Our bodies are changing and we are going through extreme releasing so that more Light can enter our cells, and other previous dormant, or what scientists believe as junk DNA can activate. As our old karmic imprints are being burnt away by the sacred fires of alchemy, higher light is able to enter because of these purifying fires. It’s been quite a whirlwind as these new energies are infiltrating.
We are all feeling the many subtle changes going on around us and within our bodies and this will continue to happen so that our energy has time to adjust to the new frequencies being transmitted down, helping us to not only clear the old blockages, but to integrate the very new rays that have new signature patterns.

Higher vibrational density is more liquid in nature, looser bonding, freer in composition, the density decreases as the vibrations increase.
You may experience this in numerous ways which have become well known as ascension symptoms, others will attribute this to aerial chemical trails, others still as the results of genetically modified foods, electro-magnetic frequencies, pharmaceutical and chemical manipulation. You are the culmination of all that you energetically consume.
Belief will determine your own reality. Recognise Others may not share yours and effort spent convincing them in futile conflict is better placed towards seeking those in which resonance draws you together.
You have been assigned Om-work which requires you to look directly at the energetic feelings that are passing through you, around you and are currently influencing you. What takes place around you and is brought to your attention IS your work.
Look deep within Your Self, to see where you are, what you are personally dealing with, the way you are dealing with the cocktail of feelings that pass through your heart centre daily. What have you become as a result of the influences you have been receiving?
All that takes place externally of you shows you the World reflected back to you by the actions and reactions of those around you; feedback, participation, conflict, argument, co-operation. Now we enter a time when many get to feel this directly, as the feelings of Others also begin to feed through our heart centres, running parallel with our own feelings. A time to directly experience the effects of our actions on Others through empathetic resonance with their emotions as our own. That’s going to bring about more self-responsibility, the direct karmic effect of instant feedback.
The expansion of self awareness towards unity consciousness during the ‘day out of time’, brings with it huge responsibility, of which not all will welcome the implications. The opening of the heart centre to the full experience of the collective consciousness, the feelings and emotions of humanity as a whole. If you have not accepted what is happening in your own life, and then followed up by accepting all those around you, the next stage may come as a shock. To realise that every action you take impacts on another and feeds directly into the collective consciousness to be experienced by all. This is what will bring about the changes in the world YOU want to live in, self governing, self responsibility, self validation, self worth.
Every single individual taking their own course of action to make themselves feel good about their Selves and in turn choosing to assist others to feel the same. There is no requirement for everyone to rush out and save the world, there is no requirement to wait for another person, being, saviour, entity or race to bring about all the solution’s to the world’s problems. This is how it will work, this is how it’s done, as it has already been done on countless worlds, over countless times.
It is now our turn, this time as a human being, precious and respected as a manifestation of Love to share and live together as One on our beloved Earth.

Who is Changing Woman? Crone Woman? Wise Woman?
When you encounter her, you feel safe and also tread lightly.
She holds a fierce boundary because she’s learned to hold hands with death in the waking heart palpitations and night sweats.
She knows her time is limited and she has work yet to be done.
Gazing at the theater of life with a twinkle in her eyes, she is no longer engaged in the frenzy.
Rather, she enjoys the show and the parade passing by.
Her wisdom informs her the suffering of one person has no equal, and she honors that with deep listening.
She has seen death a thousand times, held a loved one’s hand while they grasped death’s soft grip with the other, as he lifted them from here into the ancestors arms.
She’s held those ravaged by loss, witnessed the grieving lay their babies in the earth, and is no stranger to suffering.
She has seen war and nursed the damage personally.
She has felt deep hunger in her belly and survived.
She sees into the eyes and knows a person’s heart.
She speaks her truth with integrity.
The earth and its storms are her friends.
Slowly she is giving herself up to feed Mother Earth, who has nurtured and provided for her endlessly.
She is ever changing Changing Woman, and knows this now.
She is powerfully present in each moment.
Her humor heals everything in a flash.
Her ancestors reveal themselves to her as she gazes at the back of her hands.
Her bones speak to her of countless stories arising to be healed with her wisdom and grace.
In her dreams, and in whispers on the breeze, her ancestors show her the way home.
They give her the medicine they needed.
Her bones carry all of the wisdom of her lineage.
When you encounter her with respect, you know you will be okay.
