To The Ascension LightWorker Collective On the Ascension path there will come a time that you will acknowledge and honour the higher purpose that certain individuals have given to you on this journey . Inwardly thanking them for helping you to recognise that they have directly contributed to your ascension growth and major transformation in self .

Expressing gratitude to the universe for their Role in your ascension and understanding that their impact will be felt even as you move forward . This will help find the acceptance and surrender. it is also helpful to remember that each person’s path may diverge, and not everyone will accompany you to the next stages of your journey.

The reason why working with lower energies will no longer be effective in your life is because truth needs to be expressed during these transformative changes. As the process of ascension has evolved alongside planetary shifts, it can function harmoniously with the new earth energy.

Dear friends, we begin a weekend packed with a wonderful, yet intense, energy. The 12/12 light codes are already flowing around us, and will continue well into next week. This type of energy holds within it the potential to take you closer to your intended Divine timeline.

These three days all vibrate with the Trinity light codes, subatomic packages of high frequency information that can help us to close old life chapters, and initiate new roads more aligned with our inner Light.

We all are energy beings, and as such, we are sensitive to all types of different cosmic energies. In this particular case, the 12/12 light codes are interacting with our fields to generate a coherent flow of information between our divine soul, mind, and body fields—our human Trinity nature. And as we increase the internal coherence, or resonance, we are more able to shine our Light into this physical world.

This resonance also generates an increase in our overall frequency. Eventually, this higher state of awareness will allow us to see all things through the eyes of Love. It is an evolutionary process that we are all going through, individually and collectively,

But as we increase our frequency, all things that do not resonate with this new state of being will start falling apart and fade away from our lives. The physical body also experiences energetic waves with varying intensities as it releases accumulated 3D density and integrates a new crystalline energy system. Like a computer hard drive restarting, your DNA structure continuously integrates upgrades and new templates.

Loneliness intensifies during energy shifts due to their impact on the body. empathise with each other, sharing wisdom and guidance where possible, yet the feeling of loneliness may still linger. Some days are manageable, while others will leave you yearning for relief and connection. The desire is to disperse this isolation, reconnect with higher self , others, and the collective.

Ascending souls are moving towards a mass awakening, this can make loneliness feel more fragile, wondering who else shares this awakening.

Living a multidimensional reality means duality exists socially and externally, while on a soul level, duality is more merged and cohesive, though it can still create distance.

The struggle with ascension loneliness lays in feeling part of something much bigger yet disconnected, as very few on earth understand the 5D vibration. Seeking help can be challenging, and ego may at times hinder reaching out, even though you are often the one others turn to for support.

Embracing and befriending loneliness is advocated as a way to connect with higher self the soul, and the collective consciousness. While this is not always easy, it’s important to be okay with the process. You are learning to be a multidimensional being on Earth, connected to something greater. There is no quick fix, so it’s vital to avoid being too hard on yourself.

Understanding your ascension into 5D involves moments when you may feel like giving up, wanting someone to walk with you up the steep hill, but realising that the universe is guiding you from within.
