Spaceweather.com has reported, “A full-halo CME (coronal mass ejection) is heading directly for Earth. ETA: late on March 13th. This CME is the result of a long duration C2-class solar flare. Normally, C-class flares are not considered to be strong. However, this one lasted nearly 12 hours, allowing it to pump plenty of energy into the CME.”
There are currently powerful solar storms occurring and over the next couple of days they are going to intensify, so it is important to pay attention to how we are feeling and to be aware how energetic forces can disrupt our planet’s electromagnetic field and affect all that exists on Earth.
So many of us have been feeling emotionally, physically and mentally burnt out in recent days, with overwhelming feelings of grief, emptiness and isolation. We might have also felt the need to sleep far more than normal, and found we are struggling to make it through the day without a nap, and when we wake we still don’t feel fully rested.
Solar storms are known to desynchronise our circadian rhythm, our internal biological clock that controls our sleep and wake times. Therefore, we may experience disrupted sleep patterns, exhaustion and vivid dreams or nightmares.
When solar winds interact with Earth’s electromagnetic field, it temporarily disturbs the magnetosphere. Humans feel the effects because we each have a personal electromagnetic field surrounding us, our aura. When Earth’s electromagnetic field is pushed and pulled by solar energy, our own field senses the magnetic force and is also pushed and pulled.
One of the most significant signs there is a solar storm occurring is the increasing levels of anxiety that many people feel, which is usually unexplained and indirectly related to anything going on in our personal lives. Those who are highly sensitive to energy often wake up on the morning of a solar storm with high, and even chronic, anxiety and can’t quite put their finger on why or where it has come from. The main reason for this is that our intuition and psychic abilities are heightened and we are far more attuned to the collective energy during this time.
During solar storms masses of luminous energy infiltrate Earth’s atmosphere, and absorbing it can be overstimulating; so we may notice our energy, as well as the energy of those around us, feels super intense, as though everyone seems highly irritable, emotional, anxious, fatigued, spacey or stressed out.
Research has found that geomagnetic storms can have a huge effect on our emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical health. Peaks in increased anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, fatigue, and nervousness are known to coincide with solar activity.
Throughout the duration of this week, there will likely be many geomagnetic storms taking place, as is normally the case close to the equinox.
During galactic disturbances, many people notice physical symptoms occurring, which may be in the form of body aches and pains, headaches, throat issues, flu-like symptoms, ears ringing, dizziness, and generally feeling as though the body, mind, and spirit are out of sync.
Some non-physical signs are vivid and realistic dreams and nightmares, regular synchronicities, déjà vu and irregular sleep patterns. We might also experience unexplained, moodiness, emotional highs and lows, irrational fear, and time appearing to go too slow or too fast. This can be alarming at first, but it is simply due to the speed at which we are awakening and ascending, leaving us feeling temporarily unaligned as our physical and spiritual bodies take time to readjust.
One of the most notable aspects of becoming more awakened is looking around at the state of the world we live in and feeling angry, disappointed, disillusioned, and saddened by what we see. Once we open our eyes to the reality of life on Earth, it can be challenging to continue onward, feeling peaceful and fulfilled, while knowing there is also so much chaos and suffering.
The hardest part is that we can see how it is possible to create a more equal and harmonious existence for all living beings, and yet our current systems seem to sustain poverty, abuse, war, homelessness, and fear—despite having peaceful solutions and enough resources to change it.
We may feel guilt and sorrow if we are shifting toward a more blissful state of being, while millions of others appear to be left behind, without the tools, knowledge, or basic survival needs to have a decent quality of life and safety.
There are people without food and shelter who are living in terrifying, unimaginable circumstances, who aren’t currently able to transcend to a life free from suffering.
Looking at the world we live in, it is clear there is pain, agony, trauma, and destruction on almost every corner, but, what we sometimes fail to see during these times is there is also an immense outpouring of love, caring, kindness and compassion too.
When we go through dark days on Earth, so many of us grow together and band as one in grief but also in generosity and absolute unity. The empathy and compassion we share for one another is the unconditional love required to raise the collective vibration and elevate our planet to a higher frequency.
We may find we have a renewed and profound understanding of how closely interconnected we all are, and that our world is not as fragmented as we might have thought.
Though it is not easy to be patient and it is not always clear to see, the human race is going through a mass awakening as so many of us are unwilling to put up with old, outdated systems and are questioning, challenging and altering the status quo.
We are reprogramming the energy of our planet and while we may believe we are small and insignificant in the scheme of things, when each individual’s frequency heightens, the frequency of the entire world also heightens.
During these times it is important to keep a visualisation of world peace and harmony and when times are difficult to remember that things can change for the better at any time and together we can and will overcome any difficulties that arise.

Pressure at the crown chakra and tension headaches�

Connecting with those known as a “soul group” or “soul family.”
During intensive energy shifts, it is highly recommended to regularly cleanse our energy field at the beginning and end of each day by meditating, taking salt water baths, avoiding caffeine and alcohol, reducing the amount of time spent on technology, staying away from environments that feel toxic and draining, and when possible, spending periods of time alone.
