When an individual reaches a place of spiritual receptivity, their consciousness begins opening to truth. Just the tiniest bit of spiritual insight often indicates spiritual awakening. This is happening for many at this time and can be observed as increasingly more individuals begin recognizing that most of the world’s problems are a result of laws, beliefs, concepts, traditions, and religious rules that have been accepted and even embraced by the majority simply because they were promoted by those in positions of authority.

Portals of high resonating energy are now open and flowing. Even though you may not yet be seeing the changes you have hoped for or expected, most of you are experiencing these energies physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Meditation is getting easier. You may find that you have become more discerning and are now questioning what you are told. Things you previously gave importance to have begun to feel unimportant and irrelevant. You begin to recognize the debris in your personal belief system and discover that many of the things you have always considered as being necessary for happiness (foods, entertainments, relationships, religious beliefs) simply aren’t.

On the other hand, the presence of high resonating Light is also serving to expose pockets of obsolete energy needing to be recognized, acknowledged, and released–presently being experienced by many as physical, emotional, mental, and even spiritual discords that seem to come from nowhere. Trust and allow the process dear ones, always remembering that your Higher Self is always running the show, not three dimensional concepts and beliefs.

Trust that there is a Divine plan and allow it to unfold without resistance. Resistance is a natural human response to anything unwanted, but resistance is a form of energy that simply feeds and gives power to the appearance being resisted. Non-resistance does not mean ignoring an issue, or saying; “God is all, this isn’t real” all the while struggling with some physical or emotional issue.

Spiritual non-resistance is doing what you are guided to do but doing it without giving the situation power or reality through the realization that although everything in the third dimension has an underlying reality, three dimensional creations have no law to maintain or sustain them, are not God ordained, and simply manifest three dimensional beliefs which is why they are always temporary.

It is difficult to trust that there is a Divine Plan when you witness the suffering of so many or when everything that seems to hold your life in order begins to crumble. However, anyone honestly seeking truth must trust the reality of who and what they are.

It is time to really, truly, and honestly accept that a consciousness of oneness with God automatically constitutes your oneness with all that God is and therefore there is no need to continue constantly seeking good from the outer world. As this becomes your state of consciousness, the abundance, harmony, creativity, completeness, intelligence etc. etc. already fully present in your individualized Divine Consciousness will begin to manifest in seemingly ordinary ways and without effort.

You who read these messages are spiritually prepared to live from a consciousness of trust, in the realization that whatever is taking place in your life at this time is part of an unstoppable evolutionary process that is lovingly guiding you out of a conditioned consciousness of duality, separation, and two powers and into the reality of Divine Consciousness already fully present within you.

You must be willing to surrender concepts and beliefs based in duality, separation, and two powers even if doing this separates you from the beliefs of some close to you. There is no need to broadcast the changes you make within or attempt to “save” others through them. Make these choices silently and secretly, living them to the best of your ability.

Spiritual trust is not a blind faith in some nebulous giving and withholding God. Rather it is accepting that because you are the manifestation/expression of one omnipresent Divine Consciousness, you embody all that God is, making everything unlike God, illusion.

Do what you are guided to do when three dimensional experiences demand practical three dimensional actions but always remain centered in the knowledge and trust that your Higher Self is guiding you through every experience toward full remembrance of who you already are but have forgotten.

Trust that you are being guided in every moment regardless of how difficult your human world may seem because ONEness is the reality.

Energy Update 3/27

At this stage of our ascension journey, many are passing through a very important period, one of self-liberation through the conscious inner work of healing and clearing their universal selves, and the many memories that resurface when we are in this transitional phase. This is a pivotal time for all who are unifying themselves, through soul retrieval, and through the clearing of parallel timelines, as what is taking place is the reunification of all the aspects of who we are, in our present individualized self, bringing to the surface the many issues that are still unhealed, before the reunification can take place.

Clearing collective and personal timeliness memories is of utmost importance, at this time, for we not only carry our own soul memories of everything we have previously experienced but also the many memories that are related to our human 3D timeline, as a collective consciousness. Therefore, we not only need to clear our personal ones before unifying ourselves completely but the collective memories such as war ones and many other collective beliefs and memories that are in our collective body and that impede us to see who we really are.

Once we remove all false memories, implants, and the many distortions caused by the many incarnations experienced, it is when we finally can move out of the false timeliness and begin the creation of a more illumined one, which is what many are doing at this time.

An inner healing process that Aries energies are supporting, as we have moved from experiencing Oneness, with Pisces, to initiate ourselves again into the divine wheel, by moving our consciousness from All to the Self with Aries, focusing on who we are at this precise time within Creation, and in all the potential that our individualized self holds and that we are here to retrieve and expand.

Aries, and Taurus’s energies at this time too, especially with the coming eclipse in Aries, will invite us to anchor all the parallel wisdom from all of our selves, during this self-unifying process, as well as all we have witnessed, descended, and created, while we dwelt in Pisces, into our earthly plane, where we are meant to create and evolve.

At a planetary level, especially by having Saturn already in Pisces together with Pluto in Aquarius, we are also going to witness the many changes that will gradually take place, for what is obsolete shall be removed to create new structures that benefit All, not just a few, as it has been until this moment in our planet.

Major changes are being anchored in our Earth’s fabrics or grids, as there have been important achievements made, thanks to the support of the Auroras, during this month of March, when many have been able to observe the Aurora Lights assisting us in restoration, in many different countries.

We are beginning to consciously transcend old structures, ways of thinking, and living, for the first time on our planet. Starting this process inwardly is pivotal to be part of the planetary transition that is taking place.

We are blossoming as the cosmic seeds that we truly are, growing in love, wisdom, and power, and it is precisely doing our inner work what triggers the change in both ourselves and hence in the outer, that we all wish to see, for it is in our hands to anchor and expand this change throughout our devotion to help All, in this planetary transition.

New Recommendations for prescribing psychiatric RX

New recommendations for deprescribing and tapering antidepressants, benzodiazepines, z-drugs, gabapentinoids, and opioids have been made based on input from service users and a global survey.

These recommendations were recently published in the scientific journal PLOS ONE by a team of authors from the United Kingdom, including Ruth E. Cooper, Michael Ashman, Jo Lomani, Joanna Moncrieff, Anne Guy, James Davies, Nicola Morant, and Mark Horowitz.

The authors not only documented the current state of deprescribing and tapering but also aimed to identify factors that contribute to successful outcomes for service users who go through the deprescribing and tapering process.

“In the UK, a recent Public Health England (PHE) Report identified the scale of the prescribing of drugs that can cause dependence and withdrawal as a significant public health issue. It found that one in four adults in England were prescribed at least one prescription of a benzodiazepine, z-drug, gabapentinoid, opioid or antidepressant in 2017–2018,” the authors write.

“In the USA, it is estimated that 10.4% of people are using benzodiazepines, and benzodiazepine-related deaths have risen, which has generated concern. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) updated a boxed warning for benzodiazepine medications to add information about the risks of abuse, misuse, addiction, physical dependence, and withdrawal reactions…In Norway, due to dissatisfaction with aspects of mental healthcare, including high rates of prescribing of psychiatric medication, service user groups successfully campaigned for the introduction (from 2015) of medication-free mental health services into national policy.”

March’s Ending

As March comes to a close, the cosmos is delivering a breathtaking display, with an alignment of five planets.

Jupiter, Mercury, Venus, Uranus, and Mars, will form an arc in the night sky, and this rare and extraordinary event will be visible from March 25th to March 30th, with the peak being on March 28th.

This planetary alignment holds mystical significance, as it opens up a window for an increase in mystical phenomena such as premonitions, serendipities, synchronicities, prophetic dreams, and déjà vu. These serve as gateways to a deeper level of understanding of ourselves and our relationships, as well as a greater connection to the universe.

Rebirthing ourselves

⭐️⭐️⭐️Remember this as you shed your tears…

WE are rebirthing ourselves. WE are rebirthing a New World. It’s going to hurt. We’ve got old scars, wounds, scabs and pain to feel and release both at the individual level and globally. Can you love and accept yourself wherever you are at, whatever you may feel? You are right on time, in your story. You are worthy, and deserving of healing. We all are!

That said, we are never returning to who we used to be and neither will the world. Structures need to collapse, yet it feels kind of like having the rug pulled from underneath you. The safety net is gone. It is and will continue to be unchartered territory. The end result is glorious… but in the meantime… can you just feel it all… all the craziness, all the joys, all the pains? Can you open your heart and forgive yourself and those who’ve held you back, stunted your growth, kept you small, and told you that you were not enough?

Most importantly, can you trust the Light of the Universe? Although I am a blubbering mess today going on less than two hours of sleep, I say YES I DO! I believe with my whole heart we can do this. Let’s get really messy and do this! 💜🙏🌿💫

4 Laws of a Shaman

THE FOUR LAWS OF A SHAMAN

The first says:

“The person who comes into our life is the right person”

In other words, no one comes into our lives by chance, all the people around us, who interact with us, are there for a reason, to make us learn and advance in each situation.

The second law says:

“What happens is the only thing that could have happened.”

Nothing, but nothing, absolutely nothing that happens to us in our lives could have been otherwise.

Not even the most insignificant detail.

There is no: “if I had done such a thing, such another would have happened…”.

Nope.

What happened was the only thing that could have happened and it had to have been so for us to learn that lesson and move on.

Each and every one of the situations that happen to us in our lives are perfect, even if our mind and our ego resist and do not want to accept it.

The third says:

“Anytime it starts is the right time.”

Everything starts at the right time, neither before nor after.

When we are ready for something new to start in our lives, that is when it will begin.

And the fourth and last:

“When something ends, it ends.”

Just like that.

If something ended in our lives, it is for our evolution, therefore it is better to leave it, move on and advance already enriched by that experience.

I think it is not by chance that you are reading this, if these words came into our lives today; It’s because we’re prepared to understand that no snowflake ever falls in the wrong place.”
