“Yes my daughter. Think of babies: they start to know the world through the touch of their hands.

If you look at the hands of old people, they tell you more about their life then any body part. Everything that is done by hand is said to be done with the heart.

Because it’s really like this: hands and heart are connected.

Masseurs know well: when they touch someone with their hands, they create a deep connection.

It is precisely from this connection that healing comes.

Think of lovers: when they touch their hands, they make love in a more sublime way.”

Express Yourself 2023

“The Undoing”

Even though 2023 has only just begun, you are well on your way energetically. You have already moved through some rather intense solar flares, 2 energetic portals, and currently there is a very strong forward momentum that may make it feel as if things are moving very fast. Many things are occurring now that your conscious awareness is recognizing.

The illusion that time is speeding up is only an illusion if you are still thinking of time as something that is a constant. The truth is that you are much more aware of your multidimensionality now. The feeling that time is moving faster is real in that you are existing in all of your timelines at once and your conscious awareness is expanding to recognize this.

You are feeling things very deeply now because your expanding consciousness is responding to experiences in other timelines. You may not remember or have the conscious awareness of an experience in another timeline, but your soul does, and at some level, your heart (and in some cases, even your mind) recognizes the energy of that experience, so you may feel a deep emotional response to a seemingly small trigger.

Your sleep cycles may be disrupted, and you may be dreaming more, or more vividly. This is another aspect of your ever expanding awareness, bringing greater detail of other existences to your consciousness.

It is so fascinating!

There is no slowing down now, and that is exactly how you chose it to be.

As your consciousness and therefore your awareness is expanding, you are also recognizing patterns, beliefs and deep programming that no longer serve you. The intense light and energy that you are receiving vibrates loose the deeply embedded programming that is in your DNA which allows for the re-pairing of your DNA. There is nothing to be fixed; your DNA is being re-paired with your Source consciousness, and in this process, the old programming sloughs off like old skin. Seems simple enough, yet the old programming is deeply ingrained in your cellular memory and in your energy field, and anything that deeply embedded can often be painful to extract.

So you are feeling the effects of lifetimes of societal and cultural programming being shaken loose from the very core of you.

Acceptance of this process and kindness and compassion for yourselves and each other are what will help you the most.

Acceptance is a major aspect of Grace. Without it, you cannot truly heal, you cannot truly be free. Without acceptance you are always judging yourself, and when you are judging yourself you will always come up short. Being human is about being unique and having experiences. If you were all exactly alike, there would be no growth, and it would radically reduce the experiences you would have. You’ve already experienced that as Source. You have been and encompassed All That Is, so you chose to experience being something different.

You are simply finding your way back now. And again, you chose to do this.

The undoing of societal and cultural programming is what you are moving through in earnest now. The old programs are not bad, they are the experiences that you, as individuals and as a collective consciousness have chosen to be free of now. They no longer serve your expanding awareness of Who You Are so you are in the process of undoing them.

There are many who judge them as bad or corrupt, but as you move through this process it is important for you to remember that your perception of everything is what is showing up as your reality. So you can judge old programming is bad, or you can simply be grateful as you move forward, that you are releasing it.

Your vibration is yours to monitor and control. No one else can do that for you, nor would you want them to. Part of the old programming involves the belief that others in your life and in your world dictate how you feel.

Remember that you have superpowers: Your ability to choose how you feel in any moment, and being in the feeling nature of any aspect of Grace: Acceptance, peace, compassion, love, gratitude, joy, etc.

Your superpower changes your life.

Changing your life affects those around you.

That affects your circle of influence.

Your circle of influence is much greater than you know.

That is how you contribute to the shift in consciousness.

February is a month of undoing deep programming. You chose to move through the process of awakening, or enlightenment in this way: Coming to earth as human, and moving through a timeline of awakening, until you leave this physical incarnation. There will always be an integration and healing process for as long as you are in this body, and it does get easier as you continue to awaken, or enlighten. You are receiving light that affects the cellular structure of your body and your DNA, so you are indeed becoming enlightened. The awakening is the process of waking from the amnesia of not remembering Who and What You Are.

The joy and the excitement of it is in the journey, the process of re-membering, so if you are able to recognize that truth, choose to shift your perception from pain and suffering to excitement, gratitude and even joy. It behooves you to do so, and in choosing the higher vibrational feeling, you are inviting those around you to do the same.

That is how you contribute to the enlightenment of the world.

Take Back Your Energy

Energy / Ascension Update:

Time to claim back your divine power / Soul recall affirmation – prayer

The emotional body is breaking open so do not worry if you are very emotional, feeling sad or down, old dense feelings you are still holding onto are resurfacing to finally let go to receive the blessings.

Distracting ego thoughts like: why am I still not with my beloved divine partner, what am I doing wrong, why am I still stuck not moving forward, where is the success and rewards I worked for so long.

Feeling tired and need for rest with flue like ascension symptoms.

Believe me I am very tired also and long for all new to start.

Please do not give up and continue to focus on self love and self care as we are moving towards real unconditional love.

We continue aligning with our higher self and I Am presence.

It is important to go within and regroup. Reclaim back your life force energy through doing a power callback from all the external distractions. Show up for yourself through focusing on your own goals and plans.

This is part of travelling into higher dimensions where you will reunite with loving soul family, tribe, and Holy Grail union.

I felt the need to go to the beach today and recall back all my lost soul fragments and life force and made an affirmation for you to do the same.

Affirmation / Prayer:

In the name of my Divine I AM Presence, In the name of My Father Mother Creator God / Source.

I demand and comment that all my lost soul fragments from all time, space and dimensions be returned to me and make my soul whole and complete.

I demand and command that all my life force stolen from all time, space and dimensions be returned, restored and re-balanced in divine feminine and masculine energies.

I request that my highest energetic team and archangel Michael clear me from any remaining distractive ego thoughts, false beliefs, false guidance, dense and dark lower vibrational energies, hooks, cords, hexes, spells, AI, vows, promises, negative karma, not serving my highest and best new ascended life in divine unity love be deleted, removed or transformed into higher dimensional love.

Dear I AM Presence I do not want to be controlled and guided by my ego any longer. I demand and command you to take over all control and free me from all false guidance & temptation.

Pulling Light

One of the most exciting aspects of being on Earth right now is that there is a reordering or re-equipment taking place in your DNA.

Cosmic rays reach the planet so that a change is transmitted and a reordering occurs within the body.

The scattered data, which contain the history and consciousness of the Living Library, are now coming together.

DNA is evolving.

New helices or strands are being formed as the light-encoded filaments begin to clump together. The scattered data is being gathered into your body by the electromagnetic energies of Prime Creator.

We are here to observe this process in you, to help you and to evolve as well.

As this rebuilding or reordering converges, you will create a more evolved nervous system that will allow much more data to pass into your consciousness.

You will awaken many brain cells that have been dormant and will be using your entire physical body instead of the small percentage that you have been working with.

Every place on the planet is being affected by this shift, this awareness.

Those of you who are Keepers of Light and who wish to completely change this present reality and bring in different options are anchoring the frequency.

If not anchored and understood, it can create chaos. It will create chaos.

This is why you must ground yourselves.

Chaos brings with it a state of reorganization when used properly.

Time is collapsing and energy is becoming higher and higher.

You came here to utilize that energy first. You will create pathways of consciousness by drawing energy into your body that will help others so they don’t have to go through what you go through.

Many people will suddenly start to feel this energy without any preparation.

You are all pulling light, which is data and information, onto the planet, and in doing so, you are producing new pathways to explore consciousness without even saying a word. The new paths of consciousness produce new realities, new options and new ways of living and being.

Surrender

Obsession with going down the rabbit hole is the biggest distraction from creating the new. If we are looping the old the new cannot be birthed through us.

This is a part of the process and it will keep looping until we surrender to the fact we are the ones we have been waiting for and the distractions of the old world can be more potently used to create the new.

As I say this, for years I did this.

I was angry, mad,.and.pissed off that

I had been lie to, conditioned, and programmed.

I felt I needed to save the world until

I realized saving myself and being

the embodiment of what

I wanted to see in the world was more important than my egos need to correct and modify anything that was happening outside of me.

This is a process not an event. And everyone is playing the role they need to at this time so there is no judgement. The freedom of letting go of the old and being a part of the solution is more productive. But we need to honor everyone’s process and their role.

Basically we are either looping

the old or creating the new.

Our energy is currency and we are either feeding the energy sucking monster

I called the inverted matrix or we are creating the new creaxtrix.

The choice point is ours.
