Leo Full Moon

Full Moon Leo♌️🌕

Leo is the sign of the lion, fiery, fixed and ruled by the Sun. The Moon is in Leo, and the Sun is opposite, in the sign of Aquarius (an intellectual sign).✔️

Leo stands for courage, confidence, loyalty, warmth, creativity and self-expression. The sign of the heart is about your deepest desires.✔️

Uranus, the planet of radical change, is involved (square) with the Full Moon in Leo – expect the unexpected.✔️

Those who do not move do not notice their chains.✔️

It is in our nature to want to expand, grow, evolve and go to place – in short – move.✔️

And it is also in our nature to be challenged by feelings of not being good enough, fears and worries.✔️

And those arise when we try to do things, move, grow and expand.✔️

This Full Moon in Leo invites us to confront those fears. To channel the confidence and courage of Leo to choose not to be bound by them.✔️

Because courage is the choice and willingness to confront fear, pain, and uncertainty. It is a choice you always have.✔️

Uranus’ quest for freedom will bring insights and sudden realisations to this Full Moon to help you break those chains.✔️

What would you do if you knew you could solve any obstacle?

Allow Leo’s energy of confidence to fill you up to guide you and awaken any desires you might have dismissed.⚡️

And keep feeding your lion’s energy with daily affirmations like

I am capable, and I choose courage.⚡️

If you want something you have never had,

You must be willing to do something that you have never done.✔️

Full moons are times of culmination and releasing what we are full of. When the limits of our cage come to light, so you can find a way to trespass them.

As the Moon wanes after the Full Moon, it is time to let go.✔️

Use the end of this Moon cycle to let go of any fear that stops you from making that courageous choice in preparation for the next Moon cycle, Pisces, the last one of the astrological year.✔️

And overcome with courage any fear that stops you from walking in confidence and pride in who you are.⚡️

Like the lion, embrace your uniqueness – courageously.⭐️

You’re becoming invincible , it’s time to Drown out the noise of negative energies and tune into the higher self of your own intuition.

The Universe always supports our ascension in soul growth and metaphysical evolution .

Starseed Warriors are In the act of self-liberation from their fears, anxieties ,doubts, small mindedness, and limiting beliefs

They are In service to the world as path makers and spiritual leaders of a global shift in consciousness and world transformation.

They can face danger, fear, pain, and uncertainty on the path to spiritual mastery.

Spiritual warriors press on when confronted with adversity, doubt, or the inconsistencies or irrationality of their beliefs and behavior.

This doesn’t mean they don’t feel the fear;

it means they feel it and keep going.

Deep down they know that the enlightenment they seek is worth enduring the temporary discomfort of the journey.

The spiritual warrior knows there will be obstacles on the journey, but when those occur, self-discipline keeps them going when others are content to quit.

To the Starseed warrior love is all that is.

It is the core of their being and the core of all that is real and from creator source energy .

Removing the veils of love is the starseed warrior’s quest.

They exist within love energy source, but often it can remain hidden beneath unresolved anger, trauma, or Expanding the field of love for both themselves and others is the ultimate goal of the starseed warrior.

Love heals all wounds. It is that transformative power that can change the world.

The spiritual warrior shines the light of their love into the darkness of ignorance, not to destroy it, but to transmute it into higher knowledge and collective awareness .

Ceremony; I believe in this

When girls become women, there is an elaborate ceremony and all the women who are in the girls life are invited to attend. Making this day special for both the girl and her mother are important whether you are a Native person or not. The boys recognition in becoming a man is a ceremony that is quite different but also needs to be acknowledged. Indigenous people have been doing these ceremonies for hundreds of years – everyone should learn from this ❤

Remember Me

Time is running out for me too,

And life has left scars on my face.

Though my body is growing old,

My soul will always stay young.

The day will come,

When I too will cross the bridge,

And leave this earthly life behind.

But as long as you remember me, I’ll live in your heart.

My soul will stay with you,

You will see my face in the rising sun.

My eyes in the stars,

That look down on you every night.

I’ll look back one last time,

And then my form will be slowly swallowed up on the other shore.

My own poem.

Be silent & Listen to Elders

SAY WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR …

Positivity changes a mind,

A kind word lifts many burdens,

A good deed makes a heart heal,

A gentle voice lifts many broken hearts,

Always say something nice,

Always say something with care,

Always say something in kindness,

Always say something genuine concern,

Always say something with compassion,

Always lift someone up,

Always give what you’ve got,

Always extend an out reached hand,

Always try to patch, mend broken hearts,

Always do something to heal shattered souls,

What goes around,

Eventually comes full circle,

What’s unleashed is delivered,

Someday,

You might be needing,

To hear echoes of yourself …

Silence

“We Indians know about silence.

We aren’t afraid of it.

In fact, to us it is more powerful than words.

Our elders were schooled in the ways of silence, and they passed that along to us. Watch, listen, and then act, they told us.

This is the way to live. Watch the animals to see how they care for their young.

Watch the elders to see how they behave. Watch the white man to see what he wants. Always watch first, with a still heart and mind, then you will learn.

When you have watched enough, then you can act.”

Charles Eastman – Ohiyesa, later in life Charles Eastman–Ohiyesa–states in The Soul of an Indian: “…

silence-the sign of perfect equilibrium.

Silence is the absolute balance of body, mind, and spirit.

The man who preserves his self hood ever calm and unshaken by the storms of existence…

is the ideal attitude and conduct of life. What are the fruits of silence?

They are self-control, true courage or endurance, patience, dignity, and reverence. Silence is the corner-stone of character.”

The Lakota elder continues:

“With the white people it is just the opposite. You learn by talking.

You reward the kids who talk the most in school.

At your parties everyone is talking all at once. In your work you are having meetings where everyone interrupts everyone else.

You say it is working out a problem.

To us it just sounds like a bunch of people saying whatever comes into their heads without listening to others.

Lakota elder continues regarding the sensibilities of traditional First People: “

You don’t convince anyone by arguing.

People make their decisions in their heart.

Talk doesn’t touch my heart.

People should think of their words like seeds. They should plant them, then let them grow in silence.

Our old people taught us that the earth is always speaking to us, but that we have to be silent to hear her.

I can understand all the trees.

The wind.

All the animals.

The insects.

I can tell what a color of the sky means. Everything in the natural world speaks to me.

Teaching our children well

– American Hunger Lakota elder continues:

“I watch TV and every ad I see tells me something is new.

That means I should get it because what I have is old.

There’s no reason to get something just because it”s new.

Your way teaches people to want, want, want. What you have is no good.

What you don’t have is new and better….

White people have an endless hunger.

They want to consume everything and make it part of them.”

Consider consumerism.

Things and Food.

Credit card debt & obesity in this country has become epidemic.

Eastman’s words echo many Native writers throughout decades:

“The native American has been generally despised by his white conquerors for his poverty and simplicity.

They forget, perhaps, that Native religion forbade the accumulation of wealth and the enjoyment of luxury.

Eastman continues: …

“the love of possessions has appeared as a snare,

and the burdens of a complex society a source of needless peril and temptation.

Thus the Native American kept his spirit free from the clog of pride or envy…”

In Profiles in Wisdom,

Grandfather William Commanda concurs: “Dominant society has forgotten their Creator. It’s the money that rules today, even though God in their book tells them you cannot serve two masters.

Either you serve Creator or you serve the money.

So who are they serving?”

Regarding possessions Eastman continues:

“It was our belief that the love of possessions is a weakness to overcome.

Therefore, the child must learn, early, the beauty of generosity.

He is taught to give away what he prizes most, and that he may taste the happiness of giving. If a child is inclined to be grasping, or to cling to any of his little possessions, legends are told to him, teaching of contempt and disgrace that fall upon the ungenerous person.

Also, public giving,

known as give-aways,

is an important part of ceremony.”

Families give-away much of their treasured possessions in honoring weddings, funerals–yet,

Another example of Partnership model of society.

I owe myself

I owe myself an apology

For all of the times

I tore myself apart

When I neglected my own needs

Lowered my standards

Berated myself

And put myself down.

For the self-sabotage

I continually inflicted upon myself

And the times when I apologised

For being who I was

And expressing myself authentically.

And I owe myself

The permission to start anew.

To forgive myself

For the battles I fought

That weren’t mine to fight

For all of the love

That I failed to give myself

And for the times when I failed to realise

That rather than being broken

I was worthy of value, respect

And beautiful, brilliant things in life

And that how I treated myself

Dictated how others would view me

And in turn, behave towards me

So by showering myself

With love, kindness, forgiveness and respect

In turn, I could pave the way

For others to do the same.
