, thanks to the assistance we have had from our galactic families, and your support at a three-dimensional level. Many locations or cities on Earth already hold a fifth-dimensional frequency, and the mission of many of you is to secure these locations, so they remain within this harmonic frequency band. This is why taking care of yourselves, and dwelling into the most illumined frequency possible is key to serve as light pillars.

Frequency holders are key at this time to help the benevolent Forces and Beings that are assisting Earth in retrieving its original structures and purity. Frequency holders are in charge of sustaining the fifth-dimensional new earth’s crystalline energy by holding unconditional love, harmony, and peace within, and by acting as planetary pillars where required and guided, for the specifics of your mission only you know.

Stabilizers are also now entering into play by bringing balance into the frequencies already anchored, sustaining the harmonics codes in the earth’s templars, fabrics, and grids.

All of you through your essence, and conscious mission, play a unique and essential role within Creation. Have no doubt of it. Many of you may not know yet the label of what you do, or the specifics. You do not need to, for as long as you act as an integrated, loving, and compassionate being, you are fulfilling your mission.

To be love channels being purified and healed is of utmost importance, to allow the light in and out of our system, for as we receive, we shall give.

If you are struggling now energetically and find tiring to achieve your personal mission, it may be due to some imbalances in the nervous system and fascia, as I see daily in some of you. This happens to all at some point, and part of it is a result of not taking the proper time to rest and assimilate the many energies we are now embodying.

If your mission involves being a frequency holder, stabilizer, or light pillar, then keeping your body channels open is pivotal to allowing the new crystalline frequencies. A daily check will help you find any lower influences, emotions, or any distortion that can diminish your energy and keep you from feeling replenished and doing your personal and universal mission.

Our nervous system, responsible for conducting the electromagnetic impulses received by our brain, and before that from our Illumined Self, needs to be cleared of energetic debris and anomalies to be able to fulfill the mission of stabilization and harmonization.

Our nervous system is connected to our fascia, which is an interconnected web of tissue that surrounds our entire body, providing our organs, muscles, bones, etc. with the right support they need. When our nervous system and our fascia are blocked, the light cannot be integrated, resulting in many painful symptoms that are often confused with our awakening or ascension process.

Our fascia light web is essential to help us heal emotionally, as well as physically from inflammation, and many other intruders as parasites, helping us regenerate our body tissue.

Many of you have your nervous system collapse due to the many non-benevolent influences and other self-created patterns that impede your energy from freely flowing through your spine and the rest of your organs. This is one of the many reasons why you may not receive more clarity about your personal journey.

We are always in constant communication with our God Self, personal Guides team, and All Creation.

To be able to allow this communication we must scan our bodies, and find the blockages that are to be cleared for us to allow the light, wisdom, and power in our bodies.

Stress, anxiety, anger, and, repressed emotions, sadness, and many others create disconnection in our nervous system. As humans we are here to experience all emotions, letting them in, and processing them so we can grow and learn from what they show us.

However, when we hide or get attached to these emotions, blockages emerge, and it is then when our bodies’ channels get obstructed.

This is a time of great transformation for all of us, in different ways, for we all have a unique journey to experience and mission. Taking care of yourselves is vital to continue acting as lovelight channels, for there is nothing more important than your well-being no matter what is taking place outside of you.

The more you love, respect and honor yourself, the more you honor God and Creation, for you are a manifestation of it All.

Everything is an extension of us, and when we start feeling this unity, we know that everything we do to ourselves we do to All.

Therefore, take good care of your precious selves, and beloved ones.

Open & Loving Hearts

During this fiery wave, we continue to be immersed in, many of you may feel exhausted during this Solar integration phase. At this time of soul remembrance and profound integration, it is important to work on rejuvenation and cellular detox, as we continue merging polarities, healing distortions, and opening our hearts to Love.

Our bodies are an open energetic channel, constantly absorbing, releasing, and creating themselves anew. The process of chakra transfiguration in which we finally release all of our three-dimensional traumas, is not an easy and quick one.

You are blessed and brave to be in this process, Quitting is not an option, for once we see who we are, there is no way back to the old ways of living, and living, as now, we know the Truth.

We have a few weeks to stabilize our bodies, cleanse our body organs, and expand our hearts before we reach the final embodiment period with the eclipses.

We all are unique and have our micro cycles. We all are heading into a more unified state of being, no matter where we are, for this is not a race and we all need to experience the many detours that help us remember who we are, and retrieve our wisdom and power back.

In this process of heart healing and expansion that many of you are undergoing feeling sadness, confusion, disconnection, and tiredness is common while you are letting go of wounds, for you are traversing your shadows, to reunite again all the lost soul fragments of who you are, becoming more whole and healed.

This is a sign of the deep transformation that many of you are experiencing, as you leave behind the three-dimensional levels, and move into the fifth-dimensional ones, remaining in your Higher Hearth, and hence, holding a more illumined frequency that in time will replace the lower one that your body has been accustomed to dwell for so long.

With Leo’s energies many wounds are going to resurface, helping us see the distortions in our heart-thymus centers, and hence astral bodies, which Leo governs, becoming aware of the many cords that are yet active within our energetic bodies, and that we are yet to remove, to become spiritual sovereign beings, in total charge of our energy.

Many of you are connected to places, old situations you keep reviving in your mind constantly, people, and many sources and influences that you once agreed with, whether consciously or unconsciously, and that keeps your energy depleted.

The power to change this resides in you, for only you can create or destroy the ties that link you to all these scenarios and energies that do not bring any benefit to you. Only you have the power to command your body, for you are the one with the authority to bring any change you wish upon it.

Commitment, dedication to your ascension practices, and faith are pivotal while you are in these phases. The current energies are key to helping us heal hearts and become more empowered in who we are. Leo is precisely about having the will to fulfill our divine destiny, for when there is will there is always a way, as I always say, and we need to be the ones creating the ways, the paths to achieve self-healing and illumination.

Many times when we feel no changes in how we feel, in the initial awakening/ascension stages, we may feel like quitting all we are doing, for our mind will tell us what we do is not working to solve our problems.

All change requires an incredible amount of inner work, hope, and devotion. All can be achieved if we do not let go of our original desire for personal growth and service to others, while we are still in the healing phases.

Ascension is not always a bed of roses, but it is not always a path of suffering.

When we experience this, and nothing seems to be ever balanced, we need to look at ourselves from a wider perspective and see what is stopping us from feeling peace and joy, for when we move into more advanced stages joy, harmony, and peace becomes our natural state of being.

All the inner work we do shall be followed by a personal work of integrity, impeccability, and honesty towards ourselves and others. When we do not act as we think and feel, for any reason we may have or fears, then we neutralize all the inner work we have been doing, coming back to where we used to be.

Our invincibility resides in the level of integrity, authenticity, and sovereignty that we possess. The more healed, and open our heart is, the stronger we are, on every level, for it is not about healing techniques the majority of the time, but about walking on this earth as loving, compassionate, and authentic beings that bring the shift we so desire to see in ourselves, and personal world.

THE BEGINNING OF A NEW 12 YEAR CYCLE ~ The Lion’s Gate 🦁✨

You’ve completed a significant awakening cycle that relates to your previous lifetimes in Atlantis and Ancient Egypt.

The man in 3D

I had an experience on a plane , on my own headed to San Francisco.

A young Indian man requested to change seats with me , giving me his 1st class seat ! I was thrilled 😁 and certainly knew gratitude but did not note it as a sign .

I was coming off psychiatric RX and very scattered and very high alert ‼️ Many of my experiences were weird . And they did get weird either a relative who revealed a shadow part of her self that has cropped up way too many times resulting in no contact .

That’s ok. I am grateful to be on my way ; acknowledging the varied signs ; numbers , birds , exits and births ; seekers , awakenings in others and tho I am soul exhausted , I rejoice as I open my hands to receive and call on my benevolent angels , spirit guides , ancestors and light workers to further my journey and let me support others as I am abled ❤️🙏💯

To the man in 2D. Today you were traveling from Orlando to Philly. I don’t know you, but I imagine you saw us somewhere. I was pushing a stroller, had a diaper bag on my arm and also lugging an oxygen machine for my daughter. We had smiles on our faces as we were headed to see her “friends” at CHOP (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia). We pre- boarded the plane, got cozy in our window seat and made jokes to those around us about having to sit by my yelling-but-happy baby. The flight attendant came over and told me you were waiting to switch seats. You were giving up your comfortable, first class seat to us.

Not able to hold back tears, I cried my way up the aisle while my daughter Lucy laughed! She felt it in her bones too… real, pure, goodness. I smiled and thanked you as we switched but didn’t get to thank you properly.

Sooo… thank you. Not just for the seat itself but for noticing. For seeing us and realizing that maybe things are not always easy. For deciding you wanted to show a random act of kindness to US. It reminded me how much good there is in this world. I can’t wait to tell Lucy someday. In the meantime… we will pay it forward. AA 588 passenger in seat 2D, we truly feel inspired by your generosity.

Collapse of 3D – Change / Force or Choice

THE FALL OF 3D

Beloved!

Planet Earth is no longer vibrating in the third dimension. Minimum frequency band is in 4D, but it won’t stay in this vibration for long. You can now hear 5D, 6D and 7D activation. Remember that when the minimum base is in the Fifth Dimension, we will have 5 vibrational bands on our Planet, i.e. frequencies between 5D and 9D. This will be New Earth energy.

This 2024 will be a landmark year as we leave the Third Dimension behind. Many are feeling this shift in energies right now. The strange symptoms that most people feel in their bodies, both physically and emotionally, are characteristic of this change.

We don’t know when 4D will be abandoned forever, but it can’t be too late. Some reports tell us there are 6 steps and we are now completing the third. So we hope that after this current year, the world as we know it will never be the same energetically.

But it is necessary to understand that the vibration of the Planet and its kingdoms makes this transition natural, independent of humanity. Gaia’s consciousness dominates the Planet itself, mainly in the mineral, plant and animal realm, but man has his own consciousness because it belongs to a different classification from the soul.

Gifted with his free will, he has soul, freedom of individual choice within this earthly school. This is why a planetary transition makes a difference.

Because of this individuality of consciousness, while the Planet and its Kingdoms no longer vibrate in 3D, most of humanity is still stuck in the ancient vibration. And this is what causes what is called 3D fracking.

There is nothing like something to continue to vibrate for a long time on a frequency that has ceased to exist. As everything is energy, this thing will stop being supplied and will gradually disappear as it decomposes naturally. This is how the worlds evolve

In the infinite universe, everything is in constant motion. When something stands still for too long, it collapses. So if Third Dimension Frequency no longer exists on this Planet, it is a matter of time to finalize the adjustments.

Let’s not confuse the consciousness of every person passing through the Fifth Dimension with the consciousness of Gaia here. Gaia is the consciousness of the Planet. It will still be in the upper corridors, whether people climb up or not.

It’s getting easier to understand the separation between wheat and millet already, isn’t it? Remember it has been written here so many times: everyone will be where they need to be. Everything is frequency and no one can be outside it. Attraction, like repulsion, happens through this coordination. Someone who also vibrates magnetically in the same wavelength zone will stay on 5D Earth. Anyone who doesn’t have access to these bands will be deleted from Planet.

The 3D collapse will drive total overhauling of all systems known so far. This alter is called GESARA Hold on to this word because from now on it will be more and more tests. But it is necessary to understand that GESARA is the total game changer for all systems, and not just the financial system as society believes. Within GESARA there is also QFS, which will take care of its own finances.

When it comes to change, many feel chills down their spine. Man is by nature aversion to change But now there is no other choice. Either he changes, or he will have serious difficulties that will become increasingly unbearable. But change is not just in daily life. it’s much more a SHIFT OF CONSCIENCE

Do today what you have to do today, but know that everything is changing. And when one resists such changes, they inevitably collide with New Earth frequencies. Don’t fight back ! Get in the flow and come out on top of the wave that’s shaking the planet right now! Join the elevation of higher actions and feel how rewarding it is to be part of the Planetary Transition!

Dont feed that which will cease to exist. Don’t vibrate with fear or any other inferior emotion. Remember that everything is according to God’s Plan, and therefore God is in charge. But above all, know that the collapse of 3D was inevitable and 4D too. The times have come and a New Era is already being felt, even if the eyes can’t see yet.
