Stop Running

Friend, I don’t know how to help you.

I don’t know how to take away your pain.
I don’t know how to remove your heartache, your fear, your sorrow, the longings that burn deep inside.

I have known these visitors.
I have never found a way to annihilate them in myself.
I am as broken and as lost as you are.
My answers have crumbled too.

Yes, I know the yearning and loneliness you speak of.
I ran from my pain for years. I tried every fix, every solution, every addiction.
I tried to drink my loneliness away, sex it away, eat it away, meditate it away.
I tried to surround myself with people to distract myself, became addicted to people and still the loneliness haunted me.
I tried to hypnotise myself with religion, spirituality, dogma, belief and false hope.
There were times I came close to suicide; sometimes that seemed to be the only answer.
I tried to medicate away my loneliness, ignore it, bury myself in work and useless activity.

“Just keep moving”, I begged myself. “Don’t stop”.

Loneliness banged on the door in the middle of the night.
I heard her cries in my daydreams and nightmares.
I ran until my feet were bloody and raw.
I ran until I could not run anymore.

And then, life forced me to stop.
Through illness, through exhaustion, through the sheer pain of running.

It was only when I stopped… that true healing could begin.
I turned towards my loneliness and let it fill me up.
I thought I would die, but at the heart of loneliness I only found love, and more life, and more light.
And a deeper connection to the Divine.
And near-unbearable compassion for my fellow brothers and sisters.

The ‘darkness’ within me had only been a lost child, longing for love.
She was lonely for me.
She had been waiting.

It was a beautiful reunion.

Now, loneliness and I live together, as One.
We breathe together. Walk in the meadows together. Sit under the sky and laugh and weep.

I have found my love in the darkness.

Now, friend, I sit with you.
Still. Present. Here.
I see your fear, your exquisite brokenness, your yearning heart, and I bow to these gifts, these strengths of yours.
I trust your ability to meet yourself.
I have lost all interest in fixing you.
I don’t know how to help you.
But in your “helplessness”, a fire of healing!

I cannot fix you, no.
But I can love you
as much as I love myself,
which is a lot.

Angel message

The Angels know that you can be feeling differently at any given time. You will have those moments of joy, happiness and heartfelt love for life and for everything. Then there will be times that you will be feeling ‘down, sad, lonely, unappreciated, disappointed and helpless. All are emotions that everyone will encounter at times. You have feelings for reasons, many reasons, and each one has important meanings, information and gifts. Your Angels request that you never deny your feelings. Welcome them and then let them come and go. Remember that feelings are not facts but are responses that require listening, acknowledging and uncovering what was the basic cause of them. Let you feelings guide you and show you how you can use your power to diffuse them if needed while not allowing them to control you. If you say that you are having this feeling or that one and then say that it is not something that needs to stay and that it can be changed, you can work through any emotion or feeling. Is it a perhaps a warning, a gut feeling that tells you that what is going on or you are thinking about, is not for you or even safe? Or is it only an unfounded fear that you have built up into something it is not? So as to not let your feelings overwhelm you, decide how to change a situation or your response to it. Love your feelings and emotions, thank them and then change the ones that do not serve you. You created them and you can change them – uncreate them as well.

It is an amazing opportunity for humans to connect with elements of their higher selves. We are receiving light codes from those who have worked so hard over lifetimes so we can activate our karmic contracts, free ourselves from them, and move forward into a new age of awakening consciousness.

What happens when you receive a new set of light codes?

You start to feel like you’ve been running in slow motion; everything is moving at half speed. You don’t want to go out into the world and face your fears because you know it’s going to feel like everything is happening in slow motion, and it’s going to be hard.

Or, everything will go super fast suddenly and you don’t know how time can pass so quickly.

It all depends on where you are at on your journey and which experience will serve your highest good but one thing is certain, it won’t be ordinary like every day.

But this is where the Lion’s Gate comes in. It’s like getting a new set of keys to unlock your true potential and become who you were always meant to be.

The Lion’s Gate Portal brings with it an energy that can help us make massive shifts in our lives. It opens up our hearts and minds so we can begin tapping into all the amazing gifts that are waiting for us on the other side of all these life lessons.

And very soon, as humans become more spiritually advanced, we will be able to open the doors of perception to see this still-invisible out-of-body world for ourselves. After all, with love and light as our guides, what is there left to fear?

Angel Message : Walk away from drama , trauma

The Angels say that when you find yourself suddenly on stage in the personal drama of another and are playing a role you didn’t audition for, it can be difficult to get off of that stage and out of the drama. It is wise to just walk away rather than engage. Don’t be a sympathizer or giver of advice to the chronic complainers. Don’t fight back with those who would attack you in some way. You waste so much energy doing this and nothing is gained by either party. Just walk away. Walk away not in anger or fear. When you don’t feel guilt or fear as you walk away, you are non-judgmentally refusing to let them drain your energy or pull you into that black hole that is their life. You are exhibiting not only courage but wisdom and compassion. Your Angels stand by you when you need help to not be influenced or intimidated by their negativity. Walk away with love in your heart and with a smile tell them that you don’t think you can help them at this time. By removing yourself from another’s negative force field you are creating a different vibration. They may not like the message you give them but they will get it.

Energy Remains -Death explained energetically

“You want a physicist to speak at your funeral. You want the physicist to talk to your grieving family about the conservation of energy, so they will understand that your energy has not died. You want the physicist to remind your sobbing mother about the first law of thermodynamics; that no energy gets created in the universe, and none is destroyed. You want your mother to know that all your energy, every vibration, every Btu of heat, every wave of every particle that was her beloved child remains with her in this world. You want the physicist to tell your weeping father that amid energies of the cosmos, you gave as good as you got.

And at one point you’d hope that the physicist would step down from the pulpit and walk to your brokenhearted spouse there in the pew and tell him that all the photons that ever bounced off your face, all the particles whose paths were interrupted by your smile, by the touch of your hair, hundreds of trillions of particles, have raced off like children, their ways forever changed by you. And as your widow rocks in the arms of a loving family, may the physicist let her know that all the photons that bounced from you were gathered in the particle detectors that are her eyes, that those photons created within her constellations of electromagnetically charged neurons whose energy will go on forever.

And the physicist will remind the congregation of how much of all our energy is given off as heat. There may be a few fanning themselves with their programs as he says it. And he will tell them that the warmth that flowed through you in life is still here, still part of all that we are, even as we who mourn continue the heat of our own lives.

And you’ll want the physicist to explain to those who loved you that they need not have faith; indeed, they should not have faith. Let them know that they can measure, that scientists have measured precisely the conservation of energy and found it accurate, verifiable and consistent across space and time. You can hope your family will examine the evidence and satisfy themselves that the science is sound and that they’ll be comforted to know your energy’s still around. According to the law of the conservation of energy, not a bit of you is gone; you’re just less orderly. Amen.”
