Unfortunately, for me this apt dissertation

of a loving relationship has had a short

shelf life , or masked the non demonstrably

and yes , I ignored the ” red flags ” that

indicated his avoidance of intimacy , touch,

kissing , compliments and honest

vulnerability . I began to understand the

basic roots of this detachment ,

the rages that were sudden , and the lack

of desire to grow as an individual and as

parents , a couple , people …

And I withered …I lost my place … I was

disposed of . Donna no longer exists .

And the many losses , the gross amount of

of lies ….

Disproved , Accredited. Cycle Closed

I doubt marriage is in my future but love

is , and it’s gonna be trippin’!

When a man and a woman get married and get to have frequent sex, it is easy to neglect the little ways of affection and the focus becomes sex. “You are already giving each other sex. That is the furthest two people can go when it comes to physical connection, so why bother with lesser connections?” Some might think.

Some people get touched by their spouse only when sex is the agenda. This wasn’t the case when they were getting to know each other. Don’t be such a spouse. Even though now you can get unlimited and unrestricted sex from your spouse, don’t forget to do these little, innocent, warm things… ✍

1. Hugging your spouse. Something as simple as a hug.

2. Kissing your spouse on other places besides the lips such us the forehead, cheeks, fingers, back, neck.

3. Cuddling with your spouse.

4. Holding hands with your spouse even if just for a while.

5. Squeezing your spouse’s hand to show care, unity, love.

6. Studying your spouse’s body. Focusing on other areas besides penis, vagina, clit and nipples.

7. Complimenting your spouse beyond his/her sexuality.

8. Staying naked together, not because you want to have sex, but because you are comfortable with each other.

9. Sometimes eating from the same bowl/plate.

10. Looking out for each other.

11. Making time to have quality moments together.

12. Talking about feelings.

These little gestures show affection in a big way. No one is ever too grown to receive or give affection; so stop trying to act like you’re too grown for these little acts of affection if you want your marriage to be warm.

It is sad how when a man and woman are dating they treat each other so well as they look forward to marriage then when they get married they treat each other worse and more casual than they did when dating. Love should be progressive, not retrogressive. If your heart out of love led you to treat your spouse so well when you were dating, then your heart is not the problem; your pride is. You still have the same heart. A loving heart never grows old. You did it then, and if you want to, you can do it today.

Many think that the way to spice up their dull marriage is to have more sex. But actually, the way to do it is to go back to how you treated each other before marriage when marriage was a wonderful idea. Go back to doing those little acts of affection and you will see that you two will stop having just sex, you will start to make love… ✍

compromise self integrity, self respect, self worth, lower your standards, compromise your energies to fit in or abandon your values and boundaries to receive.

When you fully allow ascending self to receive, you are opening a portal of pure potential and possibility where the most incredible manifestations can present themself in life .This is true creation. The Ascending are moving into new levels of abundance in conscious new earth creation. It is now safe to receive everything desired.

In past version of self, unresolved trauma may have made you tolerate people who treated you poorly and inappropriately because you may have felt afraid of losing them. Healing however has made ascending self realise that losing yourself by trying to please entitled others is far worse and will never work.

You do not attract what you want in life, you attract what you are. Your external world mirrors the vibration you hold and embody. Shift your frequency and the world must shift with you.

The world we were taught is only a fraction of what exists. Reality bends to perception, and perception is shaped by belief. What you think is ‘real’ is only what you have been trained to see. The mind does not show you reality, it filters it. You do not see the world as it is but as you are. Expand your conscious awareness and the world expands with you.

Fear is pure energy. Left untamed it destroys. Directed, it illuminates. Mastery is learning to harness it instead of running from it. Fear marks the edge of your current identity. Growth is impossible without discomfort. The more internal resistance you feel the closer you are to self transformation.

Fear appears as a barrier but it is actually an entry point. Every time you avoid fear you avoid conscious growth. The only way to conquer fear is to move through it. Fear guards your greatest strengths. Whatever you resist, is hiding something you need, when you turn away you leave your power behind.

Avoidance does not remove fear it only strengthens its hold. What we refuse to face controls us. The longer you wait, the deeper the roots of fear grow. Fear is only chaotic when left unchecked. When you face it directly it loses its grip and ability to control you.

Fear is the boundary between who you are and who you are becoming. What you resist holds the key to your next transformation. Break through it and you reclaim the power it once held over you. Fear is not the enemy. It is energy waiting to be transformed and reclaimed. Every time you step through fear you reclaim the power it once held over you.

Energy leaks happen when you give attention to distractions. Social noise, unhealthy minded people , fear, old wounds, living in past experiences all drain your reserves of energy. A leaking net catches nothing and a mind without focus holds nothing.

Withdrawing self’s attention from what-drains you. Call back the energy tied to old fears, wasted efforts, and external noise. Bring everything back to its centre.

Energy moves where you allow it. Power is not taken it is given and you can reclaim it consciously with strong intention, taking it back. There is ancient power hidden within and the time to remember is now. Most things on the ascension path can’t be taught it can only be remembered.

Nothing happens in the physical without first shifting in the unseen. Thoughts, emotions, and frequencies shape reality before action takes form. Master energy and you master creation.

Desire is not random it is soul recognition. What pulls you is already aligned with you in another form. The journey is not to chase, but to remember and to allow.

Detachment involves observing internal emotions without allowing them to dictate our actions. It means taking a step back to gain clarity and accepting things beyond self’s control. Understanding that others’ choices are their own and not our responsibility to correct, this empowers ascending self to respond thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively, resisting destructive urges in the processes.

Practicing detachment brings tranquility in times of vulnerability, helplessness, frustration, anger, etc enabling us to listen attentively without compromising our true identity. It also allows us to perceive our own errors, self forgive, and begin anew. In strengthening detachment we learn to accept all is in divine and perfect order, coexisting with the universal flow while preserving our right to inner peace, navigating life’s challenges with resilience, self respect, grace and composure.

Discovering Truth on the ascension path is not something you invent. It is something you remember, Truth is the one thing that never changes or bends according to perception. The world offers many versions of truth. But a thing is not true simply because it is repeated or accepted. Universal truth does not ever bend or shift to fit human perception.

Avoiding truth does not protect us in any way, it keeps us blind. Clarity is only painful when it contradicts illusion. But once seen and recognised we are free.

Truth does not arrive through logic alone. It speaks in instinct, in knowing, in deep recognition. Your body understands what your mind may resist. Truth is unshaken. It does not require belief to exist. It simply is and remains the same .

Truth is an indestructible force , it is not always gentle, it dissolves what does not belong. What is real will remain. What is based in illusions will eventually fall away. Let the shedding happen.

Truth does not make life easier it makes things in life clearer. The moment you align with truth the path unfolds. What once felt uncertain becomes certain and effortless. No one owns the truth. It is a universal force, It belongs to all who are willing to recognise and respect it.

Cheaters

Men don’t cheat because of what you lack—they cheat because of who they are. You could be the most loving, caring, and supportive partner, but if a man has it in him to be unfaithful, he will be, no matter what you do.
A woman could give her all—emotionally, mentally, and physically—and still get played because cheating isn’t about the partner; it’s about the cheater’s morals, self-control, and respect for the relationship. A man who truly values and respects you will never make you feel like you have to prove your worth to keep him loyal. He won’t step out just because times get tough, the excitement fades, or another opportunity presents itself. He’ll stay committed because he knows the importance of trust and cherishes what he has.
Loyalty isn’t something you should have to beg for. A man who genuinely loves and values you will never put you in a position to question your worth over his lack of discipline. The right man won’t risk losing a good woman for a moment of weakness. His loyalty won’t depend on how well you treat him—it will be a reflection of the standards he holds for himself.

The child within

The child you once were does not disappear. They do not fade into the past like an old photograph or dissolve with the passage of time. They live within you still woven into your fears, your longings, your habits of self-protection. They are there in the way your body tenses at a raised voice, in the way you hesitate before asking for what you need, in the ache you feel when love seems just out of reach.

Healing is not about leaving this child behind. It is about turning toward them with the love and presence they were once denied.

Trauma is not just what happened to us it is what did not happen. It is the touch that never came, the safety that was absent, the soothing voice that never told us, You are enough just as you are. The child learns to survive, to adapt, to become small, quiet, or pleasing anything to maintain attachment. And so, they remain trapped in us, frozen in time, waiting for someone to come back for them.

But no one is coming except you.

Healing is not about discarding the past, as if we could simply will ourselves into a new story. It is about remembering. Not in the sense of reliving pain endlessly, but in the sense of reclaiming what was lost. To truly heal, we must become the very presence our younger selves longed for. We must speak to them gently, hold them in their sorrow, let them grieve the love they never received.

We do not heal by rejecting the child within us. We heal by turning toward them and saying:

“I see you. I know how much it hurt. I know how alone you felt. But I am here now. You are no longer abandoned. You are no longer unseen. You are safe with me.”

This is the work: to break the cycle of self-abandonment. To stop running from the echoes of our past and instead meet them with tenderness. Healing does not mean forgetting it means integrating.
