Craig Childress Psy D “Experts”

Gardnerian PAS “experts”

Just to be clear… immensely clear…

The Gardnerian PAS “experts” are a fringe group of professionals who reject the diagnostic guidance of the American Psychiatric Association and who reject the ethical guidance of the American Psychological Association, and they are in violation of Standard 2.04 Bases for Scientific and Professional Judgments.

Google ignorance: lack of knowledge or information

The Gardnerian PAS “experts” are ignorant by definition of the English language – they lack knowledge and information about the established scientific and professional knowledge of the discipline. The ONLY thing they are “experts” in is a pathology they can entirely make-up.

Am I clear?

In 2013 the American Psychiatric Association fully and completely reviewed the construct of “parental alienation” and they said no – the APA said there is no such diagnostic pathology as “parental alienation”.

The American Psychiatric Association said no. That should be the end of it for all responsible professionals.

A delusion is a fixed and false belief that is maintained despite contrary evidence. The contrary evidence regarding “parental alienation” as a diagnostic construct is the APA said no – there is no such thing as “parental alienation”.

To believe that you are discovering a new pathology unlike any other pathology in all of mental health is grandiose.

Standard 2.04 of the APA ethics code requires – mandatory – that the established scientific and professional knowledge of the discipline be applied as the bases for professional judgments – required.

2.04 Bases for Scientific and Professional Judgments
Psychologists’ work is based upon established scientific and professional knowledge of the discipline.

The construct of “parental alienation” is NOT among the established scientific and professional knowledge of the discipline. The established scientific and professional knowledge of the discipline is:

  • Attachment – Bowlby & others
  • Family systems therapy – Bowen & others
  • Personality disorders – Millon & others
  • Complex trauma – van der Kolk & others
  • Psychological control – Barber & others
  • Child development – Tronick & others
  • Self psychology – Kohut & others
  • DSM-5 diagnostic system – American Psychiatric Association

The application of the established scientific and professional knowledge of the discipline is required as the bases for scientific and professional judgments.

If they want to propose a new form of pathology unique in all of mental health, they should do so only AFTER they apply the established scientific and professional knowledge of the discipline. Not before. Not instead of. After.

The Gardernian PAS “experts” believe that they know more about diagnosing pathology than the American Psychiatric Association. That seems grandiose. They believe that the are discovering a new pathology unique in all of mental health. That seems grandiose.

They maintain their fixed and false belief in a new form of pathology they are discovering (making up) despite the contrary evidence of the APA saying no – that there is no such thing as “parental alienation” as a diagnostic construct.

It would appear that the Gardnerian PAS “experts” have a fixed and false belief in their own grandiosity that is maintained despite contrary evidence.

The Gardnerian PAS “experts” are a fringe group of professionals who reject the diagnostic guidance of the American Psychiatric Association. They think they know more than the APA about pathology and its diagnosis.

The Gardnerian PAS “experts” reject the ethical guidance of the American Psychological Association. They believe that ethical standards don’t apply to them. They are wrong.

They are simply unethical.

By continuing to rely on the construct of “parental alienation” as the basis for their professional judgments, the – unethical – Gardnerian PAS “experts” are substantially degrading the quality of professional services in the family courts.

Am I clear? I hope I’m clear.

Ethical practice is NOT optional. It is mandatory – required. Beware the fox and the cat, Pinocchio.

No need to prove- Craig Childress Psy D

You do not need to prove something to someone, you need the mental health professionals to do their job to protect your child – and you – from psychological abuse by a narcissistic-borderline-dark personality parent.

The patient should NEVER have to explain the pathology to the doctor, that should never happen… and yet you do here is the family courts, that shows you exactly how bad things are.

I have a Mental Health Consultation page on my Consulting Website (drcachildress-consulting) for parents to provide to their mental health professional to have a doctor explain the pathology, its assessment and diagnosis, to the other doctors.

On the Attorney’s Resource page I have a Pathology Description Handout – “this”.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him protect your children. Yes we can, that’s their job. We need to hold them accountable to do their job.

They won’t. They’ll flee. They are ignorant and incompetent. That’s why they’re here, they don’t need to know anything or solve anything. If you ask them to know or solve… they’ll flee.

Clinical psychologists don’t work in the family courts, it’s too professionally dangerous – that’s why they created a whole “special” group of psychologists just for you – they’re called “forensic” psychologists and they are the worst imaginable.

Everything is broken everywhere. That’s okay, we’re going to fix it. Movement by one is movement by everyone. We just keep moving and we just don’t stop until… we protect the child – and you – from psychological abuse by a narcissistic-borderline-dark personality ex-spouse and parent.

A child rejecting a parent is an attachment pathology. Use real knowledge, it’s too important. Don’t be lazy. The attachment system is the brain system that governs all aspects of love and bonding throughout the lifespan, including grief and loss. A child rejecting a parent is a problem in love and bonding, a problem in the attachment system.

We need to fix it. This is a treatment issue, NOT a custody issue. This is a pathology of lies – start by fixing this first one. You be clear in your understanding and expectations – Dr. Childress says it’s Child Psychological Abuse (a shared persecutory delusion)… is that right?

Ask them. Give them my Mental Health Consultation page.

You are the protective parent. I know that and you know that. They need to understand that and step-up into their (mandatory) professional duty to protect obligations… or explain to you why they don’t protect you or your child.

Doctors diagnose pathology so we will know what to do to fix it. The treatment for cancer is different than the treatment for diabetes. Is there a shared persecutory delusion – yes or no – if no… why not?

Get them to rate your parenting – rating of the targeted parent – on the Parenting Practices Rating Scale (on the Mental Health Consultation page of my Consulting Website).

Diagnosis guides treatment – in all of healthcare, including all of mental health care… except here. Why is that? Why is it ONLY in the family courts that the doctors refuse – refuse – to identify what the problem is – to diagnose what the pathology is?

We must first diagnose what the pathology is before we know how to treat it. We must first identify what the problem is before we know how to fix it.

Diagnosis = identify
Pathology = problem
Treatment = fix it

You can use those words interchangeably. To make common-sense points use the common-sense terms – we first need to identify what the problem is. To make professional points use the professional terms – we need to first diagnose what the pathology is… is there a shared persecutory delusion, yes or no, and if no… why not?

We are going to hold the doctors accountable for doing their job of protecting your children – and you. It’s called their “duty to protect” obligation – it is activated whenever they encounter any one of three dangerous pathologies, suicide, homicide, or abuse (child, spousal, elder).

The ONLY thing that causes severe attachment pathology in a child is child abuse by one parent or the other.

  1. Targeted Parent Abusive: Either the targeted parent is abusive, thereby creating the child’s attachment pathology toward that parent,

A two-person attribution of causality,

  1. Allied Parent Abusive: Or the allied parent is psychologically abusing the child by creating a shared persecutory delusion and false (factitious; artificially created) attachment pathology in the child for secondary gain to the narcissistic-borderline-dark personality parent of manipulating the court’s decisions regarding child custody, and to meet the pathological parent’s own emotional and psychological needs – DSM-5 V995.51 Child Psychological Abuse,

a three-person – triangle – attribution of causality.

Diagnosis guides treatment in all of healthcare, including all of mental health care. If we treat cancer with insulin the patient dies from the misdiagnosed cancer.

You did nothing wrong. It’s not your fault. You don’t need to defend or prove reality, you simply need the doctors to do their job. You have a crazy (delusional) ex-spouse who is inducing the false beliefs (a factitious attachment pathology) in the child to manipulate the court.

In ALL cases of severe attachment pathology surrounding court-involved child custody conflict, a proper risk assessment needs to be conducted to the appropriate differential diagnosis for each parent.

We are building the plane while we’re flying the plane, because this is your child and you need a solution. This is the worst possible attachment pathology, there is nothing worse that a complete breach in the parent-child attachment bond. We need to fix it.

You want a treatment plan to fix the pathology (problem) in your child and family. You’re the lay-person patient, that’s all you need to know and do, the doctors need to take it from there – diagnosis into treatment. That’s their job – that’s what the doctor means – they diagnose (identify) and treat (fix) pathology (problems) in children and families.

This is a pathology of lies. Don’t believe them. You don’t need to prove something to someone, you just need them to do their jobs. And don’t believe the nonsense your child says – that’s just crazy stuff – the profession word for “crazy” is delusional, the type of delusion is called a persecutory delusion – a fixed and false belief that they (or someone to whom they are close) are being malevolently treated in some way.

From the APA: “Persecutory Type: delusions that the person (or someone to whom the person is close) is being malevolently treated in some way.” (American Psychiatric Association, 2000)

19 Year-Old Sues Family Court Officials for $250 Million for Taking Her Away from Mom; Giving Custody to Father

Defendants Include Lawyers, Social Workers, Evaluators, GAL’s

“The defendants conspired to deny Annelise access to the courts and intentionally inflicted emotional distress on Annelise while she was still a minor. Defendants knowingly interfered with Annelise’s constitutional right to a relationship with her mother and four siblings, causing inordinate stress and difficulty.”

– Dede Evavold, blogger at Red Herring Alert

Annelise Rice, a hockey player at UND [University of North Dakota] and graduate of Minnetonka High School, filed a lawsuit on March 17, 2017, in Minnesota federal court seeking damages for deprivation of civil rights by tortuous [sic] intervention [interference] in a mother-child relationship and deprivation of rights under color of the law (Civil Action No. 17-cv-796 ADM/HB).

…The defendants include court-appointed Guardians at litem, Social Workers, and lawyers who were involved in the custody evaluation and CHIPS (Child in Need of Protection or Services) proceedings for Annelise Rice.

…Judges, lawyers, and social workers no longer have absolute immunity and can be held responsible for their actions that deprive Constitutional rights, even if they are acting in an official role.

This case is highly unusual due to the large amount of defendants involved.

…Annelise asks the court for relief in an amount great enough to deter defendants and others in similar positions from engaging in this egregious misconduct in the future. There have been many cases of negligence by social services that have put young lives at risk.

Social workers, Guardians at litem, lawyers, and judges need to be held accountable to prevent further neglect, abuse, and deaths of children in protective care. This lawsuit could potentially turn into a class action suit, because of the amount of families that have been mistreated in this way. Contact: Annelise Rice at More.moxie@me.com

19 YEAR-OLD SUES FOR DEPRIVATION OF CIVIL RIGHTS

https://redherringalert.wordpress.com/2017/04/28/19-year-old-sues-for-deprivation-of-civil-rights/comment-page-1/#comment-863

SUMMARY:

Annelise’s mom, Caroline, went from being a stay-at-home mom to losing custody of her five children. When the father decided he wanted to take the kids away from his ex, family court officials, led by Judge Richard Perkins, kicked into gear and made that happen. Full custody was awarded to the father, even though the children testified to horrible physical abuse by him.

At one point, Annelise ran away from her father and fled to Canada with her mom, however they were caught and Caroline was jailed. Caroline was jailed three times in her many attempts to protect her children, and she was tormented there in an effort to break and silence her.

Judge Perkins presided over the prosecution of Caroline for “abduction”, which was a clear conflict of interest, and at which she, not surprisingly, was convicted. But the appellate court actually overturned her conviction citing Judge Perkins’ biased handling of the case, including exclusion of evidence of the father’s abuse from the jury. So there was some due process for Caroline at the appellate level, which is unusual.

The children have spoken about the pain of losing their mother for many years.

COALITION NOTE: The sheer number of court-affiliated officials whom Annelise is suing spotlights the systemic coordination to empower fathers to take custody of their children—and that is not an exhaustive list. There are likely many more professionals who participated. Most cases in which a mother is trying to keep or protect her children involves many court-affiliated professionals who go along with the agenda and help the father win custody—whether he is abusive or just wants to avoid child support.

It is unclear why Judge Richard Perkins is not included in the lawsuit, since the article asserts that judges can now be held accountable through these civil rights lawsuits, and especially since an appellate court found Judge Perkins to have been biased.

It is also unclear who the judge is on Annelise’s federal civil rights case. The docket states that it is Judge Ann Montgomery, but that it is referred to Judge Hildy Bowbeer. Hopefully, whoever it is will not dismiss the case and will make fair rulings.

Answers to Annelise’s complaint are due in June. Watch this space for updates.

Craig Childress PsyD – Pathology of Lies

Devoid of truth or light … know this all too well

This is a pathology of lies. How many times have I told you that?

Countless times – because is is true. Stop reacting like it’s unexpected. It’s not. It’s a symptom feature of the pathogen, it lies all the time. Not some of the time… all of the time.

Even when there is no reason to lie… it lies. This is a pathology of lies, the pathogen lies all the time. All. How do you know when the pathogen is lying? Its lips are moving. All the time, it lies ALL the time.

I wish I had an example from our everyday world I could show you of a narcissistic, psychopathic, manipulative Dark Triad personality who is collapsing into persectuory delusions and constant continual lies.

You know what that’s like. Your pathological ex- lies to the judge in declarations and you spend hours and hours compiling all the evidence to prove the lies. What do they do when you prove their lies are lies?

They lie again. They just don’t stop lying. It’s a symptom feature of the pathology. So are your huge mountains of evidence you’ve compiled trying to prove reality to people.

You don’t need to prove reality to me. I already know reality – you’re fine – you did nothing wrong, it’s not your fault, you’re ex-spouse is psychotic and cruel – the type of psychotic (out of touch with reality) is called a “persecutory delusion” – delusion is the professional term for the big-lie, the one at the core.

The big lie is that the child is being malevolently treated in some way by you. That’s not true, that’s a lie, that’s just crazy… the professional term for “that’s just crazy” is a delusion, in this case it’s a persecutory delusion – a fixed and false belief in supposed victimization.

I wish I had an example from everyday life I could show you. I think a real-life example would make it oh-so-clear… lying is a symptom feature of the pathogen, it lies all the time – all of it. All.

Its lips are moving… it’s lying again.

The pathogen seeks to destabilize you in every way possible. It creates a false reality of lies. You trigger… don’t trigger. Stay grounded. You’re the healthier parent, you’re the protective parent. You have work to do, you’ll need to step-up and step into leading the family.

You will face challenges because the mental health system in the family courts is immensely broken. We’ll need to fly the airplane at the same time as we fix the airplane. That’s a challenge. I’m a certified pilot, I’m here with you and will talk you through it.

We have to obtain an accurate diagnosis for the cause of the attachment pathology with you and your child. You want a treatment plan to fix it. Hold onto that and don’t let go… you want a treatment plan to fix the attachment pathology being displayed by the child.

The pathogen tells lies about you. Of course it does – it lies all the time, not some of the time… ALL the time. Even when it doesn’t have to lie… it lies. It’s the craziest thing to see… it doesn’t need to lie… but it can’t help itself… it lies all the time.

Perhaps if you look around you can find an example from our everyday life of a narcissistic, psychopathic, manipulative Dark Triad personality who lies all the time – all of it – forcing the real-world to generate mountains of detailed evidence proving the lies.

And what’s the pathogen’s response when caught – in detail – in the lie? It lies again. Expect it. Anticipate it. Don’t trigger. Don’t disprove the lies – speak the truth – it’s a shared (induced) persecutory delusion – and get an accurate diagnosis because you’ll need a treatment plan to fix the attachment pathology in your child and family – to fix the problem.

You’re the healthier parent. We need your leadership in times of chaos and collapse. You’re the protective parent. I know that and you know that. So let’s get to work protecting your child.

Craig Childress PsyD – Ready / Child psychological abuse

What should I talk about this Sunday. I think I’ll talk about the arrival of the Kraken.

Let’s talk about the destruction of everything everywhere. Wheee…

It’s here and it’s not leaving anytime soon. Once the Kraken’s been released, it will remain until it wants to leave – destruction of everything everywhere.

The construct of “parental alienation” is dead – the Kraken. Forensic custody evaluations are dead – the Kraken. Clinical psychologists won’t work in the family courts, it’s too dangerous.

There will be no mental health services available to the family courts. Sorry.

The family courts will become too professionally dangerous, no psychologists will work in the family courts – the Kraken – the destruction of everything everywhere. My oh my.

From U.N. Human Rights Council: “The report demonstrates how the discredited and unscientific pseudo-concept of parental alienation is used in family law proceedings by abusers as a tool to continue their abuse and coercion and to undermine and discredit allegations of domestic violence made by mothers who are trying to keep their children safe.”

Monkeys running amok like Jumanji. Destruction of everything everywhere is what Krakens do. Don’t release a Kraken unless you want destruction.

We do.

You’re lucky I’m here. Where else are you going to find someone who knows about Krakens? I’ve kept you safe. We’ll have to let the destruction pass, that’s what Krakens do, they destroy everything they encounter.

But it’s not random. The Kraken comes to a purpose. Just stand aside and let it move to its purpose, that’s why it’s here.

The Gardnerian PAS “experts” are feeling it, Gottlieb & Harman are self-destructing, the UN Council on Human Rights is forcefully stepping on them (“unscientific pseudo-concept”), and Dr. Childress is full-bore attacking them with the APA ethics code – and with reality. Oh-my-goodness, they’re gone.

The forensic psychologists are next. The NY Blue Ribbon Commission on Forensic Custody Evaluations is just the start. Forensic custody evaluations are dead.

From Blue Ribbon Commission: “By an 11-9 margin, a majority of Commission members favor elimination of forensic custody evaluations entirely, arguing that these reports are biased and harmful to children and lack scientific or legal value. At worst, evaluations can be dangerous, particularly in situations of domestic violence or child abuse – there have been several cases of children in New York who were murdered by a parent who received custody
following an evaluation.”

There’s going to be no mental health services to families in the family courts. None.

And if you can’t claim it’s “parental alienation”, what possible defense do you have? Oh my goodness, you were in such terrible danger. That’s okay. I know about Krakens, I’ve kept you safe during the time of destruction.

There’s no such thing as “parental alienation” – agree 100% – then switch it – we’re not talking about that, we’re talking about a shared persecutory delusion (Childress, 2015). Remain under my wing and you’ll be safe until the destruction passes.

Come – come – come – gather up, right under my wing here. That’s perfect, you’ll be fine. Whew, that was close. Your adversaries have been active while you’ve been slumbering.

That’s okay. I was awake… and I know about Krakens. That’s why I’m here. We needed one. It was a mess. Do not release a Kraken unless you want total destruction of everything everywhere. We do.

It will expand to the AFCC, then to the APA. It is going to become an absolute mess in the family courts. Excellent.

Except if you happen to be in the family courts at the time. You have a better chance than you did before (you had no chance before), but you’ll have to dance through the debris – it’s a shared persecutory delusion, remain grounded in established knowledge.

But you won’t find any mental health people who are competent. Soon, you may find none at all once the incompetent ones flee. The family courts are going to be an absolute mess.

Who knew that the UN Council on Human Rights would issue a statement colluding with child abuse and spousal abuse using the child as the weapon?

Debate – Dr. Childress vs UN Council on Human Rights: Is the UN Colluding with Child Abuse & Spousal Abuse. I say yes.

Send me the date, time, and link.

I think I’ll talk about Krakens this Sunday over coffee and crumpets, the destruction of everything everywhere – “Surviving Krakens with Dr. Childress” – this Sunday at 8:00 Pacific on Facebook Live.

Stay close, stay close, just snuggle right on in. You’ll be safe.

Why Does Research Focus on Treating Depression Rather Than Preventing It?

Treatments for depression can be expensive and ineffective. So why is there so little research on preventing depression across the globe?

Pathology in Family Courts – Craig Childress PsyD

The pathology in the family courts is a persecutory delusion surrounding the collapse of a narcissistic-borderline personality parent.

I wish I could give you an example of what a persecutory delusion surrounding the collapse of a narcissistic or borderline personality looks like.

I wonder where I could find a good example to show you what the collapse of a narcissistic or borderline personality into a persecutory delusion looks like?

I can provide you with a quote from the top-tier expert in personality disorders, Theodore Millon (2011):

From Millon: “Under conditions of unrelieved adversity and failure, narcissists may decompensate into paranoid disorders. Owing to their excessive use of fantasy mechanisms, they are disposed to misinterpret events and to construct delusional beliefs… Among narcissists, delusions often take form after a serious challenge or setback has upset their image of superiority and omnipotence. They tend to exhibit compensatory grandiosity and jealousy delusions in which they reconstruct reality to match the image they are unable or unwilling to give up. Delusional systems may also develop as a result of having felt betrayed and humiliated. Here we may see the rapid unfolding of persecutory delusions and an arrogant grandiosity characterized by verbal attacks and bombast.” (Millon, 2011, pp. 407-408).

Quotes are nice, but I wish I had an actual example from outside the family courts regarding what the collapse of a narcissistic or borderline personality into a persecutory delusion looks like.

Do you know what would be even better? If the example was of a shared persecutory delusion from the collapse of a narcissistic or borderline personality. That would be perfect.

Where can I possibly find an example of a narcissistic personality collapsing into a persecutory delusion, and who then induces this persecutory delusion in a more vulnerable mind, creating a shared persecutory delusion… just like in the family courts?

I suspect that would be pretty useful in explaining the pathology in the family courts, if I could not only provide quotes from top-tier professional experts, but if I could also provide an example from our everyday world of the collapse of a narcissistic or borderline personality into a persecutory delusion – induced into a vulnerable mind of trust to create a shared persecutory delusion.

Too bad there’s not an example of the pathology in the family courts that’s readily available for explanation. I think that would be very helpful… at least for some.

An encapsulated shared persecutory delusion is not a rare diagnosis, it’s just rarely diagnosed. It’s actually more common than you might suspect. I wish I had an example I could provide you from our everyday life.

If you look, you may find an example on your own of the collapse of a narcissistic or borderline personality into persecutory delusions, and perhaps, if you’re lucky, the pathological narcissist will induce the persecutory delusion in those who are vulnerable to manipulation because they trust, creating a shared persecutory delusion.

Perhaps, if you are really lucky, you’ll be able to find an example of a Dark Triad personality creating a shared persecutory delusion in those who are vulnerable to the Machiavellian manipulation of the Dark Triad because they trust.

That would be so useful to explain the triad of features – not only narcissistic personality pathology – but also psychopathic (deceitful and lack of remorse) – and Machiavellian levels of manipulation, off-the-chart manipulative.

That would be an excellent example of the pathology in the family courts – a Dark Triad collapsing into a persecutory delusion after the exposure of their inadequacy – like a divorce – intolerable rejection – who then induces the persecutory delusion into more vulnerable minds of trust, creating a shared persecutory delusion.

What a perfect example that would be.

Too bad I don’t have an example I could show you that displays so precisely in detail the pathology in the family courts.

Family Systems – Craig Childress , PsyD

I used this descriptive diagram of Minuchin’s Structural family diagram in my recent review of a forensic custody evaluation.

Honest to god, how lazy a psychologist do you have to be to not even learn about family systems when you’re assessing a family conflict for the court.

I have to educate them, the psychologists. I have to educate them about family pathology before I can have a professional-level discussion with them – they are ignorant like a rock – and immensely lazy and apathetic.

Easy prey on the savanna. I suspect that my presence within the herd of forensic psychologists will soon be signaled and they’ll start to panic and flee – a wild stampede.

I think you have a RICO lawsuit on them, but I’m not an attorney, just a psychologist looking at my own people’s behavior.

It looks like the parallel process may go RICO on Trump in Georgia. I’m not a lawyer – thank god – but it looks like a RICO lawsuit for professional psychology in the family courts is warranted from where I sit as psychologist, with the AFCC and APA as the deep-pocket co-conspirators, and I’d add the 50 state licensing boards all for the cover-up.

Ultimately, you can drop the APA and licensing boards, but put them on to start. If they created Guidelines for forensic custody evalutations, then they placed their imprimatur of credibility on the practice – they take responsibility for it if they support it.

The AFCC is definitely on the hook. I think the APA is too. I’d even put the licensing boards on it – it was their job to ensure competence and ethical practice – why did they fail? Pull the string – RICO.

Just the discovery alone on the AFCC and APA regarding what they know about the unethical practices in forensic psychology would be interesting – the NY Blue Ribbon Commission on Forensic Custody Evaluations found serious problems… why are the AFCC and APA unaware of these problems?

Perhaps they’re not unaware. Perhaps they’re covering up.

Deutsch? Pull the string on the Petition to the APA signed by over 20,000 parents… where did that go? Who did they give the Petition to? What did they do about the ethical violations called to their attention? Cover up.

They know. They just don’t care… until they do.

Oh well, not my worry, RICOs come and RICOs go, I’m only a lone clinical psychologist in private practice doing what I do because it’s what I do… I protect children from child abuse. I’m a trauma psychologist out of foster care, look at my vitae, I’m not from the family courts.

That’s why I’m here, this my pathology – child abuse and complex trauma. There is active child abuse in the family courts, and active spousal abuse using the child as the weapon – both undiagnosed – both untreated.

There’s active child abuse and active spousal abuse in the family courts… and no one is stopping it.

There are dark personality parents in the family courts – Dark Triad – Vulnerable Dark Triad – Dark Tetrad – the core of evil (Book et al., 2015; 2016)… undiagnosed and untreated.

Professional psychology in the family courts is a mess. It always has been, it’s just becoming visible now as their house of financial exploitation collapses.

One-by-one. I’m in the courts now, reviewing their reports one-by-one, line-by-line. I’m here to protect my kids.

I’m here to protect my children from their abusers. Not the other parent, they’re just pathological. I’m here to protect the children and the healthy parent from their psychological abuse by their betrayers – the ones who should protect… and don’t.

My people. My psychology people are the child abusers. My-oh-my, that should NEVER happen. But it has. So one-by-one I’ll protect my kids from the ignorance and incompetence of the forensic psychologists.

But then you’ll have no one. Get ready for the collapse.

The clinical psychologists have abandoned you – the pathology and family courts are too dangerous to their license. Forensic psychology has merely exploited you for your money and destroyed your life and the lives of your children.

When forensic psychology collapses (NY Blue Ribbon Commission), there will be no involvement of professional psychology in the family courts. I’d suggest you file a RICO to get the attention of the APA, AFCC, the 50 state licensing boards, and major media.

Do what you want with the lawsuit after that – once the argument is made, the point is made and you have their attention to the point you’re making.

The parents and children in the family courts deserve – deserve – competent mental health services. The court deserves – deserves – the highest caliber of professional information to rely on in making its momentous decisions affecting the lives of children.

So… let’s do that. It can be done – easy peasy – a pilot program for the family courts with university involvement for evaluation research. Develop the standardized high-quality diagnostic assessment and treatment protocols for the pathology in the family courts, layer-in early intervention – voila – done.

They’re just not motivated to solve anything. I wonder why that is?

Here’s an additional explanatory diagram to help you explain the pathology to your doctors – honest to god, they are ignorant like a rock. Ignorant, incompetent, unethical, and just plain lazy.

And their yours – your own “special” psychologists just for you. No other pathology has their own “special” psychologists… just you. Lucky you. Why is that?
