change is constant and inevitable in new Earth , the ascending are currently in the midst of a significant earth shift. Energetic upgrades continue , the ascending collective may be feeling these planetary effects on a physical, mental emotional, and spiritual level. As many now move from one conscious timeline and higher dimension into another, the physical body will need time to recalibrate and adjust.

Recent events, such as the full moon solar eclipse and Mercury retrograde, have intensified the energy the ascending are now experiencing. Many Starseeds are dealing with flu-like ascension symptoms, as well as fatigue in the physical releasing of density , sleeplessness, and dehydration. dreaming more frequently , experiencing the thinning of the veil , craving certain foods. These are all signs that the body is undergoing going intense transmuting through a significant recalibration and transformation.

Although these symptoms can feel uncomfortable, they are also a natural part of the Ascension process. The ascending are in a death and rebirth phase that will take the required time to release all false conditioning , all emotions attached from past traumas . Starseeds are clearing out past fears, illusions , woundings , and past obstacles and blocks on the path .

As the ascending move from the subconscious aspects to the higher conscious aspects , they become aware of these internal issues and begin to release them from their system. This clearing enables the elevation of frequencies and vibrations to move forward on the Ascension journey.

In times like these, it is highly beneficial to take care of the self by resting when possible drinking plenty of water to help the energies move through your physical bodies . Remaining grounded by spending time in nature, meditating, practicing yoga , moving , walking . Keeping in mind this is a time of transformation, and it is okay to slow down and take time for the self .

To rise above mass consciousness, many are clearing the energy fields through simple steps such as asking the Higher Self aspect to affirm what needs to now clear. When allowing the light of the higher consciousness to enter in , it dissolves and dissipates anything holding the true self back. Shifting to higher divine consciousness helps to experience oneness and conscious soul connection .

Lightworkers often carry within themselves a mission in relation to their parents or biological family. When they come to Earth, they have the specific intention of awakening, assisting in the process of liberating ego-based consciousness, and planting the seeds of Christ consciousness on the earth. Stronger than others, lightworkers want to teach and heal others, helping them grow toward a heart-based consciousness and rescuing self-love.

For this reason, many Lightworkers souls are born with parents or families who are strongly imprisoned in the ego-based reality of consciousness. Being lightworkers’ intention to break through trapped and rigid energy standards, they are drawn like a magnet to “trouble-situations”, in which the power is stagnant, like in a dead end. The atmosphere is usually darkness and disharmony. The lightworker comes with a certain spiritual awareness, that he is “different”, not fitting into family expectations or his being seen as a stranger in that familiar environment.

The light worker from a very young age will somehow, defy the basic family budgets on life. He almost instinctively will do anything to get his energy (his truth) back and get it flowing again. And in this process there’s usually a big challenge involved. This challenge manifests itself on a spiritual level where extremely negative frequencies within the familial realm add to the lightworker’s energetic frequency leading him to experience great suffering.

Parents may see this child as a “stranger” where his presence can somehow disrupt the family environment. When the inner beauty and purity of the Lightworker child is not recognized as such, she can often get lost in the emotions of loneliness and even depression. When this occurs she will have to slowly reconnect with her guiding guides to pursue her mission.

At the beginning of their incarnation lightworkers have the confidence deep down that they will find their way and overcome the limitations of energy of their biological family. However, gradually they will be exposed to the same dilemmas and confusions as any other child. In a way, they feel this mess deeper and more intensely.

The reason for this is that they are spiritually conscious souls, often older and wiser than their parents, who are aware that “something is not right” about the energy of their environment. Internally they collide front-on with the energies of their parents, without understanding the resonance with their mentality or behavior.

This encounter causes great internal anguish in view of the sensitivity that their souls behave. They have to find a way to survive emotionally, cope with the fact that they love their parents and that they are so different from them. This process of seeking parental affection can go on for many years until your consciousness is awakened again to the purpose of being there. This causes many psychological and emotional issues to lightworkers ranging from loneliness, insecurity, fear, guilt, dependence, depression and self-destruction.

Thus, your journey to Earth and the dark places where the energy is trapped and hostile is not without risk. It’s a dangerous mission. It’s a quest of courage. The environment in which lightworkers will begin their journey is inhospitable and they do not feel at home. They’ll have to create the home energy for themselves, with just their own feelings and using intuition as their guide. They will have to create their own inner home so that their soul can follow their divine purpose.

As lightworkers, they are masters at breaking down barriers of old suffocating thought patterns and releasing old imprisoned energies. This is a karmic mission a lightworker cannot run from because it’s part of their growth and learning. It’s the fight within yourself that marks the true warrior that he is. He will have to find his way for himself and having done so he will attract like-minded spirits into his life, people who reflect his awakened state of being where then he can return home.

Friend vs Enemy

ONE OF LIFE’S MOST IMPORTANT DECISIONS:

Albert Einstein once said that one of the most important decisions we make is whether we believe we live in a hostile or friendly universe. This crucial decision determines the quality of our life because our mindset determines how we experience life.

If we believe that fundamentally, the universe is hostile or even indifferent, then our basic attitude toward life will most likely be pessimistic. We’ll basically expect that things probably won’t work out as we want, causing us to avoid taking risks.

This belief tends to generate a mindset that life is basically futile and lacking purpose. Believing that the universe is friendly and interested in our well-being, creates a positive outlook on life generating a sense of purpose and even adventure regarding our journey here on Earth.

Living life optimistically causes us to expect that things will ultimately work out, filling us with hope and encouragement. The reality is that when it comes to the unseen, spiritual realm, we don’t know for sure whether the universe is hostile or friendly.

However, it’s my opinion that there is abundant evidence that the universe is in fact friendly and even guided by a divine entity. Since we don’t know for sure, why not simply choose to believe that the universe is friendly, knowing it will profoundly improve our quality of life.

One reason that a gratitude practice is so highly recommended is that when we are consciously looking for things to be grateful for, we are supporting a mindset that the universe is friendly, providing blessings in our lives.

What we focus on tends to expand in our lives as our brain is programmed to find examples that support our beliefs. Believing that the universe is friendly also helps to create resilience in life. We know that life will bring challenges and difficulties.

However, expecting that things will ultimately work out and that we can receive divine guidance, helps us to maintain courage and hope as we progress through life’s challenge.

“We are still making our way through the powerful portal of change and transformation initiated at eclipse season.
With this most recent Full Moon in Scorpio, square Pluto in Aquarius, we are continuing the theme of release and transformation of our whole being, so this is no small thing!
In fact, t-squares in astrology are BIG, and they are catalysts for growth and change. Given that this Full Moon produces a t-square, there is a major opportunity presenting itself, and this theme of OPPORTUNITY is also shown in the recent Jupiter/Uranus conjunction.
The growth, opportunity, and luck comes from being WILLING to release anything that creates a feeling of being stuck in limitation, pain. struggle and suffering – frustrated, sad, depressed, disempowered and anxious, repeating looping patterns that just feel bad.
Pluto, who is at the helm of this Full Moon will brings things to the surface to purge – things that steal your “mojo” or that limit access to your full potential and light.
In astrology, a t-square is comprised of 3 planets – 2 in opposition to one another and a third planet which is in a square (hard angle) to both opposing planets. This leaves one sign empty, which is the sign opposing the planet in square aspect. In this particular case, the empty leg sign is LEO. It is thought that empty leg energy is the medicine that brings balance.
Leo holds our light and vital life force energy. This is the sign that reminds us of our divine and holy inheritance – that we are made in the likeness and image of our Creator, and that we have come here as divine sparks (of that Creator) with something valuable and unique to contribute to life. That thing is ideally expressed through an open and loving heart – on fire, and brimming with creativity and inspiration. This can only happen if we have absolute self-love and self-respect, and approve of who we are.
