Fear , self control , self defensive, holding shame , very fixed ,victim mind set , does not hear you

Adversarial always , predetermined to see you and your needs

Brick Walls have more expansion

Mental Midgets with nothing to say or do that’s realistic .

Totally believe the distorted shadow is very low vibration and extremely unhealed .

Isolation becomes a job for self which has been invalidated time and again by narcissistic abuse.

So yes , I have grown , lost my dependency on external energy and my faith is stronger.

Especially assured that this shadow cycle is over but for legalities and facts are acknowledged .

I have no doubt that this has been spiritual warfare and healing myself was a necessary part of this journey .
