Cavities Literally Cause Heart Disease – And Death:
The bacteria that cause gum diseases like gingivitis and periodontitis can travel through the bloodstream, leading to inflammation and damage in your blood vessels.
For diabetics, the connection is even more serious — high blood sugar can damage your teeth, and in turn, dental issues can make blood sugar harder to control.
It’s a vicious cycle that many people don’t realize.
But despite how crucial dental health is, teeth are often treated as “luxury bones.”
Dental care, including cleanings and maintenance, is rarely fully covered by insurance. It’s a particularly prominent problem in the US, leaving many to deal with the consequences of untreated problems.
And if a tooth infection spreads, it can quickly become a life-threatening issue by traveling to the brain or bloodstream.

Abandoned Parents
Just finished reading this book.
She delves into the chemical reactions in our bodies/brains to the trauma of estrangement . No wonder this is a particularly difficult time of year. I know this estrangement has forever changed me. This book nails our feelings and reactions to our children’s behavior. We are certainly thank God not alone in this battle for resilience. In many ways it has made me a stronger person..but that was up to me not my child. To be so invisible is brutal to say the least.

Exadus Project
The soul of a woman, a mother who has been emotionally tortured by a depraved narcissistic abuser, cannot be explained in simple terms. Being stabbed from the inside out, in front of your children, in front of God, takes a special kind of demon, the kind that many are convinced only exist in the movies. If only that were true.
We see this ugliness up close and in person every month. Mothers with broken teeth, mothers with scars over their whole body, mothers with children who have been severely abused, mothers so severely traumatized that they can barely talk. This year, our abuse advocacy program has helped over 500 mothers and their children (over 1,100) escape homelessness, as the result of fleeing abusive relationships of every kind. We’ve stepped in and bailed mothers out of jail who were falsely accused by their abuser to manipulate the family court system into taking their children, and helped to reunite those mothers with their children by providing assistance to secure permanent housing. 51 of the mothers had to be relocated to undisclosed locations with permanent housing to escape abusers hell bent on violating restraining orders and taking children the courts awarded full custody to the mother. One mother, one too many, was sadly murdered by her abuser in front of her children, just 2 days before we were set to move her into her new permanent housing.
We end each year with a drive, a push to help 125 abused mothers and their children secure permanent housing. This December, we’ve helped 87 mothers and their children secure permanent housing with rent/utility deposit, household furnishings, food and personal necessities. We have 38 mothers remaining and I am personally asking friends and supporters to help us help these mothers end the nightmare of homelessness with a year-end donation to The Exodus Project. I am asking those who can to make a generous donation of $10 or whatever God puts on your heart. Please visit The Exodus Project today to lend your support by following to link below and in my comment to this post. Bless you and thank you!

The value of having nothing on your mind
The Misconception of “Thinking of Nothing”
Common Misunderstanding:
Many believe that “thinking of nothing” means literally having no thoughts at all. This idea often leads to frustration because it’s virtually impossible for the brain to be completely empty of thoughts for an extended period.
What It Really Means:
Instead, “thinking of nothing” in meditation refers to calming the mind and reducing the constant chatter, especially thoughts related to external concerns like stress, work, or daily problems. The aim is to achieve a state where the mind is not preoccupied with external distractions.
The Practice of Focusing on One Thing
Focus on the Breath:
One common technique is to focus on the breath. Observing the inhale and exhale can anchor the mind and reduce wandering thoughts. Each time the mind strays, gently guiding it back to the breath helps build concentration.
Concentration on Internal Sensations:
Some may focus on their heartbeat or any other bodily sensation. This internal focus is not considered “thinking” in the traditional sense but rather being present with what is happening inside the body.
Mantras and Repetition:
Repeating a word, phrase, or sound (known as a mantra) can also help in maintaining focus. This practice diverts attention from external thoughts and helps in sustaining a meditative state.
Managing Wandering Thoughts
Natural Tendency: It’s natural for the mind to wander during meditation. The key is not to forcefully block out these thoughts but to gently return to the chosen focus (breath, heartbeat, mantra) each time distraction occurs.
Building Mental Strength: Each time you catch your mind wandering and bring it back, you’re strengthening your ability to focus. Over time, this practice can lead to deeper meditative states.
The Ultimate Goal
Transcendence: Occasionally, meditation can lead to transcendent experiences where thoughts truly cease, and one experiences a state of profound stillness and unity. However, this is not the immediate goal but rather a possible outcome of consistent practice.
Integration of Conscious and Subconscious: Regular meditation practice fosters a harmonious relationship between the conscious mind (active thinking) and the subconscious mind (deep-seated beliefs and emotions). This integration can lead to a deeper sense of self-awareness and inner peace.
Conclusion
Meditation is about shifting focus from external distractions to internal awareness, using techniques like breath observation, focusing on bodily sensations, or repeating a mantra. This practice helps calm the mind, reduce stress, and gradually strengthen the connection between the conscious and subconscious, ultimately leading to deeper states of awareness and tranquility.
It’s a journey, not a destination, and every effort to bring the mind back to focus is a step towards greater mental and emotional balance. Keep practicing, and you’ll find your own rhythm and depth in meditation.

Narcissist Playbook
The Narcissist’s Playbook: A Cycle of Control
A narcissistic man doesn’t understand empathy or compassion. His need for control drives him to dominate and silence others. This isn’t love—it’s manipulation disguised as affection.
He thrives on your attention, your energy, and your pain. 🩸 Loyalty and faithfulness? Those are foreign concepts. A narcissist is driven by an unhealed heart, carrying unresolved traumas and emotional conflicts he refuses to face. Instead, he pours those wounds onto you, keeping you stuck in his chaos.
He threatens to leave, but always returns. Not because of love or longing, but because his inflated ego demands to know if you’re still trapped in his game. 🎭 This cycle isn’t about connection; it’s about power.
But here’s the truth:
You are not powerless. 💪 You can break free. The path to freedom starts with recognizing the patterns, understanding their intentions, and prioritizing your healing over their games. You deserve loyalty, respect, and love that nurtures—not destroys. 🌟
Take this lesson to heart: Healing is your greatest power. 💔➡️❤️ Choosing yourself is your greatest revenge. And moving forward to reclaim your life is the ultimate victory. 🕊️

RH negative blood
Rh Negative Bloodline is blood that is inherently karmic-less blood of the original angelic human Diamond Sun Template, the ancestral miasm from previous human generations hybridized with animal or alien DNA is not recorded in the same way as in the karmic blood patterns that are sourced from alien generated genetic distortions. The karmic miasma patterns of repeated lifetimes on Earth are energy stamps that are recorded in the blood of every being that is born into this dimension with alien hybrid genetics. RH Negative blood is sourced from the original angelic human DNA from the stars, as such they may be called Starseed people. The RH Negative blood types have been extensively controlled and manipulated for attempted hijacking by the Illuminati Bloodlines, many insist that reptilians are the source of RH negative blood which is incorrect
