Remember Me

When you remember me, it means you have carried something of who I am with you, that I have left some mark of who I am on who you are.
It means that you can summon me back to your mind even though countless years and miles may stand between us.
It means that if we meet again, you will know me.
It means that even after I die, you can still see my face and hear my voice and speak to me in your heart ..

Women’s Bodies

A reminder to any woman who looks at her body and finds it flawed: these are prehistoric carvings of goddesses. These represent the epitome of feminine beauty to those we seek to emulate when we go on “paleo” diets. Not a flat tummy, thigh gap, or gravity-defying breast among them.
These are bodies that are unique to their owners, and contain stories of desire, creation, hardship, and perseverance. These are bodies that are ready to hold you as you cry. These are bodies that worked every day to provide nourishment, resources and guidance to their communities while also caring for the next generation. They supported one another in their labor, holding one another’s babies while they worked crafting tools, collecting water & singing songs to teach the young about the goddesses they so closely resembled.
And these carvings weren’t found in just one area. They’ve been discovered nearly everywhere humanity has settled and thrived. Which means there was a time when womanhood, in all her power and capacity, was revered not as merely a sexual novelty or shunned as sinful temptation, but seen as a source of inspiration to create, to connect, and to find courage.
Today, our patriarchal society reveres conformity in women over all. It demands that women strive to achieve and maintain a form that resembles an untested girl. Our bodies must look perpetually untouched, unspoiled, a blank slate for a man to claim and use and write his own story upon. Instead of worshiping women as they are, we scrutinize and discard them as never good enough. And the more we strive to conform, the more we give up control of our bodies.
So have comfort, women: with each fat roll and jiggle you gain as you move forward in time, you come closer to resembling the goddess as she originally appeared in the hearts of humanity. She lives in you and longs to be seen and revered as she was before.
And you deserve to be worshipped.

To The Woman Who Is Slowly Fading Away
TO THE WOMAN WHO IS SLOWLY FADING AWAY…
To the woman who has lost her spark.
To the woman whose get up and go, has well and truly gone.
This is for you.
This is to remind you, that you don’t have to be everything to everyone, every day.
You didn’t sign up for that.
Remember when you used to laugh? Sing?
Throw caution to the wind?
Remember when you used to forgive yourself more quickly for not always being perfect.
You can get that back again.
You really can.
And that doesn’t have to mean letting people down or walking away.
It just means being kinder to you, feeling brave enough to say no sometimes.
Being brave enough to stop sometimes.
And rest.
It starts the moment you realise that you’re not quite who you used to be.
Some of that is good, some of that is not.
There are parts of you that need to be brought back.
And if anyone in your life is not okay with that… they are not your people. Your people will be glad to see that spark starting to light up again.
So, if you have been slowly fading away my friend, this is the time to start saying yes to things that bring you joy and no to things that don’t.
It’s really pretty simple.

Spiritual “Chill”
Since when did the Spiritual community become so cold…
Since when did we see being spiritually connected as a competition…since when did we stop honoring each other as human beings instead of one upping each other in our individuality in relationship to understanding the spiritual realm.
Since when did we close doors to each other in the name of everything.
Since when did we close our hearts to each other ..
Since when did we turn a blind eye to another’s sufferings believing we are better then the next because we feel we know more then the other. .
Since when did we stop being our true-selves and become in human beings in the name sake of enlightenment.
Since when did we stop encouraging each other’s growth and empowering each other in the name of enlightenment.
Since when did we stop sharing our authenticity and human suffering because being obsessively perfect became a staple of Ascension.
Since when did we stop seeing each other .
Why don’t we look each other in the eyes anymore,
Why don’t we question twice whether someone’s really ok.
Why don’t we hug anymore or shake hands and kiss.
Why don’t we hear each other anymore.
Why don’t we care.
When did you last listen to someone’s story and really care.
When was the last time you hugged a stranger or even a friend.
When was the last time you did something that was childlike.
Why doesn’t anyone care anymore…
About each other.⚖️

Night & Her Train of Tears
“In any dark time, there is a tendency to veer toward fainting over how much is wrong or unmended in the world. Do not focus on that. There is a tendency, too, to fall into being weakened by dwelling on what is outside your reach, by what cannot yet be. Do not focus there. That is spending the wind without raising the sails.
We are needed, that is all we can know. And though we meet resistance, we more so will meet great souls who will hail us, love us and guide us, and we will know them when they appear. Didn’t you say you were a believer? Didn’t you say you pledged to listen to a voice greater? Didn’t you ask for grace? Don’t you remember that to be in grace means to submit to the voice greater?”
— Clarissa Pinkola Estés
Measure life by the simple things of truth and beauty. We are all stars tending other stars. We are all, right now, each of us, the Mothers of creation.

Surviving ! My friend Amy ,Celebrates 1 year Anniversary
A year ago today, at this time, I was laying in the snow, half naked, semi-consious, fighting for my life. Unable to walk after a seizure, I only remembered focusing on getting warm. My car battery was dead and I couldn’t charge my phone. I had managed to get to my car by rolling across the ground. The young man that found me at 11 clock that morning later told me that it looked like a war zone where I had struggled to get in the car. Frost bitten hands and feet did not help the situation. I couldn’t feel the car keys in my hand and remember I kept dropping them – I couldn’t feel them. I know that I am alive today for many reasons and I thank God for all of them. I will never forget thinking that where I was at was a vacation destination. Where we’re all the cross country skiers? Instead I was sent a man riding his bike in the snow. I said, You’ve got to be kidding. He saw me wave my arm and rushed over. He went home, called emergency services, then came back with blankets to cover me till help arrived. I could feel the warmth from the blankets, instantly. That’s all I remembered until they started putting a warm saline solution in me in the ambulance. They had heated blankets. Then I woke up in the ER. My life changed from that day. I’m extremely grateful to everyone that helped me along the way. While I get snowed in today, I get to reflect on my life. What a gift.
The experience Amy had , repeated an experience Dad had and he survived 6 months before exiting
Amy’s experience revealed many wonderful affirmations as we share a birth year and both have weathered much loss .
Amy proved our services DO care about elders and she was put in alignment with “helpers” and much prayer as she has survived, and thrives these days certainly grateful for the opportunity to grow and share herself , her wisdoms and yes her joy and love.
Amy shares the birth sign of Capricorn ♑as was my Dad and she’s as tenacious and focused as Dad was , and she’s my dear friend .
I celebrate Amy on this day, and look forward to many more days with Amy being part of my ” tribe” as changes test us collectively we know we have a part in pulling Heaven to Earth and I’m Blessed as are many that Divinity was with Amy Adams
and revealed to the community and soon the world will read her story and be uplifted by her journey as a Crone …a very very wise woman !
Blessings & Peace

Elders
“In our youth-focused society, it can be difficult to claim the role of elder, to be proud of that state and recognize the important contributions elders make. However, it wasn’t always like that (and many societies still value the role of elders). In ancient societies around the world, women were wisdom keepers, helping younger women bring new life into the world and helping older women as they exited this mortal realm. The Crone enjoyed a special, revered status and was praised for her wisdom, healing skills, and moral leadership. She has a profound understanding of life and the world around her – she is a font of wisdom for her community and a source of inspiration.”

Old Legend of Forest Home
An Old Legend says:
According to an old Native American legend, one day there was a big fire in the forest. All the animals fled in terror in all directions, because it was a very violent fire. Suddenly, the jaguar saw a hummingbird pass over his head, but in the opposite direction. The hummingbird flew towards the fire!
Whatever happened, he wouldn’t stop. Moments later, the jaguar saw him pass again, this time in the same direction as the jaguar was walking. He could observe this coming and going until he decided to ask the bird about it because it seemed very bizarre behavior.
“What are you doing, hummingbird?” he asked.
“I am going to the lake,” he answered, “I drink water with my beak and throw it on the fire to extinguish it.” The jaguar laughed. ‘Are you crazy? Do you really think that you can put out that big fire on your own with your very small beak?’
‘No,’ said the hummingbird, ‘I know I can’t. But the forest is my home. It feeds me, it shelters me and my family. I am very grateful for that. And I help the forest grow by pollinating its flowers. I am part of her and the forest is part of me. I know I can’t put out the fire, but I must do my part.’
At that moment, the forest spirits, who listened to the hummingbird, were moved by the birdie and its devotion to the forest. And miraculously they sent a torrential downpour, which put an end to the great fire.
The Native American grandmothers would occasionally tell this story to their grandchildren, then conclude with, “Do you want to attract miracles into your life? Do your part.”

Crone
Invocation of the Crone
Behold the Crone
Dancer of Time
Completion of the Sacred Cycle
She Who is Wisdom
Beloved, respected and feared
Honored as Grandmother, Ancestress and Hag
In the end — there is beginning,
Death brings Birth, Life renews through Her
Behold the Crone, Dancer of Time
Mother of worlds, Maiden of re-birth,
Child of the next generation
Dancing through Time
She Who cuts the cords
Of life and death,
Grandmother of all
The Crone comes
Silently, powerfully, relentlessly
Crossing space and time,
Holding the threads of life and death,
Mistress of endings and beginnings
Speaking through elders
I am the Crone
The Grandmothers
The Wisdom of Age
I am Hecate, I am Kali, I am the Eternal One
I cross space and time,
Holding the threads of life and death,
Mistress of endings and beginnings
I am completion of the Cycle
Maiden
Mother
Crone
I have come as the Goddess,
And in me
all life renews
All things are possible
The Crone comes dancing
Silently, powerfully, relentlessly,
To all
