Wrong Life ?

♥️

You did not live the wrong life, friend.

You made choices, yes, the best choices you could have made at the time, the only choices that were possible for you, choiceless choices that led you willingly or unwillingly to the place where you are now.

Perhaps there was never any choice anyway.

You said yes, you said no, you said no when you meant yes and yes when you meant no.
But these were the only answers you could have given at the time, considering what you knew, where you were, what you needed; considering your genetics and the trauma you had not yet healed, the insights you had not yet had, the path you had not yet trodden on your way to your deepest self.

You did not live the wrong life.

You can look back and say you lived the wrong life.
But these are only thoughts
and you did not live the wrong life.

For you are here. Your breath is rising and falling, right on cue.
The sun is rising in the sky and the leaves are falling from the trees.
Your mind is full of the thoughts that must be thought now.
Your body holds the feelings that you must feel now.
Sounds you must hear, longings you must turn towards.
Regrets you must illuminate, fears you must smile at.
Or not.

And every choice, every missed opportunity, every right path that turned out to be the wrong path, every bridge burned or connection made, every loss and every gain, every moment of doubt, inaction, courage, joy, every depression and every moment of unbridled ecstasy, led you right here.

Here. Now. A new beginning.
A new chance to live. To love.
To make amends, or not.
To laugh or cry at the world and your place in it.

To fall to your knees in awe and humility.

The cosmos does not make mistakes,
even when it does.

You did not live the wrong life, friend,
because life did not live
the wrong You.

Lesson Learned via Narcissist

What we learned in the trauma, drama and dysfunction is to tolerate the intolerable.

We learned to sacrifice our own sense of self to become whoever and whatever others needed.

It is said the Empath must have the experience with the Narcissist to reach capacity of understanding the human condition

Thing is…

As adults we often continue that pattern in our adult relationships.

Learning to listen to our own inner wisdom can help guide us to healthier relationships.

This….so we can see an end to the drama and difficult adult relationships.

So – if we’re seeing that every relationship is the same only different players…

We can start learning to let go of those relationships that feel bad so we can stop replaying the patterns.

To The Men Who Are Love ❤️

WE LOVE YOU MAN

To the men that know;

The men that choose to grow.

To the men who have had the courage to lay broken on the floor;

Who have embraced each change with strength and determination;

Stood solid,

Naked

In their truth.

To the men who have

Given

Everything

And been left with

Nothing,

Yet still,

In every day,

In every way,

They show love.

To the men who have seen the darkness

Of a woman lost in pain,

And sheltered her

In their warm embrace;

Tended to each wound;

Soaked their own essence in each of her tears.

To the men who failed,

But rose again;

Lost their heart,

And found their love.

To the men who strive

Each day

To love themselves more;

Embrace their own darkness that led them to pain;

Energise their light until it radiates to the sky.

To the men who show

Appreciation

For the journey that the woman takes

To reach his love,

For he is her mirror;

He is her love,

And she loves you.

In every moment you give

That appreciation,

She feels it,

She appreciates you.

To the men who are love,

We love you,

Thank You

For loving us.

Past Life Healer

Carole Carbone was a major contributor to my healing and I am certified through her as an Intuitive Healer ; I didn’t feel Psychic Healer would be welcomed on a business card in Virginia , lol

We had several years together and moving and money matters nipped our sessions but I highly recommend this lady who encouraged me to accept myself and my gifts .

She allowed me to ask the questions and answer them myself . She was very proud of my progress and complimented me highly on my perceptions!

Ex called me asking for her contact information and I discussed it with her and she said there was no way she’d discuss anything about me with him ; far too much abuse and trauma in the past .

I plan to contact her soon and that’s my gift to myself ❤️💯🎁

Winter Solstice

“Winter Solstice has been celebrated as the birth of the God, and in Christian tradition as the birth of the Saviour. But there are deeper ways of understanding what is being born: that is, who or what the “saviour” is. In the Gospel of Thomas – which was not selected for biblical canon – it says: “If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you.” This then may be the Divine Child – the “Saviour” – the new Being forming in the Cosmogonic Womb, who will be born. We celebrate the birth of the new Being, which/who is always beyond us, beyond our knowing … yet is within us, burgeoning within us – and within Gaia. What will save us is already present within – forming within us.

Birthing is not often an easy process – for the birthgiver nor for the birthed one: It is a shamanic act requiring strength of bodymind, attention and focus of the mother, and courage to be of the new young one. Birthgiving is the original place of “heroics” … many cultures of the world have never forgotten that: Perhaps therefore better termed as “heraics”. Patriarchal adaptations of the story of this Seasonal Moment usually miss the Creative Act of birthgiving completely – pre-occupied as they often are with the “virgin” nature of the Mother being interpreted as an “intact hymen”, and the focus being the Child as “saviour”: Even the Mother gazes at the Child in Christian icons, while in more ancient images Her eyes are direct and expressive of Her integrity as Creator. In Earth-based religious practice, the ubiquitous icon of Mother and Child – Creator and Created – expresses something essential about the Universe itself … the “motherhood” we are all born within. It expresses the essential Communion experience that this Cosmos is, the innate and holy Care that it takes, and the reciprocal nature of it.”
