What Do Our Spiritual Companions Want?

In 2014, Roger Boswarva introduced me to the concept of Spiritual Teammates while we were discussing WHO OR WHAT IS MAN by Alan C Walter.

That is when I first contacted my spirits as a team and not as random spirits. I had a long conversation with them at the time, and I published the following findings and promptly went on to other things which seemed important at the time. In retrospect, this was a huge mistake, and it took seven more years of research before I understood the significance of what these spirits had shared with me.

They wanted to acknowledge Roger for introducing the concept of Spiritual Teammates to the forum. They felt that Spiritual Teammates should have a recognized identity and an established purpose that might be unique for each spiritual team.

They agreed with everything that Alan wrote about Spiritual Teams in Chapters Three and Four of WHO OR WHAT IS MAN by Alan C Walter, but they wanted to put it as concisely as possible, so this group of spirits gave me a list of what they were shooting for in 2014:

1. They wanted to be recognized as a team.

2. They wanted hats to wear and assignments to carry out. (hats = slang for job descriptions)

3. They wanted acknowledgment for what they do, and they wanted effective leadership.

4. They wanted as much training as they can get.

5. They wanted spiritual enhancement through processing, and they wanted to do co-processing.

6. They wanted to have a voice in recruiting new teammates and wanted to take part in rescue operations.

7. They wanted to contribute ideas and designs for consideration by me.

8. They wanted to learn new skills like how to heal bodies and do remote viewing and influence matter, energy, and time.

9. They wanted to be part of the largest game possible and make a difference in the world.

10.They wanted the freedom to organize themselves in teams by function so that I could visualize something happening, and they could put together groups of teams as they saw fit to accomplish what I had visualized.

This made great sense at the time, but my attention was focused on the spiritual beings who were causing problems for people, and for the most part, the concept of helpful spiritual teammates was not too real for most people at the time. Most of my clients viewed spirits as a problem to get rid of, even though we had evidence that some were trying to help us.

These beings had actually given me a solution to one of man’s greatest problems, the dwindling spiral of life. However, I and others were still immersed in the urgent task of driving off spirits who were making our lives miserable. We were up to our necks in alligators and had no clue that the swamp could even be drained.

In the intervening years, I have learned that the benefit from having helpful spiritual teammates far outweighs the importance of freeing beings and sending them off to greener pastures. The main reason is that removing familiar spirits who are creating problems and setting them free makes room for new spirits with new problems.

Taking actions to create a helpful team of spirits may take time, but the payoff is incredible in increased efficiency and peace of mind. I wrote this book to take advantage of what helpful spirits are already trying to do.

Today, I have some wonderful spiritual teammates, but to keep things straight, I refer to the overall collection of spirits in my vicinity as spiritual companions. Some are my valued teammates, and others are still fixated on past events, which makes them unreliable as they get triggered by random events at random times.

From fear to love

To The Ascending Light Worker / Starseed Collective We are moving from a fear based world and reality to one of love and compassion. We are heading into a New Cycle of wisdom , truth , karma , balance and freedom. A Year in which many will gradually choose to hold within the peaceful and harmonic frequency that will allow them to step into a more loving dimensional space.

2024 will be a year for ascending light beings to remain in the illuminated essence of their being Your ascension in self paves the way to anchor more light and harmony into the world. Your entire world will possibly change in 2024 and in many ways it will change from the inside out . you are amongst the pioneers, you are the ones who will embody this change first.

2024 is a year in which planetary ascension and awakening will expand greatly preparing us all for the next major cycle in 2032, marked by the conjunction between Saturn and Uranus in Gemini.

A 7 universal year (2032) that represents the time when humanity will finally pass from the massive awakening that is taking place now, to the age of divine wisdom, a seven universal year, in which humanity will begin to evolve as One, remembering who they really are and beginning to walk the earth as awakened conscious beings.

2024 is a 8 universal year. A planetary frequency that embodies truth , balance , karmic retribution , introspection. harmony, and restoration. Something essential, on both a personal and a planetary level, after the turmoil experienced in the last few years.

Humanity’s superpowers come forward in 2024 . Expect your undiscovered talents and intuitions to arise. Use them wisely and always for the highest good. Any residue of Shame is replaced with compassion. Blame is replaced with accountability. Co-creation and Unity will be collectively preferred over separation , survival and tribalism.

There is an energy that’s working with you

up until the New Year that is going to be removing and dissolving old emotions that have been stuck and stagnated within the body, heart, and mind/throat. Muscle aches and pains, hot sweats/chills, nausea, feeling extra emotional, releasing old emotions, being triggered in new situations to release and let go of the false programming , headaches migraines, low grade temperatures, vivid dreams, brain fog, sore throat, heart flutters. skin irritations , feeling exhausted, drained, feelings of being slowed down by physical side effects.

This is aligning the emotional intuitive body and the mental body, the masculine and feminine energies within.

The Ascending Collective is experiencing its highest timeline, with the understanding that fear is a false illusion and love has already triumphed in the quantum fields. Lightworkers play important roles as alchemists, transmuting collective shadows, seers and healers shifting global energies, intuitives guiding the way with higher heart, and Starseeds expressing divine energies creatively.

While clearing your ancestral lineage and generational traumas, it’s also important to recognise and reclaim your ancestral virtues strengths , endurance , loyalty , courage, bravery, patience , resiliency, intelligence, compassion, and hard work. Shedding illusions within self and in the collective is an ongoing process.

Patience is needed on this awakening journey as the conditioning of false programming and brainwashing occurred over thousands of years. Feeling frustrated is natural during the healing stages, remembering that the investment made in this lifetime involves the complex healing of all ancestral lineage and activating love and healing to self in all future timelines.

The ascension journey involves an acceleration of transition and a period of awakening to soul purpose and unity consciousness. Some ascending individuals may be starting from scratch, relying solely on their inner knowing, tools, knowledge, hard work, and skills. Starseeds possess the ability to move effortlessly between dimensions and do not require external portals.

Self-discipline is essential on the Ascension path, as it demonstrates the self-love needed and a willingness to replace immediate pleasures for greater rewards in the future. Starseeds are now opening themselves up to receive an energetic upgrade from their future self.

Ascending souls , the last few days of the year is for you to decide what no longer feeds and grows your soul , your higher purpose , this helps to finally let the old version in self go.

Fighter for love

I’ve fought all the wrong battles for all the wrong people who never really cared about me the way I deserved.

I kept fighting when they stopped, leaving me holding the pieces of my broken heart and wondering why I held on so long when they wouldn’t.

Because I’m a fighter and I always have been.

It’s in my blood, forged by the hard times that tried to take me down more than once..

But I had to learn the hard way who and what is worth fighting for and who will never stand beside me through the storms.

I want that one brave soul willing to hold my hand when things get hard, life gets tough and doesn’t leave.

The one that looks me in the eye and tells me they love me and then backs it up.

People have tried to tell me I expect too much, but I know what I’m worth and what I deserve..

And I’m never going to settle, lower my standards or be okay with less.

Call me feisty, stubborn and spirited and I’ll just smile and say “thank you.”

In my world,

When you fight for what you want, stand up for what you believe and stay true to yourself and your values, that means something.

So that’s what I’m going to do because that’s who I am.

So, if you’re standing before me asking me to let you love me, be sure you know what you’re getting into.

I’m a handful some days while I’m a mess on other days..but I’m always real.

I’m always genuine, strong willed and loyal..

And I expect the same in return.

No lukewarm passion, halfway love or weakness lives long in my world.

So, when the winds of challenge threaten to blow us apart- and they will- are you strong enough to stand up and fight?

Or will you give up and walk away?

Because one thing is for sure-

I believe in love and my heart is open, but I’m holding out for the one who will stand and fight for me, for us.

And I’m never going to accept anything less.

Are you strong enough to love me just the way I am?

Because I am and always will be.

Current Ascension Symptoms Experienced by Evolving Individuals Worldwide:

These symptoms indicate a shift in energy levels and solar activity that indirectly affect human lives. They include:

Sugar rushes and chocolate cravings.

Unusual eating patterns favouring high vibrational foods. Pressure and pain in the solar plexus region .

Headaches and migraines. Disrupted sleep patterns and constant fatigue. Hearing otherworldly sounds or unusual noises. Heightened sensitivity, spiritual experiences, and a thinning of the veil.

Heightened senses, particularly smell and sight. Technology malfunctions and feeling electronic waves. Feeling out of focus and disconnected from reality. Loss of balance, restlessness, and conflicting emotions.ADD-like symptoms and difficulty focusing. Indecisiveness and interrupted energy flows.

Unusual bodily sensations and faster healing. Inexplicable chills and fluctuations in body temperature. Heightened synchronicities and signs from the universe. Manifesting abilities and awareness of your creative power. Intense visuals during meditation and connection with spiritual realms.

Loss of the sense of time and merging of past, present, and future. Awareness of shifting timelines and recognition of oneself as a soul. Re-evaluating personal truth and alignment with soul purpose. Recognising the divine in all forms of life and seeking peace in self with people and situations from the past

It’s important to acknowledge that different Ascending individuals are experiencing their own levels of ascension regarding metaphysical information . Writing for collective ascension can be challenging at times due to varying stages of collective evolution. Ascension prioritises resonance and encourages not trying to force things to fit that don’t vibrationally align.

There may be temporary weight gain due to the physical body’s need for more mass during the dismantling and recalibration of internal structures for higher consciousness. This process requires high internal energy and will cause deep fatigue for a time .

Balancing and acceptance takes time and conscious effort, leading to higher timelines. This lifetime involves internal purging, clearing, and cleansing. It’s helpful to be gentle with self as the challenging parts will eventually come to an end.

Listening to and honouring the body’s need for rest is wise as there is a lot of regulation and shifting occurring right now . Overall everything is on track . Your Ascension on this planet is so much more about observing than absorbing, this will eventually come into a natural balance .

Aloneness in the 4-5D Gap is a common Experience In Embracing Self-Discovery on the Ascension Journey: Ascending to 5D consciousness at times will Feel like a lonely process. Solitude however is absolutely necessary as this is a significant part of this awakening to true self on this journey.

You have chosen to awaken earlier than Most ever will . This will bring in feelings and A temporary sense of not belonging on this planet.

Misunderstandings with your family members , relationships, friends, workplaces, and the community at large who are still asleep is very common in this process . while finding understanding among spiritual communities is more likely.

Navigating between dimensions creates an inner push-pull feeling, with your physical body holding on and your higher self anchored to source, leading you through pre-agreed soul contract experiences.

The physical body also experiences energetic waves with varying intensities as it releases accumulated 3D density and integrates a new crystalline energy system. Like a computer hard drive restarting, your DNA structure continuously integrates upgrades and new templates.

Loneliness intensifies during energy shifts due to their impact on the body. empathise with each other, sharing wisdom and guidance where possible, yet the feeling of loneliness may still linger. Some days are manageable, while others will leave you yearning for relief and connection. The desire is to disperse this isolation, reconnect with higher self , others, and the collective.

Ascending souls are moving towards a mass awakening, this can make loneliness feel more fragile, wondering who else shares this awakening.

Living a multidimensional reality means duality exists socially and externally, while on a soul level, duality is more merged and cohesive, though it can still create distance.

The struggle with ascension loneliness lays in feeling part of something much bigger yet disconnected, as very few on earth understand the 5D vibration. Seeking help can be challenging, and ego may at times hinder reaching out, even though you are often the one others turn to for support.

Embracing and befriending loneliness is advocated as a way to connect with higher self the soul, and the collective consciousness. While this is not always easy, it’s important to be okay with the process. You are learning to be a multidimensional being on Earth, connected to something greater. There is no quick fix, so it’s vital to avoid being too hard on yourself.

Understanding your ascension into 5D involves moments when you may feel like giving up, wanting someone to walk with you up the steep hill, but realising that the universe is guiding you from within.

Ascension is an inside job only .

Loneliness serves as a master guide to deeper connections within self and with the world around you. It promotes exploration and the development of established skills and abilities to navigate and transcend loneliness when it arises.

Ultimately the temporary loneliness will lead you to further explore deeper meaning in your life, finding where it brings you and understanding how to become more connected to yourself and your soul family.

While it is common to feel unbalanced during stages of ascension evolution and personal growth development , it is also important to keep in mind that these stages are temporary and a natural part of the Ascension process. It is normal for things to feel exaggerated and out of balance for a time before coming into its natural balance and equilibrium.

It is a time to rebuild and restrengthen the Ascension Tool kit , equipped with all the necessary abilities and skills to navigate through the lonely moments as they arise.
