1st 3 years are critical in childhood

My parenting changed when I learned that the critical years are only the first three.

Yes, only the first three.

After that, everything eases up gradually until the child becomes an adult.

The first three years are called the trust versus mistrust stage, and they’re the landing phase of life.

Your work as a parent is to pour love into your child unreservedly and to travel all the distance to meet them emotionally.

When they smile, you smile back. When they’re sad, you soothe them.

When they play with you, you play with them. When they want to be held, you hold them.

If you respond consistently and lovingly to them at this stage, they learn that people are loving and the world can be safe.

They don’t learn about mom and daddy or their home. They’re learning the world.

Should we say that in other words?

During the first three years of life, the child is not just learning you. They’re learning the world through you.

If you win their trust, you have won their trust for the world. If they can’t trust you, neither can they trust the world.

There’s no other stage in life when a person is so impressionable.

Sometimes, the child will have very inconvenient needs, like asking you to carry them when you’ve just arrived from work and you’re tired.

Do not deny them or punish them. Just drop everything and pick them up. You can wisely help them transition from that mood shortly after using diversionary tactics, but you must meet their need for connection first.

When they share their toy or food with you, receive it with full attention and appreciation. They’re giving you everything they have.

It’s not just a toy but their entire possessions. When you appreciate it, you’re registering in their highly impressionable brain that they matter.

Sometimes, the child will be restless, irritable, and outright difficult.

You will try five different meals, and they refuse all of them.

You will change their diapers and clothes, and they’re still crying.

You’ll soothe them for hours, and they still refuse to fall asleep.

You’ll feel frustrated and even angry. This is understandable and totally human.

But during those moments, you should remember one thing: the child is not trying to frustrate you.

They’re simply struggling with being human on that day. They’re as lost as you.

Your task at that time is to try one thing after another until you get out of the phase.

Perhaps they have stomach discomfort or colic. Perhaps the weather is too hot. Or you brought in a new nanny, and it made the child anxious for having to lose the other one with who they had bonded so well, and now he or she needs to grieve while also embracing a new person.

Perhaps there’s water in the baby’s ear or an irritating eye after water got into their eyes during bath time.

In other words, the child could be going through any of a hundred baby problems. You should attempt one solution after another until the phase passes.

If you leave the baby with a dishonest caregiver, for example, they may disrupt their sleep schedule by letting the baby oversleep while they indulge in their own leisure. Results? At bedtime, the baby is fully awake, and your attempts to make them sleep only annoy the child.

Is the child to blame for disturbing until 2 a.m.? They’re simply not sleepy because they slept too much during the day while under the care of another parent figure whom you delegated them to.

In short, it’s not easy to parent right during this stage, but if you approach it with empathy and patience, you’ll manage.

Once the child clocks three under this intensive care, voila! The programming is done.

Now they repel mean friends and shady adults because anything that’s not loving is strange to them.

Now, you can reason and schedule your interactions with working breaks in between. You can ask them what they experienced while you were away.

The child can let you work or go to the market as long as you keep your word and continue the same reliability and commitment you had when they were under three.

But life gets easier now since they can reason, communicate their needs, and even control themselves for increasing periods.

The next fifteen years after age three are divided into blocks of 5, each with a distinct role. Ages 8, 13, and 18 are the last pivotal milestones to cross, but each is easier than the previous.

“Energy Signatures: How Beings Are Recognized Beyond Form”

Throughout my experiences as a Contactee, I’ve come to understand that beings—whether human, interdimensional, or extraterrestrial—are not defined by their physical form but by their energy signature. This unique imprint, like a cosmic fingerprint, carries the essence of who or what a being truly is. While humans often rely on visual recognition, higher-dimensional entities perceive identity through energy, vibration, and resonance.

But what does this mean for us? How can we learn to recognize beings, events, or even our own soul connections beyond what our physical senses perceive?

What is an Energy Signature?

An energy signature is the unique frequency or vibrational essence that a being emits. It is a reflection of consciousness, intent, and even soul evolution. Unlike names, faces, or voices, which can change across lifetimes and dimensions, an energy signature remains a constant identifier.

Key aspects of an energy signature include:
• Frequency & Vibration: Higher-dimensional beings recognize each other by the frequency they emit. This is why many Contactees experience an overwhelming sense of knowing when encountering certain beings, even if they appear in different forms.
• Emotional & Intent-Based Recognition: Some beings carry a presence that evokes peace, familiarity, or even discomfort. This is because energy does not lie—its essence reveals the true nature of a being.
• Soul Connection Across Lifetimes: Some people and entities feel instantly familiar because their energy is already known to us from other realms or past incarnations.

How Non-Human Intelligences Recognize Us

While humans rely on sight and sound, interdimensional and extraterrestrial beings perceive individuals through their energy signature. This means:
• They do not need to see our physical body to know who we are.
• They can find us across dimensions based on our frequency alone.
• Communication is enhanced by alignment in energy, rather than language.

This also explains why many Contact experiences are highly telepathic and emotionally charged—recognition happens instantly, without the need for words.

Recognizing Energy in Daily Life

While this concept is deeply tied to Contact experiences, we can also train ourselves to recognize energy signatures in everyday life:

  1. Noticing Familiarity Without Logical Reasoning – Ever meet someone and feel as though you already know them? Their energy is triggering an awareness beyond this lifetime.
  2. Sensing the Truth Behind Words – Some people speak kindly, but their energy feels “off.” This is because intent is embedded in energy, not just words.
  3. Understanding Places & Objects Hold Energy – Certain locations or items carry energetic imprints of past events, allowing sensitive individuals to “read” them.

Why This Matters in the Ascension Process

As humanity moves toward higher consciousness, learning to perceive energy beyond form is essential. This ability:
• Strengthens telepathic connections with higher beings.
• Helps in discernment, so we are not deceived by appearances.
• Prepares us for open Contact, where energy recognition will be primary over visual cues.

In my own experiences, I have recognized beings not by how they look, but by the familiar presence they carry. This is how I knew certain NHI have been with me through different lifetimes and why I trust my Grey escorts, despite the way media often portrays them. Energy never lies.

Final Thoughts

Energy signatures reveal more about identity than any physical form ever could. As we continue evolving, learning to trust our energetic awareness will become second nature. The universe is not built on what we see—it is structured by the invisible forces of frequency, resonance, and consciousness.

As we move forward, ask yourself: Who or what do I recognize beyond appearances? What energies feel familiar to me, even when I cannot explain why? The answers might surprise you.

We are experiencing an extraordinary shift as we journey towards an Equinox bookended by a lunar and solar eclipse: energies are immensely potent and paradoxically uplifting and excavating.

My dreams are of water, water, water…

last night of the flooding of a floor in a school hall to clean it and then the sounds of the waters draining away, clearing.

As the rainbow body begins to materialise, the golden rainbow light is clearly visible in auras and it carries such high codings: to be in its presence is to enter a deep state of connection and purity; of joy and possibility. It winds through the energy body to arc over the crown and is a bridge to all dimensions.

A place the divine energy can be clearly felt stepping down into the human temple. We are guided to attune ourselves to our own lightbodies, to bear witness to this monumental, light-speed shift. To pour love into this miraculous metamorphosis.

‘New earth’ is also being expressed symbolically with greater frequency —

a verdant paradise encircling us —

drawn so close to the body now it might be a cloak.

And I am also seeing the living light field of the Truth. It appears as both a two dimensional plane of golden light woven into sacred geometric architecture — rather like the backdrop to a stage — and also as a multi-dimensional field that interpenetrates all realms and dimensions simultaneously. It enfolds even as it flows through. It is the guiding principle and material (mater/ial or mother) of the new era.

Astrology update

It’s really quite astounding, the amount of revealing, transformative energies occurring in the current astrology.

We are in the midst of a Venus retrograde, Mercury shadow retrograde, Eclipse season (all 3 activating the same degree – 9 Aries), a t square in the mutable signs (involving Jupiter, Orcus and Saturn which the eclipse is activating), Jupiter on a fixed “Royal” star Aldebaran, Neptune at the very last degree of Pisces, Mars still in its post retrograde shadow opposing Pholus, a grand water trine and Uranus conjunct the fixed “demon” star Algol (the worst reputation of the fixed stars). I mean really?

There is just so much happening that I really dont even know where to begin. So, if you feel like you have been “going through it” its very understandable and I am here to validate the crazy.

The first place to start is the fact that the mutables are really being activated.

The mutable signs, Virgo, Pisces, Gemini and Sagittarius have very much to do with the mind; what we think, how we perceive, what we believe and why, our early life environment and condoning that shape our mindset, beliefs, perceptions, etc.

Jupiter is in Gemini, Saturn and Nessus are in Pisces, and Orcus (asteroid) is in Virgo. This creates tension, requiring change and creative solutions that ultimately encourages soul growth and evolution.

So, the question is; what has influenced and continues to influence your mindset, thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions?

With Saturn involved its really time to get real and honest about any illusions, delusions and blind spots we carry that create problems, suffering, self undoing’s and limitations in our lives. Nessus joining Saturn is about taking responsibility for understanding how our ancestral inheritances, conditioning and patterning influence our lives in negative ways, and committing to NOT operate from that past any longer.

Its important to note that the mutable signs offer us the ability to shape shift and change. Its malleable energy. The more curious we become and the more we are willing to embrace and embody the benefits and necessity of change, the better off we will be. It really is not the time to dig your heels into anything or hold onto things that are toxic.

Pisces, in HUGE focus, gives us the ability to tap into and connect with what physics calls the “Quantum Field” or what Christianity calls God.

Ive recently heard a Christian Mystic use the phrase “coming to God with holy, empty hands”. This, to me, is the epitome of Pisces. We are learning to soften and lean into listening to a voice and a guidance that goes so beyond the ego and all of the baggage the ego comes with.

The ego is the part of self that is born from feeling separate from the wisdom and protection of God and from life itself. Now life becomes about erecting survival defenses, coping mechanisms and strategies – all of this is unconscious of course. From our traumas, wounds and experiences, it becomes a dog-eat-dog world to be survived. The connection with God is no more – its severed when we habituate to the ego’s defenses, beliefs, attitudes, thoughts, ideas, strategies, perceptions – which are all based on past life

memories, familial conditioning, negative life experiences, wounds, traumas, etc. This is the human condition my friend, and we’re all in it.

What Pisces does is give us a way out.

Pisces is the sign of compassion, grace and God. Christ is the avatar of the Piscean Age that we are currently in. We also happen to be swimming knee deep in Piscean energy this year, with tons of planets traversing the sign.

It might help to understand what the cross actually is to better understand Christs role in offering healing and redemption to us.

The cross is actually the “cross of matter” in astrology – that is, the bone structure of the chart that lies within the circle. Its the ascendant, descendant, midheaven, and nadir points. This “anchors in” our soul for this incarnation. So, the cross represents our human incarnation in the material, 3d, physical world, where we predominantly use our 5 senses to navigate. The world becomes real and life gets meaning ONLY from what can be touched, tasted, felt, heard and seen when we operate solely from that limited level of 5 sense consciousness. This is limitation.

Christ, when facing his persecutors exclaimed “forgive them father, they know not what they do” acknowledging this human condition of limited 3d consciousness and then sought to rise above in his act of ascension from the cross (limited human thought and perception).

He raised his consciousness above the human-animal nature. He aligned with God, who surpasses all limited human thought and understanding. He rested in the Quantum Field, in Source, in that Holy, Empty Space where all potentials, possibilities and miracles happen – and, where true peace is possible.

Christ recognized how insane the egoic world was and knew he had to surrender and die to it and to his own ego as well in order to connect with God’s Mind, the Divine Mind. This is where his POWER and protection was, not with ego. That’s a false self generated from fear and survival, rather than God’s realm of LOVE and WISDOM. This is what keeps us looping generation after generation of pain and suffering and repeated karmic patterns.

With Nessus in Pisces conjunct Saturn, its truly time for each of us to die to the old self, the ego, to its old ways and to rise, to shine, to embody our Spirit and Divine Nature as given to us by God as we walk in the world.

That is what creates real change, each one of us recognizing who we really are underneath all the masks and costumes, and actually BEING that true self. Its the time to have the Courage (Aries) to be the change, to physically embody and walk in the Spirit-Self (Pisces).

AND we cannot do this if we are clinging to the past and old version of ourselves and life that are no longer serving our Spiritual unfoldment.

Pluto and Uranus are BOTH in fixed signs – indicating the need for change and breaking rooted and fixed habits and patterns in order to welcome the new. Pluto will bestow great power if only we could let go of our attachments that dont work in our favor anymore. Unhealthy clinging must be addressed.

Venus and Mercury in retrograde in BOTH Aries and Pisces are greatly reinforcing the process of ego death and rising, of breaking unhealthy patterns and mindsets, and of being reborn anew.

The grand trine of Vesta, Jupiter and Saturn/Nessus in water helps us to heal emotionally from the past, from things that steal our power, and that keep us in pain and suffering. We do this by getting real about our blind spots AND being willing to step up and take responsibility – to be accountable, to be an adult, to have integrity, to be willing to release anything (in sacrifice) in our lives that no longer serves or supports our highest Spiritual potential.

AND speaking of integrity, Jupiter on Aldebaran encourages us to be in absolute integrity, lest we have a fall from grace and suffer, reveling in ego strategies and the shadow self.

Uranus on Algol has us busy confronting and slaying demons.

The current eclipse season, like all eclipse seasons bring events that accelerate our souls growth, development and evolution and sometimes in not such nice ways. It can sometimes feel like a fire lit under your feet or a sledgehammer falling on your head to jar you awake. Other times it can be a blessed opportunity that seemingly falls into your lap. Either way, eclipses are eye openers and course changers.

Mars in Cancer (still in its post retrograde energy) opposing Pholus in Capricorn highlights how our conditioning impacts our lives. According to info generated by AI, Pholus “can cause people to experience unexpected and extreme situations that force them to outgrow old patterns. Pholus can also reveal undeveloped facets of a personality trait, which can lead to insight into shortcomings and a drive to make changes”.

Because these planets are activating the Cancer/Capircorn axis, this is about understanding the way our past, family, culture, and society have conditioned us in negative and harmful ways, while the other astrology helps to actually do something about it – to take some kind of action (Aries retrogrades and Eclipse) to remediate and redeem ourselves (Pisces), to birth a new chapter (Aries) , to write a new story (Sag – empty leg of mutable t -square).

Ive been at this astrology thing for quite a long time, AND I can say with confidence that this is the most intense, cathartic and life changing time as revealed in the stars, that I have seen maybe ever!

Alongside all the potential challenges, there is also immense support and divine grace on offer, BUT we really have to learn into it, we really have to work to connect to that because its LOUD and OBNOXIOUS out there. People are NOT on their best behavior, and one reason is that many dont know what is going on and so they arent using this time to heal and awaken, but to go deeper into their shadow and self-destruct. My advice is to “Grab onto Grace” as much as possible because its on offer!

I have heard so many use the term “spiritual warfare” recently and I can see that astrology very clearly.

It seems obvious that we are not fighting against flesh and blood (man to man) but against powers and principalities, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places..

Our ego’s are at war with our Spirit, on a personal and collective level. When will we reconcile this split? When will we place our Spirits above our ego’s – in the proper order, according to Divine Law? When will we exalt love and wisdom over fear and survival? Are you waiting on the world to change? When will you embrace personal change? When will you drop your ego and all its false perceptions, beliefs, traumas, narratives, stories, past experiences, strategies, defenses, and coping mechanisms? When will you die on your own cross and be set free? Perhaps when you’ve had enough pain and suffering, and that timing is different for everyone, BUT know that this process is just beginning. Our real spiritual awakening is just getting started.

As Neptune and Saturn hit the 0 degree Aries point this year and next, we will ALL be initiated into an incredible process of reclaiming our Spirit and merging that with our Humanity. This is the merging of Spirt (Neptune) and Matter (Saturn) and really expressing and embodying that in the world (Aries).

No one is here to save you, YOU are here to save yourself, by realizing WHAT and WHO you are underneath your humanity. STOP looking for a savior (mommy or daddy/Cancer-Capricorn) or projecting your power, knowing, and spiritual abilities onto others. You have a direct connection to God via your Spirit and that is priceless and should never be given over to another human being, regardless of title, authority, expertise, OR any kind of fear mongering narratives.

We are in the Great (Pluto) Awakening (Aquarius). ❤
